We had a double room booked, which is in good condition was. Only the mountings in the bathroom could once again be replaced and are being renovated. Here were already clear stress marks recognizable. The size was also absolutely ok. In particular the size of the bathroom was good. I would like to highlight the great view of the port from protocolm. The beautiful balcony gave us a magnificent view and therefore we could the days often relaxed drink. Also it was just in the morning nice to see, how the fishermen in their small fischerboten on the road.

The hotel has a dining room, a pool bar and a bar in the main building. The restaurant itself is in my opinion nicely decorated, works friendly and cleanly. In particular the decoration the dining hall has me. Also I could no major flaws what the hygiene is concerned state. Breakfast: The breakfast had basically everything to offer, which one from a international breakfast expect can. Although I would have liked the choice of sausage and cheese still or other sort of liked more, but it was already ok. The largest point of criticism for breakfast was the fact that it juice, coffee and tea only from vending machines. I personally do not like it so much. Especially the water for tea, as well as the silence water was nearby on the border of the inedibility. For me as a diehard tea drinkers of course especially evil. ;-) however as mentioned: basically the breakfast was really ok and you could good for the day strengths. Dinner: The quality the prepared food was very average and is in my opinion also fluctuations. Some I found really good and very tasty. So I did the preparation of chicken, spareribs or rabbits really good. Lots of dishes were but also often simply cooked dead ( for example vegetables). A lot piece meat was just tough as kuhleder and fish, the was also more than just once quite dry. We don't mind lack of it in my opinion not bad products, but often just on the unfortunate way with products to deal. Who broccoli in display bubble leaves, must not be surprised, if at the end mash on the plate land. Really unfortunately. There would be more have been possible. The drinks prices we found than normal. 1.90 for 0.5 water, a small Cola 2.20, large Cola 2.75 and a bottle of wine ( even tasted) was for 10 €to get. It was really ok. The staff in the restaurant was friendly, plates were quickly cleared away and dishes quickly refilled. The buffet was on two levels almost identical arranged. However was the buffet in the upper level already at: dismantled). Know the hawkers why (the expenses were at this time mostly still well stocked). Was then still hunger had, had in the lower restaurant area serve.

The hotel staff were friendly, although not outstanding. The contact was rather on the coerced limited. The smile this is certainly not at home. The cleaning of the rooms was fine. I would have liked however desired, that you once a day at least briefly on the floor mops. In the course of a week also as a lot of sand, if you vacation at the sea spends. At this point I would like to say a brief statement to this club elite to deliver: I think this concept was a bit ridiculous for such a house. Falls in my opinion in the category more appearance than substance and fit everything but well to the other services of the hotel. The hotel el vistamar has two pools. One of the two is home to the pool bar and is nicely decorated, the other pool is only guests of the so-called club elite. To have access to the 'vip area' to get, you had to a suite is required. Evenings were in the hotel bar often entertainment offered. Whether good or bad, we can't review. We felt the shows never looked at. It was just not our audience ( see average age) We were however not further disturbed and the evenings in bars outside and on our balcony spend.

We have a week on Mallorca in ola hotel el vistamar spent. During our stay we had no serious lack experience. Correctly überzeug me the hotel however also not. In particular because of the rather mixed quality the offered food in the true sense of the word a smack of bitter. Basically our vacation however very nice. The cleanliness of the hotel is good as to designate. There is a main building and a side building. The guest structure of the hotel was marked by the generation 55 +. So were we with our 22 respectively 27 years to the by far most recent hotel guests. ( it is an adult only hotel)

The location of the hotel is in our opinion very nice. It is located directly at the port from portocolom. Mornings we could from the balcony observe, as small fischerbote on the road and evenings we could more than once a beautiful sunset on the port experience. It is about 10 minutes to the beach on foot. That is not a problem. The beach itself is very nice, not too big and clean. Shops and some bars are in the immediate area to the hotel. Who however more from the beautiful island to see would like, which should itself definitely a rental car allow. Then you can really all possibilities and can the island individually explore. ( we have in one week around 1000 kilometer come!) from portocolom to to Palma it is about 65 kilometer for the way you need depending on the 50 to 60 minutes.

The junior suite consisted of 2 small rooms with 2 small separate balconies with hard common balcony doors. Deluxe double room better. Unfortunately single beds and no double bed.

Good food uS stress free. A deduction, because we one evening 10 minutes to be seated at a table had to wait, although not in a shared area of the restaurant set tables available stannden.

Staff were willing to help and courteous. At the front desk will be perfect speak German and the rest of the staff understands and speaks also a lot of German. The change of the junior suite on the next day was already prepared, since the first not quite special special requests was, the we by e-mail communicated had. Easy we could late check-out and had to at: o'clock the room leaving, although the next guests for this room already at: o'clock again. For the rest of the time we could our luggage in the luggage room next to the reception accommodate.

Both pools very nice. The elite club -pool very quiet, always vacant chairs, however no bar. No animation during the day. Entertainment in the evening very moderate, but one could evade.

The hotel has the data and our expectations fully met. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Wi-fi perfect and free of charge.

Very quiet on the edge of portocolom located that looks great over the harbor and on the sea. To the sport boat port. 20 minutes on foot. To the beach it is quite far.

We had a suite with 2 balconies, consisting of a living room, a bedroom and a beautiful, large bath. It was actually everything available what you want. ( coffee machine, fridge, safe, tv and so on) The suite was relatively newly decorated and was from the staff very clean kept.

There is a hotel bar, a separate pool bar and of course the restaurant, in a varied breakfast, with even very good brotqualität was offered. The dinner, in buffet form, was varied and good, although, in my opinion, the quality of meat not always that great was. But there was always versatile possibilities on other way to eat. The cleanliness and the ambiance in the restaurant were very satisfying.

From the reception starting, the serving staff in the restaurant and at the bars you can the staff actually only praise. Language problems, there were not at all, because the staff sufficient German and speak English. The rooms and the outdoor areas were kept very clean. There was absolutely no reason for some complaints.

There are 2 pool areas, with a for guests the ' eliteclubs ' is reserved. Since we had booked a suite, we were automatically ' eliteclubmitglieder '. The peace and quiet by the pool was really great. On 2. Pool was the pool bar. This pool was great put on with a sufficient number of loungers and sonnschutzmöglichkeiten. A hand towel reservation was therefore in two pool areas not necessary. It was in the remaining of guests not made. Perhaps therefore, because the pool only starting from 9° hours opened.

Good medium sized, clean hotel for adults from 18 years. It is half board offered. As guests essentially people middle to upscale age from gigabyte and Germany in the hotel to be met.

portocolom is a quiet resort. Whoever wanted hype to have would like, is here at the wrong place. But if you relaxation want, is in the right place here. The hotel is in a nice location in the immediate vicinity of overlooking the esplanade on the harbor. For a small and very nice beach are approximately 10 minutes away on foot. Although the beach relatively small was still enough room available. The room was brilliant and equipped. The size of the room was sufficient, since it is a double room acts, the as a single room used.

Was booked half board. The breakfast and the dinner buffet were very extensive, varied and always very good.

To the friendliness, language skills, cleaning of the rooms etc. I can only very well say. Since no bewerden in my opinion payments had to be, I can about the handling of these say anything.

Entertainment was not exaggerated. The size of the pool was sufficient, loungers were also sufficiently available.

The hotel makes a very well maintained first impression and this first impression continues in the room fort. The mostly by couples used hotel for a quiet relaxing vacation very suitable. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed daily. The double room was as a single room and so it was very spacious. With two persons however a bit too small. A majority of the guests came from great britain, the smaller part came from Germany.

Who good on foot the power of 15 one-minute speeches hike the beach certainly nothing from. The hotel is located in a very quiet area located. Several small bars and cafés are located in the surrounding area and are within walking distance easy to reach.

Our room was on the first floor and was for the price more than adequate. Rather small and dated, but with a funktionierneden air conditioning and a clean bathroom with a small window. Unfortunately are the rooms very noisy, what a nuisance can be, if the room oh barns extreme early risers. Another point of criticism is the so-called fridge, the actually not so hot,. Our was quite small and cooled perhaps 13 to 15 degrees. Then 15€ per week to collect is a bit outrageous.

The breakfast and dinner there were in buffet form and was good. In the morning there was a selection of bread and rolls, various cereals, warm dishes such as bacon and scrambled egg, cheese, sausage and jams. In addition juices, coffee, milk & choco. One may however on the pastries no German bäckerqualität expect. Nevertheless great value for money. Evenings it was in my opinion all the better. We had a good selection of vegetables and salads. In addition there was always a delicious daily soup and warm dishes. Of fish, chicken, pork to veal everything was there. We had so much choice, that you well a week every day something else could try, if you wanted. The service was quick and multi-lingual. The prices were also perfectly okay. If you a bottle of wine ordered and not in the evening emptied has, could the bottle for the next evening cool can. The dress code for men, long trousers, has been consistently. During the day you could see a small meal at the pool bar or one of the lots of small restaurants in the area visit. Where not always German hygiene and friendliness is offered. Therefore outside even closer look at.

The outdoor swimming pool for the 'normal' guests we really liked. We have at any time of the day yet free chairs get, which for certain at our journey time in early September lag. The pool area was clean and pleasant. The pool for the 'elitist' guests made no better impression. There is a high-quality loungers and a view of the overlooking the esplanade on the harbor, however therefor he could only between 10:30 to 18:00 be used. Furthermore there were no own pool bar. The can against unfortunately only than poor, be considered. An old cross trainers, an equally old ausdauerrad, as well as still older trainingsmaschine were all what was offered. This is for people who regularly sports a fiasco. Every day there was a entertainment program, but hardly used. The hotel is rather for relaxing suited. Who permanent entertainment or partying wants, should the vacation spend elsewhere.

The hotel presented in a good optical condition. The value for money was completely okay, in the entire we would the hotel to German standard 3.5 stars. The audience was what the age very mixed. The majority of of the guests were German or English.

We chose an area looking for where you are not overrun by tourists and relaxation can. Only a few meters from the hotel the overlooking the esplanade on the harbor, which is not suitable for swimming is available, but at the wonderful could go for a walk. The immediate vicinity from the hotel makes a good impression, only we were initially on the high empty many building surprised. It is impression on, that Porto Colom once better days had?! The beach is within walking distance ( approximately 800 meters) and for a day or a dip in the waters to cool sea very recommendable. Whose who want to can at the front desk a shuttle bus-service reserve and then in the morning with a small bus direct to the beach went.

Already above at the hotel described. Generally we had always about 10% tip given.

The staff were all together friendly and speaks generally also German and English. The cleaning of the rooms was fine.

The hotel offers bicycles to rent (7€ 4 hours or 10 €12 hours), the augenscheinlicvh also in good condition were. A fitness room is available, was however we didn't use it. The beach from cala marcal is very nice and clean, same goes for the water. Internet there were two computers in general lounge (2 €20 minutes), also a large tv with satellite channels. Every evening there was in the bar of the hotel an event (flamenco show, musicquiz, piano, etc.)

The vistamar is a somewhat larger hotel with four ( pub) stars. Here and there could bucket color certainly not damage, however is just the entrance area ( inside and outside) very good and nice. Our double room, as well as the bathroom were big enough, the balcony also more generous and with a great view on the sea and the lighthouse of Porto Colom. The cleanliness was ok. The hotel owns two pool areas, with a (the smaller) only for elite club guests reserved is. Was in my eyes not further bad, since the hauptpoolanlage bigger and beautiful arranged ( however not with the beautiful view of the bay as with the other). The water in the pool was very clean and cool, wonderful to refresh. We had the vistamar booked half board and were with the food very satisfied. Both breakfast, as well as dinner was as a buffet offered, whereby it really rich selection and constantly the single dishes were refilled. Positively I would like to mention the wide selection of fresh fruit in the morning and evenings and fish, which I a hotel in a fischerstädtchen also had hoped for. In addition there was each evening a local dish. Evenings you have to drinks pay (0.5l of water 1.90 Euro). The guest structure I would than 50% English, 40% germans and 10% the rest from Europa ( France, italie, Scandinavia) describe, the average age was rather 50 than 40.

Porto Colom is located approximately 1 hour away by bus from Palma airport. As bathing beach is especially cala marcal, this bay is really very nice and is around 15 minutes away on foot from the hotel. Here you can also chairs and sunscreens rent, in addition there is a beach bar. Porto Colom even has a larger supermarket in the center, around 15 minutes away on foot from the hotel. For the daily purchases water or snacks we have a shop right around the corner of the hotel used, somewhat larger shops (with newspapers for example) are approximately 5 minutes out. Here there are then also numerous small bars and restaurants, where you for example also soccer can see (much English league, a bar the national league matches). The hotel offers numerous excursions at, but we prefer self organized somewhat undertaken.

Our room was normally equipped, good beds, mattresses, we slept very well. Air conditioning was ok, to regulate. The bathroom showed some small faults, rusty spots-traces on the tub. Still bearable, is also an older hotel. reparatuspuren are recognizable. Renovation is recommendable. It was the shower immaculate always good hot water. Tv ok, fridge only for an extra charge, we didn't need it. The balcony was pleasant not on the sunny side. We had on the day about 38 degrees, was too warm/hot. The room was cleaned daily, have recognized and twice tip ones.

There is a hotel bar, which open from 18 o'clock is, a pool bar is open from 09:30 o'clock, both were absolutely ok, right cheap, so you evenings often in the hotel. We went to the dinner nevertheless to the harbor, a walk there was very pleasant. The restaurants and a sports bar are due to overpricing the price not recommendable. The restaurant for dinner was neat, clean, but always by the buffet, which of quality and quantity nothing to complain was, but from the offer the typical dishes typical of the country too few. There was not even grilled sardines. Fish, meat, salad all in prweiswerter art, nevertheless ok.

The service was altogether exemplary, very friendly and accommodating. It was good speak German. Cleaning of the rooms was nothing to complain. Have two shirts wash leave, perfect hotel service, normal price. Bath towels to the beach were free, only 10€ deposit. Front desk was also very friendly, very pleasant. Unfortunately were the waiters the guards divided, because on the abendterrasse next to the bar, was the waiter as a monument, his view was noticeable, unpleasant in the round, whether someone the finger, to order a drink. From nature are not appropriate to describe.

Leisure offers - no idea we were not by the pool. The beach was a bit too far, but very well maintained, daily at night beach cleansing, no rock. A very attentive lifeguards, the sun screen and gentlemen, made really well for disposal, emptying the dustbins, all exemplary. Why no children more in the hotel should not be a question of cost for the hotel. kinderanimationskosten no. Children had earlier that didn't bother us.

The hotel is a bit outdated, can nevertheless as okay be designated. A bouquet and half bottle of wine, nice guests to the front desk. We had the half board. Breakfast buffet typical of the country, adequate but not satisfactory, only once was there raw ham! Dinner from the buffet, everything quite cheap article, nothing special. In earlier years it has also lammkottelts and lobster given, this time unfortunately not, but twice vegetarian! Serving staff very friendly and accommodating with constant guard by the chef of the hotel, unpleasant! For breakfast it was a feeling security, extremely stupid.

The hotel pleased us, although a rental car is required if you are to the beach or wanted to shop. On foot in the historic part, to the harbor to far away. For pool friends, a nice pool area with bar. Unfortunately wuurde the 2. Pool next to the restaurant only vip -guests reserved. There was not however a only vip guests, including, in addition the hotel is not egeeignet. Maybe they wanted the pool clean less cleaning-costs to have. Was also recognizable, because oberflächenschmutz by the pool-edge within the week not removed, great thing!

Upon arrival, I was given a worn down room offered, which I however immediately rejected. Afterwards I got one of the renovated room, the also on the angebotsseiten are presented. Safe for rent is ok, but a fridge had I never rent.

The service in the restaurant was only after numerous complaints better. The food with grade 3 to be assessed and was quite acceptable.

The staff are unfriendly, the cleaning staff friendly and the cleaning thorough. 1 towel for 9 days stay you can only than unhygienic designate. After a week I was nearby put, to move, since my room a damage caused by water. Show wanted me the damage however not. After I tour operator on I, I could in my room stay left. Obviously the room was for someone other already reserved.

All sports facilities (fitness, swimming pool), as well as the spa area were closed. Even a simple massage could not be offered. Nice people meet, could be better outside of the hotel in a nearby located tapas bar (very nice, rent also room). The prices beach chairs here at 40% of the hotel price for a coffee.

The waiters is unfriendly and in case of any problems little helpful. The rooms are not as in the brochure represented, all renovated and the me assigned was not acceptable. Only a strong complaint made for remedy. My stay was 9 days. After a week I should make due to a water damage relocated are. The water damage to me but not show. The new room would not renovated been. The season was probably already to very advanced, so that the staff not more with the necessary skill available beach. The location is great, the hotel not recommendable.

The distance to the beach is far and a shuttle not available. The location is very nice ( port and bay), and for a rihigen vacation very appropriate.

Our room was rather small. Beds relatively comfortable. Closet could have been bigger. Tv with 5 German programs ( ARD, ZDF, satellite. 1, RTL, Eurosport in different quality). Balcony with two chairs and a small table. Tumble dryer on the balcony available. Bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bath tub and hair dryer. We also had a small window.

Breakfast outside on the terrace the elite -pool. Because of the high humidity are tables, cutlery and paper napkins sometimes damp. Rolls, toast, cakes, muesli, two types of sausage and cheese. Butter/margarine, jams, honey in portion doses. Fruit, fruit salad, eggs (different varieties), beans, bacon. 3 types of juice from the automat. Coffee, tea, choco from the automat. Coffee in our experience really good tasty. Breakfast typical of the country rather spartan, but one becomes full. German standards for bread/ rolls you shouldn't expect. For dinner the men around long pants and asked here is this please also implemented consistently. Enough room in the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and fast ( drinks and clear). Tablecloths, cutlery and dishes clean. Salads, soups, pasta, potatoes, fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, cakes, desserts-here, everyone could find something. Selection and variety are available. And it tasted also. Drink prices usual (0,5l of water 1.90 Euro, 0.33 liter beer 2,40 Euro).

Staff at the reception and above all in the restaurant very friendly. Very good language skills available. Cleaning of the rooms only limited: however daily change of towels and regular change of bed sheets, but no dust, no wiping of the shelf space in the bathroom, no change of the toothbrush glass (also as glasses used had, since no extra glasses in the room available). Rental safe for 2 weeks 31 Euro Fridge costs also extra, we didn't use, therefore no indication of the price possible.

Double room (our impression was, that these different size), junior suites and suites. Hotel already somewhat older, what in our room also recognizable was (rust in the bath and at the window, calcified mountings and tiles in the bathroom). Front desk, lobby, corridors, restaurant very tidy and clean. Only adults guests ( German, spanish, dutch, English, french). If junior suite or suite bay, has access the 'club elite' -what a separate pool is. The chairs by the pool for the normal guests were afternoon fully occupied. Pools have opening hours ( normal pool from 9:00, elite -pool from 10:30) Pool-/ beach towels for 10 Euro deposit, change costs extra each 2 Euro. We found good, that the airco in the room also ran, if nobody was there. Less good was the constant roar of the hotel-air conditioning while having the windows open ( at night as well).

Travel time from the airport about 1 hour. portocolom is very quiet. Within walking hotel area (15 minuten) some supermarkets, shops with tourist and restaurants. The historic part with church, old houses and lighthouse is about kilometers away. Hotel has beautiful view of the port, the next beach ( cala marsal) is approximately 15 minutes out from the hotel. You can (also with strandgepäck ) on foot recline. The beach is very beautiful, small rocks lined bay, approximately 250 meters wide. Very clean water. 2 loungers and a umbrella cost per day 12 Euro. Alternatively, private sun screen or beach shell usable, since there was only a bit of wind. Small snack bar at the beach, shops and restaurants above the beach. Toilet at the beach in the form of camping -toilet without light and water.
