Park Hotel Cinquale^{(3 stars)}

The room was disgusting, run-down and shabby! Mold in the shower, stains on the bed sheets, broken blinds, broken refrigerator, rusted and calcified faucets were only some of the 1000 drawbacks. The room was really the worst hotel room which I ever had seen! The absolutely most disgusting was the stink from the drain! Really terrible! In addition the rooms were totally old!

Because of grill at the pool…. We were ten at the table and carelessly got a bowl of pasta, slammed on the table and when we ordered seconds we were told, there was nothing more. We had to season all, a five minute instant soup would have tasted better …. The tablecloths, glasses and silverware were usually smeared and dirty.

The staff was the unfriendliest, rudest staff which I ever saw. The waitress yawned or sneezed when she served the meal, she could speak no English or German. Complaints were ignored TOTAL!

Activities, kids club, disco… all that was missing! The pool was terribly dirty and algae, it was not gladly seen if someone swam. I would not recommend to anyone to put a foot in these "horror pools"!

The hotel was in a very run down condition, it reminded rather of a prison than a holiday hotel. Everywhere drawbacks as for example broken high chairs, unplastered walls, electrical wires sticking out etc.… The area was not as good as it looked on the hotel homepage!!

The hotel was different than described on the homepage, very far away from the beach, at least 20 minutes walk and there were only private beaches which were altogether totally overcrowded. There were no shopping or entertainment possibilities in the vicinity at all, the next supermarket was 10 kms away.

The rooms were in terms of size okay. A double room consisted of a double bed the however only about a very thin Ceiling (like a bed sheet) had. The mattress was rock-hard and springing every feather. We have at night with the window closed frozen. The room smelled musty and old. The closet was still relatively new, however we found on him still some rubbish from previous guests. The floor was in such a condition, as if it would be the last 10 years had not been mopped. Especially in the corners was very much dirt available the safe is only since the last cleaning there is. We are in our room not barefoot run before disgust. Is available in addition an airco the but partly also didn't work, a desk with chair, mini bar, TV and a safe in the closet. The worst was however the bathroom. Washbasin, Bedet, shower, toilet. In the shower was everywhere mold and it smelled very unpleasantly. On the floor we found still hair from the previous guests and dirt, if cleaned would be, remove would leave. The mountings the glass-topped was already very rusty and on the glass-topped were spots and had washing-up liquid on them. (see pictures) On the last night my girlfriend and I the staff Detergent and itself our bathroom was cleaned!

There was a large dining room. The breakfast consisted of old white bread, a plate breaded- ham, a plate cheese, small packages jams and honey (as in many hotels usual) and rather neutral tasting cereal. To drink there was orange juice. The dinner consisted of a' 3-course menu'. Appetizer were noodles with different sauces, these were tasted OK but partly by the quantity too few. Main course was mostly meat with vegetables the meat (Schnitzel for example) also around pressfleisch had. The vegetables or the fries were okay. However not very varied. In the courts of the vegetarian you had the impression these have been arbitrarily chosen and as use of leftovers the kitchen used. Furthermore, there is a plate tomato mozzarella not really a main course from the you get full. Dessert were for example 'Pana cotta' in the consistency of rubber or fruit from preserved,. We were all very satisfied!

If I could, I would for this category not any sun to assign. The staff were very, very, very unfriendly and unkooperativ. Our complaints were not taken serious. The luppas spoke only Italian and one of its employees could a few Phrases in German. Thus designed itself the communication very hard. I'm not sure if in this hotel all cleaning staff busy. Our rooms looked really not afterwards from. Everywhere mold, dirt, hair from the previous guests, musty odor. We were several times anytime again on the next day after excuse. As the situation on the last evening escalated, because our patience at the end were, yelled to us and laughed us. The luppas and their employee conversed in our Presence on Italian and made on us because we didn't understand. The staff were unfriendly, no smile and courtesy in this staff also a foreign word to be. Especially if you consider, by its guests life. Something that made us very annoyed me is, that after the alleged clean our room every time the window was open. We had some valuables in our rooms and closed so our window, what we also have saved. Our calls please the window keep them closed were ignored.

The complex features a pool, but very after chlorine smelled and not seem made regularly cleaned to be. The loungers by the pool made also a worn condition. The plastic was partly unravels and discolored.

We booked middle September with a group of 42 pupils and 2 teachers as graduation trip before graduation the hotel for 3 days. The complex looked from the outside actually very nice and well maintained. The reception by the staff was rather behavior from. The hotel has about 60 rooms or more, and consists of a main building, still relatively new, and several buildings in which we were accommodated. The annex in which our rooms were made at the first entering a very run down impression. A broken closet in the corridor and doors the lacquer already absplitterte. Later we discovered also mice in staircase. We had breakfast and dinner, both definitely not satisfactory. It was from us apart, only an Italian effective family present.

The location of the hotel was the only thing good. Approximately 400 until 500 meters distance to the beach could on foot within a quarter be mastered. Although a majority of the beach home however there was also a public, which was clean. For excursions in more remote areas, it is however necessary bus or a car available to have, since it in cinquale itself, rather less possibilities returns something to see or undertake. Also evenings in a bar or similar to go is rather difficult. Although we could a bar locate, this was but small and we were the only guests. If one is ready a CIRCA 15-20 minute hike to take is also a supermarket reachable. Opposite the hotel there is a airport, the but not negative noticed.
