The hotel is simply in each location hard to beat! The food is the best and the service ( of head waiter starting down to the cleaning staff). Very nice wellness area, particularly the sole -pool and the sole steam bath was I impressed. Despite 5 stars and 3 toques the atmosphere is not 'snooty', but friendly and harmonious. read more

    The smallest rooms are very well equipped and large. Modern luxury. Someone said the shower is too tight... But this is with the körpermaßen together.

    Best about this hotel. I am someone who very, very picky, but the dishes were so beautifully arranged that I tried and was from the first bite at loved it. Martin sieberer conjures in the kitchen, I asked the waitress, whether the black magic was, because the food so get excited about was good. Beautiful bar, but the small downside here may be smoked (some like this plus point see)

    Service is very friendly, however not too obtrusive. On the first day I came with a list of questions and wishes to the front desk, which me all fulfilled respectively could answer.

    In the summer great starting point for the hiking, in the winter for skiing. However is the summer a lot quiet, if you want to party should the hotel in the winter visit, in the summer rather for wellness enthusiasts and people the peace and quiet search.

    We were in the modern and new south wing of the hotel accommodated. Very spacious room, modern and very tastefully decorated. Our room had a separate toilet and bathroom... Very convenient! The bathroom included a modern ground floor shower, hair dryer and a large washstand. The guest were towels in different sizes and of high quality shower and haarwaschprodukte available. Our room was cleaned twice a day, evenings turn down service... Just to be comfortable!

    Each day started with a rich breakfast buffet. To the selection stood many different types of tea ( black tea, various herbs and fruit teas), coffee including coffees, freshly squeezed fruit juices. The guest could English breakfast select, muesli, jams, different Baguette- and breads, cheese, regional specialties, salmon, sausage etc. We had for our stay booked half board. Sundays evenings a multi-course gala dinner ( for example liaison from the quail, dove and foie gras/ paradeisersuppen /ice crystals from the gean/ paznauner schafl / käsedegustation / passionsfruchtsouffle ). The remaining evenings we could next to the at the table served courses to a walkway from the buffet choose ( for example fish, salad, tyrolean buffet, dessert). On personal wishes at the order of courses -as far as possible in advance received. The food came from of the kitchen of the excellent and with 17 points rated cook sieberer. Simply a pleasure! The food by special offers extended. For our stay there were the offer a so-called genußtafel, as well as of the known herbstkulinariums. Events that is exceptional! Extensive wine list, that leaves nothing to the imagination. The prices the card can on the homepage of the hotel retrivable (card is a pdf document callable).

    The service left nothing to be desired! We were with very much friendliness met, drinks were always refilled, questions about the wines were greeted by sommelier Norbert comprehensive and detailed knowledge answered, sometimes was a short though and the request was from our eyes ( thanks marcello)! On our wishes was always very individually and personally cared for. Simply great, the joy with which and which use here were working on it!

    The hotel has a-a little simple-but modern and top equipped fitness area. There are device from techno gym available, for strength training as well as endurance training can be used. A squash room is also available. Rackets etc. Could for a fee can be rented. The spa area has more than 5 saunas, a beautiful indoor swimming pool, as well as a salt-water pool in the outdoor area. Everything very spacious, well maintained and quiet. In the beauty area a extensive offer at a charge be used. There are friendly udf very hard-working staff available!

Great hotel, staff in the restaurant and front desk very friendly, only the restaurant manager reserved, very good food, unfortunately no open wines, Flaschweine too expensive, possibilities to lie down in the garden somewhat limited, room and bathroom very generous, unfortunately no evening entertainment ( music, Dance) and little offered guided hikes, on the whole but very recommendable hotel with only small drawbacks, the actually very easy are drop off. read more

it is a five star superior House. the hotel consists of the main building and 2 buildings which are connected underground. The south wing, 2009 constructed. The rooms there are modernly decorated. The remaining rooms in the traditional Alpine style. Different rooms or suites are available. the guest structure was mixed. German, English, Dutch and Russians. read more

    the rooms are very pleasant decorated. Even the normal double rooms are spacious measured. The rooms are equipped with a separate second toilet. Sufficient Reservoir is available. In or other here you can see that the tooth the time was noticeable. flat screen TV, in suites each in the living-and bedroom, minibar, safe. our room lag time in the main building facing the trofana ALM. With closed windows we had no Geräuchproblem from the ALM.

Hotel trofana Royal was in the fine Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of wood furnishings. The whole hotel complex works from the garage over accessible rooms to the spa and spa facilities very clean and tidy. The excellent breakfast and the Gourmethalbpension are first class and the possibility the in-house modern Paznaunerstube to food, left no culinary wishes open. the guests come mainly from trilingual countries, but of course also here some guests ... from the Eastern countries. read more

    We have the wonderful breakfast buffet enjoyed and US appreciative Evening in the Paznaunerstube of capotes chef Martin s. spoil leave. the value for money for the food and drinks the standard of the hotel reasonable and the restaurant manager has with its staff everything done, the guest contently set. only fly in the ointment: the aperitif was for 1 glass of Veuve Clicquot rose Champagne 22,00 euros (!) all nights will be charged. A bottle of this REIMS CHAMPAGNE buy in Getränkehandel for about 50,00 euros. On my instruction this totally excessive price apologized the restaurant manager and offered us a glass of Winzersekt as compensation at.

    We all staff from the reception over restaurants and Gourmetstube only big praise pronounce. The former often mentioned rudeness there was at any time and the staff are with a smile on every guest received. the cleaning of the rooms was tiptop and the cleaning staff polite and well trained.

A very, very good hotel. Very good location in Ischgl, all cable cars and public transport in the immediate vicinity. Very good condition in all areas, very clean and up-to-date. In the free parking garage didn't dare you car get in so bright, clean and friendly is the area with elevators right to the room floor. Large 45 m² room with balcony to the garden and the pool. In other hotels there are junior suites. Furniture in the Tyrolean style, with a lot of wood and everything was available to get comfortable. Large bathroom with double sink separate shower, bathtub ..., toilet and bidet. As well as a separate toilet. Everything in an exemplary condition. The restaurant was the best we have ever met. Great food breakfast like dinner. A master of his craft cooks here. Large spa area with all the facilities including sun-pool in the garden. In the whole hotel very friendly and attentive staff. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Conclusion: Ischgl with Trofana Royal in the summer, is for us an absolute dream for hiking and it will definitely be repeated again. read more

Gorgeous hotel the absolute top notch. Here the guest is king. Great friendliness paired with perfect service. Food in the restaurant was very good. The drink prices were the state of the hotel. Very nice sauna and wellness area. We will definitely be going back again. read more

Catering the hotel is a real highlight. The dishes very tasty and of good quality. However because the hotel but in the top price segment is one for example the service at the spa area be disappointed. The soleaußenpool was so hot, that you hardly there could relax, we turned to on the staff, but mostly had to find. The promised house technician came however not, a special urgently necessary supervisor does not exist. In the pool were half the jets broken. An absolute must the russian sauna! Because the hotel sometimes to 50% with russian guests is with other ... practice get along, also in this point is of the hotel management nothing! The russian guests are dressed in the sauna and despite references to rest areas/children forbidden under 14 years chat loud, their small children are concerned with türöffen of the sauna and steam baths to use these premises and adventure playground. This should in a hotel this category not be. read more

Unfortunately, we got the miserable service. The front desk was incredibly rude: you are often not allowed time back to greet. The maître d'hotel was extremely arrogant, that you felt welcome. The food was not impressed. The room was very well equipped. The location is perfect. But the key to a good house-a good service. There are much nicer hotels, the classification are grown. So, never again trofana Royal. read more
