Hotel in very nice location right by the sea, in february very quiet, very relaxing. Staff more than friendly, the service perfect, you can really say.
If you 'Ballermann' searches, is here definitely wrong, at least in the winter. The hotel has lots of regular guests, the. I have people met, they were 15 times, 14 times, 11 times, 6 times and so on here and on, to come back again.
All together super clean. Hotel has gotten a bit old, but with the great -service it didn't bother us.
Massive pool, also was heated and a 29 degrees lured ..., the sea had 21 degrees. Towels one gets from the hotel provided, for beach or pool, as you want. The beach towels so often in fresh conversions, as you want.
Beautiful bungalow complex and short distances, chairs on the beach with view protection and very generously arranged, which very pleasant was.
The terrace has big and very nice to sit, the meal times can be inside or outside enjoy, depending upon desire and mood.
The food has tasted very good to me, there were always at least 4 chefs present, the fresh meat and fish bruzzelten, eggs for breakfast made, pancakes buken and pasta prepared and asked, if you were satisfied. The service waiter running almost the heels off, to a drinks at the table to bring.
Front desk: perfect service, friendly, special requests (1st floor, close to the dining room) were 100% into account. That was great.
Room service: perfect and super clean
All together the hotel i can warmly recommend at people, the peace and quiet and friendly service estimate. We will be to this hotel again.

Room rather small, but you need it only for sleeping. The proximity to the beach and the beach super. The staff was very friendly and you really makes an effort for the guests. I would like to highlight only times the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff. Top.
Before i flew, i had here in the reviews looked. As wrote someone, that he first disappointed was, when he in the hotel arrived. Just as at home!
The changed then however. The food is as far as good and plentiful. The complex is very clean. Loungers, cushions and towels at the beach are also in vain. (not always obvious.)
The fact is the hotel is for people, really times relaxation and peace want.
Therefore the many long-term guests as pensioners and retirees ... here again and again back.
I personally would have a week enough, because you don't have much to do. A bit animation as boga or water aerobics, once quad biking in the desert, day trip to Luxor. That was it.
At the beach we were every day snorkeling - also nice.
So relaxation: relaxation. But after 2 weeks we want to take back home, as you only in the hotel is.

Attentive, helpful and friendly staff from the front desk to to the room boy. Everywhere is at any time for remaining cleanliness made sure. Ideal location, everything is only a few minutes away. For us this was vacation pure relaxation. No doubt the complex no 5 stars, but we didn't booked. The value for money is more than justified and the worst reviews spare any basis. After we before der'buchung a lot of reviews from various hotels had read and the Sol y Mar, we were rather confused and skeptical, what we expected.
We were with the vacation in Sol y Mar absolutely satisfied. The food was good and varied. It is also clear that a subjective evaluation, because the tastes are different. Our opinion: it is safe something for everyone. There was meat, fish, vegetables and so on spaghetti were freshly prepared. Dessert was delicious.
Staff are very friendly and always make an effort it a right to make.
In the restaurant was the air ... conditioning canceled, which for us was positive, because we are reluctantly with the windbreaker for the food. But some like it cool. A part of the tables was even view of the sea possible.
Restaurant so close to the beach. The rooms are in small units (6 room) accommodated. Therefore the complex pleasant well arranged. The complex is already somewhat older, you can see that clearly. We felt nevertheless probably. It was from the room not far to the beach. From our room we even had view of the sea. Initially we had a room, not quite our desires met. Move wasn't a problem and then we were very satisfied. Praise goes to the front desk.
We wanted something Tennis play, but the 2 available places were almost unplayable. General were the soportanlagen a bit run down. The pool was heated and in very good condition. Nice to swim in. Beach was clean and good for swimming. Ok, the loungers and the wind screen had in the course of the years already suffered. As i have already mentioned, the hotel is not new anymore. However we felt at ease.
Safe was also positive for us, that the hotel only moderately was occupied. Everywhere is the fall in reservations to feel. The us also by tourist locally confirmed, the more often here were.
Mostly older guests (50+), also some young, many germans, too many pleasant guests.
Value for money completely okay. We were satisfied and would come again. read more

A small, cute, old facilities but very lovingly maintained and absolutely clean, inside and out.
Very friendly and attentive staff.
The rooms are very small, if 2 in the room were a always in the way.
The food was good also the selection of the food and variety. Unfortunately was the warm food usually not warm.

Over christmas and new year's eve at 25 degrees in the sun pool and by the way in someone from germany diving school the in-house reef explore, which gives it more. The children were well taken care of. Food and drinks were for egyptian conditions super. The hotel complex is no party but for relaxation and great service recommendable.
If the hotel in the next years of updating would it also to the highest standards.

This hotel has an average standard. The staff are attentive and friendly. There were not so lots of guests. At the beach and terrace there were no problems. The evening animation was always attracting a lot of visitors. We had a bungalowzimmer and the air conditioning not needed, as it evenings and at night was cool. Test i realized: it is very old, loud and hardly chilling effect.
The entire area is well maintained. The beach is clean. The mini golf course is barely playable, the coating is broken. The pool was only cold, later was heated. Unfortunately there is ... no toilet close to the beach. read more

We were not in the Hotel Paradise for the first time beach! Hardly arrived we were warm welcome and we were home again!
Off course the hotel is not the most modern, but mr gabar abdel Gamal senior chef engineer really makes an effort the wishes and suggestions of the guests take this into account and starts with renovations. He always has an ear to lend for all! Considering Egypt is not a rich country and so it goes with the financial resources the hotel are available piece before item in the hotel ahead! So, now i would like to take this opportunity to comment on my rating to this hotel hand over. I have this hotel on the recommendation of friends booked, the already for the 4. time were there.

I must admit, as bad as some have said, as i was 2 days before departure just before to change and i have the vacation prior to so really missed!
Luckily these negative reviews not confirmed! I find it incredible, as most people here have judged and potential customers unsure. But now well, everybody has ... his personal opinion. You should bear in mind, however, that it is a 3 star hotel in country is! But this hotel a lot to offer! I have stayed in a more star much worse and i know lots of hotels from 2a 5 stars!
