The hotel is totally run down. We have for 300 Dollar a night in a room with ocean view stayed in with a magnificent view on a private construction site with noise and dirt! The pool was closed and bauplanen covered. View of a not ready additional building. When booking nothing was from construction mentioned! Rooms on the street side are even worse, because it was very loud street! To the beach in over the street go! The breakfast buffet was inclusive was horrible! Very small schmutiger dark room. The dishes were the cheapest. No choice. Service non-existent! Very dirty ... beach!

Good hotel with direct access to beach. Currently is under construction, therefore during the day noise unavoidable by the pool. Very good starting point for Miami or Florida to explore. Breakfast is typical american, but good. Afternoons and evenings you should rather a restaurant nearby choose.
Rooms are well equipped and were cleaned well. read more

The hotel is normally in good condition. The entire area with a pool and tiki bar is clean and friendly. The rooms are although not the newest but nevertheless comfortable. In our price, the breakfast was with included and really great. The selection was rich and everything fresh. The staff very friendly:-)
The hotel accommodated while we were there many germans, french and Sweden. The average age was around 25-35. Families were rather less present as far as I can judge that. read more

Unfortunately is the hotel extended and so is next to the pool a construction site. That was already a little disturbed. The location the boardwalk is great. The oceandrive one runs but at least 25 minutes. But on the promenade. The hotel has it's own beach section you loungers etc. Could rent. We had a room with two big beds and came thereby well clearly. The staff were always friendly and without any problems a mistake on the bill adjusted. View of the sea is worthwhile to book, you will be waked by the sun. read more

At the end of a very very stressful (positive ) New York-week an all-round successful conclusion to relax at the beach, a little stroll in the adjacent (about 2 kilometer) whashington avenue and by bus the day trip to the aventura mall, we were satisfied all around. The service, in the dining room was tiptop and the choice of the american breakfast likewise. read more

Fantastic location, directly on the beautiful sandy beach. Lovely hotel in the art Deco style. Size of the room was ok. Everything clean and beautiful designed. Bathroom was standard. Great view from the 8. side on the sea and south direction Miami and Miami Beach.
Food was in Italianrestaurant ok! The American breakfast was included and well.
Restaurants and shops were bus easy to reach, however are schedules at the weekend in Miami apparently rather a gamble. But the bus driver at night directly in front of the hotel held.
Very wonderful pool and beautiful beach bar, only by the ... boardwalk from the sea and beach separately.
Very very lovely beach.
Service, staff and cleanliness were satisfactory.

Beautiful and good equipped room, bathroom a bit small, helpful staff, bus station just a few strides away, good bus connections to South Beach and Miami Downtown. Wi-Fi worked with my CH -Iphone not, but the hotel has an internet corner with 6 computers (free).

We were previously in this hotel and always very satisfied. Now is the hotel in a camp and you rent the rooms nevertheless. Much construction noises during the day especially at the pool. Whole lobby/ breakfast area is closed. The breakfast in proviskorischen area is not good.
We learned, that the hotel next year closed will be (construction ).

Very good and well-maintained hotel right on Miami beach. The oceandrive is on foot on the beach promenade in about 30 minutes to reach. Apart from that you can also simply a taxi or bus take. Staff made mostly a very friendly and hard-working impression. Wi-Fi free of charge. Valet parking 29$ per day. We had a room on the 11th floor with beautiful view of the sea. In front of the hotel until summer 2013 a second tower built. Since we Friday on Sunday in the hotel were, the construction didn't bother us. As it under the week is ..., I find it difficult to estimate. Good breakfast even if the ambiance in the restaurant somewhat modest. Altogether but a thoroughly solid hotel, the I definitely again would visit! read more

Hotel lies in the northern the Collins Av. To the hot spots of the ocean beach, you have to with the taxi drive. At the beach the Liegestuhlservice is not included in the price, 1 set 2 chairs/ umbrella 35 $, parking 25$ extra. Nice hotel, the rooms need but a renovation. read more

The hotel belongs to the smaller hotels in Miami beach. For a swimming vacation and/or for things to do in the surrounding area, it is in our opinion very suitable. The rooms are rather small, but functional. The hotel lies conveniently located from the Miami internally. Airport and is in regular drive in about 15 to 20 minutes to reach.
Opposite the hotel is located for American standards a small, well assorted shop, the only in the immediate vicinity.
The hotel offers only valet parking at a price from $29,- per day ( during our stay); waiting time for ... car return is about 25 to 30 minutes.
The very good American breakfast buffet with cooked-to-order omelets, freshly baked waffles and very tasty orange juice costs $14. 50 + tax. read more

A ideal hotel directly at the beach for the Miami visitors and area, also for an unusually long stay from 10 days in one and the same hotel. The hotel lies on Collins Ave/41th St. To the ocean drive (small Malle tourist stronghold about 45 minutes on foot at the beach along ( definitely recommendable at sunset) quite centrally located in Miami beach. South beach 10 minutes by bus. The public Network is again expected very well developed and you can from the hotel from all couple minutes in all directions away. 2 dollars per person/drive anywhere. Before definitely in ... the internet inquire.
The hotel for USA proportions small, but clean room. Laundry every day completely new, no matter, whether used or not. Empty fridge, flat screen TV, climate and spacious comfortable beds stand ready. Coffee machine and kettle anyway and free in-room safe are also available. However have only the rooms with direct view of the sea balconies. The restaurant and bar belong unfortunately not located directly to the hotel, but are in the building. Open until 23 o'clock!
Breakfast there is directly at the lobby and is particularly recommendable these with to book. The 15 euros seem in the first moment a bit high, but for American proportions it is entirely appropriate and recommendable. It's not only American, but also europian tastes, however without rolls. Who it cheaper can unwind in the on-site Starbucks coffee and Beagel get for 7 euros.
The pool is a bit small, but since the Atlantic (February degrees) only a few steps away, this is not too bad. Especially, as from afternoon shadow of much larger neighboring building the pool area quarter. Between pool and beach is of restaurant a kind of pool bar inclusive grill. Here you can get details and burger for lunch. Also very recommendable, since the things good and relatively cheap. The barkeeper comes also with the order at the beach. The beach cost 10$ per day and person, the umbrella 15 $. Makes 35$ for 2 people per day on the beach. It becomes more favorable with the towel, the costs then nothing.
All in all, a very good Choice. Gladly again.

A very old-fashioned hotel in really good location. The hotel is located direct at the beach, if you the hotel over the pool left one comes directly at the beautiful 'Miami beach' beach. On foot to the ocean drive walk on the promenade along about 30 minutes. The rooms could times a renovation stood however they are very clean been. The staff were always very attentive and friendly. Parking in the hotel was unfortunately very expensive but that is in Miami I suppose the case, and it is reasonably priced than towed and the happens very quickly. The use the ... Internet on Wi-Fi is in the whole hotel free. Opposite of the hotel is a kind of small supermarket in which you for American proportions for small money very good breakfast get. read more

The entire concept of the hotel is designed, guests for a few days of a good standard with small charming extras to offer. Guests the for a pure beach vacation come, will be here no 2 weeks be comfortable, for up to 5 days (for example before or after a cruise) but it is good.

the hotel is no true vacation hotel, although it heated pool, covered with greenery couch and direct access to the beach features. Many business travelers and businessmen use the hotel for short stays. Is also the hotel for a short stay for example before or after a cruise recommended. For a beach vacation are neighboring hotels, as the RIU rather suitable.
