We were a week the morosani Posthotel. Already the reservation didn't work, 2 days on feedback waited, rooms are in terms of size okay, but unfortunately all pretty old, except the bathrooms.
The food was the absolute Hammer, the is however also degrees the only thing! Staff very inattentive and partially. Rude. A shame, that in this hotel the criticism seriously... ☹ read more

The morosani Posthotel formerly one of the best houses on the square, with a very good reputation. Unfortunately is the interior fittings the room (we had a suite with fireplace etc.). Slow very worn and dated. It seems, as would not invested a great deal. A travel agency at home friend had for about 220.-/night first a very small room, he received only complaint a larger room. The food is still very good quality, the breakfast. Just a pity, that it with the staff massive 'lacking'. The service staff, which could not speak any german, assisting at the ... front desk which is not regards etc. But the worst was, that the manager of the hotel his guests often not were always greeted. We were very surprised and negatively impressed by the lack of customer focus and the unfriendliness of the staff. read more

Standard rooms are small, better against extra charge comfort room

We spend two nights in this hotel. Our requests, as well as our suggestions were taken very true. The staff was very friendly: with a friendly smile and always with the slogan 'love'! Even the chefs work to the full the guests! Bravo! keep up the good work! read more
