A long way from the airport not for children, the pool safety is bad so many cracked and missing tiles, the children in our party cut their feet on the pool bottom. There is an over use of chlorine maybe it would be better to have a good filter system. Small plastic covers over electrical wires round pool kept coming off. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the room which we reported for 4 days this was consisently ingnored until on the last day of the holiday we where able to switch rooms. Not to sound to ... negative the hotel staff ( waiters and pool and beach boys) are friendly and always polite. This hotel caters for Germans the hotel paperwork is in German only and euros the general currency. On a positive note the snorkelling is amazing and lots of fish to see, food was adequate and always something to eat. Out of a party of 4 adults and 2 children all the adults had tummy problems, could be the ice cubes as the kids where fine. Smaller children would have been bored here not enough to do, if you want to do nothing see nothing this is the hotel for you. This is for my children as I promised I would mention it what about the icecream that is supposed to be served daily at 3 o'clock we asked everyday and shamed them to getting it only 2 days of the 11 we where there. Would not go again, unless I wanted to spend another holiday like that but with only 2 weeks a year I am sure there are better out there. read more

A small, well arranged hotel secluded from towns for a quiet and relaxing beach holiday very convenient is.
Food is amazing, the service and the kindness of the staff convincing. Complaints were taken care of immediately. I would definitely again this hotel visit.
Highly recommend is the 2-day trip to Luxor with night on a Nile-ship of schauinsland travel offered. The visits to the sights were very pleasant, since these acyclic to the crowds took place. read more

This was our 2. time within 6 months in Coral sun, and nothing has changed.
Still is the Coral sun a small, but fine and quiet hotel, with a very soft animation and without alberne hoteltänze and technodauerbeschallung.
Still is the staff very nice, friendly and helpful. A huge plus goes to hazeem, with its quiet way for all the problems and issues a solution and find. Also mr. Bean is this hotel no longer conceivable.
There are still food and drinks delicious and rich.
Still is the reef for divers and snorkelers a real great.
There are still very ... few or not any russians in this hotel.
And already again do we think about, when we return to the peaceful oasis and relaxation return. read more

Really relaxing vacation with friendly staff, sandy beach and reef, who parties and stroll loves is in the wrong place. We have the 11 days really enjoyed and would go back again. Very recommendable are the 2 days Nile/Luxor-trip. Who the entire day at the beach anyway, get the power outage nothing, except at 22 o'clock for 10 sec. Although it every day beef, chicken, fish, as well as the different vegetables and side dishes, it was tasty very varied, you have always found something, the salads and desserts were also very tasty. read more

I wanted to with a girlfriend just the winter, and my batteries again a bit load, and the last cold wet weeks in Germany heatwave it is and super successful ☺
Location:
The hotel is located excellent at the sea, with a really beautiful coral reef and diverse, beautiful, colorful fish on the doorstep (50 centimeter from the beach). Liked a lot me, that the reef with ropes is separated and access to the sea given, so that one already really be foolish to not to understand, that you are not on the reefs is possible or around should. It ... is really important, that this reef is preserved, because it really is one of the most beautiful and intaktesten on the red sea. We were also on a snorkeling trip with boat, which in terms of corals and fish are not with our reef to keep up could. It has still worth it, since we sea turtles (about 1.50 metres in diameter) and dolphins (was rather an exception) could see.
Beach:
The beach is clean (even if some tourists do you need your cigarette butts in it, and leave) and not so fine sandy like many tourists it prefer. I had nevertheless no problems to walk without shoes. As it is now in march quite windy, is the coarse sand anyway better. Annoying i found the permanently partially very loud music the beach bar. I wanted to waves and no 'boom boom' (am but also a bit too sensitive, other tourists the just hide). But the possibility the music acoustic irradiation to be missed, if you the loungers secluded from main beach, direction diving hotel, use. Mainly played the entertainer on the hotel rum, as he somehow nothing to do. Except Volleyball in the afternoon and the music i have nothing of entertainment seen, but i didn't mind that.
Massages and other services.
In the first 2 days try employees a massages, beauty treatments, souvenirs and so on. Talk (is normal in the eastern countries). Except for the kosmetikverkäufer (the was very pushy) was but a firm 'no thank you' from. I massage in the neighboring hotel taken, because i not big action and me from other tourists recommended (4 massages ever 1 hour for 60 Euro). I can really warmly recommend, especially if you are under intervertebral discs and back problems are suffering (i have a daily massage and have never been so comfortable!). Overall i have the feeling, that the employees were suspended the tourists were not annoying. We had our peace, when we clearly had made, that we no männerbekanntschaften or similar wanted (female, unfortunately again and again stupidly put on. 'treasure ',' princess' or similar are only some dim-witted ansprachsformen. The tickle on legs or stomach seemed some as fun to be considered. There is however also enough women exactly therefore to Egypt go! A clear announcement but then the well-deserved peace.) Snorkel gear you can buy on site/rent. Directly beside on is a well run hotel especially divers aligned. I am but also from time to time go there, to me with other people to converse or just a massage. Those who wanted could also at excursions to Luxor and so on. Participate. As we all have already seen ( extrareise or Nile-cruise is worthwhile), we did. Outside the hotel there is nothing, what you on our own fist could see
Rooms:
The rooms are really big and clean. The towels are changed on a daily basis, which i personally exaggerated think. Safe is available free of charge, refrigerator hums a bit noisy, is however functional. Tv there were also, with ZDF, RTL, RTL II and cnn (other foreign channels but for me because of language barriers not relevant), so enough to stay up to date. Since it from 5:00 p. m. fast dark and no barsitzer are, i was the tv very pleasant.
Food:
On the return flight, we actually a young couple from our hotel, the about the food weighted (absolute exception). I at all not understand. In the morning you could between different bread rolls (all white rolls), pastries, toast, french toast or crepes choose. There was a type of sausage, cheese, sheep cheeses, jam, honey, egg, fried eggs, omelet, vegetables i sausages, cereals, vegetables and salads select. Something must be like! Dark bread, whole wheat bread amongst others knows you there not, the you know. Afternoons and evenings there was always noodles, potatoes, rice, meat, chicken, fish, different salads, vegetables, vegetables, some locally prepared nudelpfannen with lots of garlic ☺, fried and super delicious tartlets and various pastries. In the 9 days holiday we didn't a person met, the had complaints of stomach and intestinal diseases complained. This is now also not for Egypt normal. Only drawback: the food could greenland and i would have liked more typical äyptisches food (also in the sharpness)
Clientele:
Since i just relax and enjoy the sun wanted, was for me this hotel great. Families with children, not alone at the beach can employ, should rather another book. I personally thought it was great, also times the kindertrubel to escape. Although we a room right next to the evening bar had, we didn't notice any. We have but also only tourists met, the not want to party and no animation need. Party people are not in good hands, what i also was great find!
Mostly was this hotel german and a few british. I found it a very positive me not the russian mentality subordinate to ☺ there were also very many germans regular guests, which regularly come, what i always as good signs see. The average age of the guests was very mixed, from early 20 to end 70 everything was represented, but everyone has quietly and adjusted behavior.

A request i have. Drive to Afrika. It is everything in Euro pay, as a tip but euro coins unsuitable, because the employees you can not change. 5 Euro-notes as a tip is however way too many. Solution: just 20-30 Euro in Germany in US Dollar conversions, where possible 1 Dollar-notes, because notes can be exchanged. So you will constantly asked the mümnzen in notes to wrechseln. I am now back at home and surely 50 1 Euro münzten in the luggage had (the was very annoying).
Massages and excursions can be easily in Euro pay (is also günstiohger as if one in egyptian pound makes), but tips should be already notes give.

Superior -rooms are very big, partly with french bed. Extra bed is without any problems have been possible. Daily cleaning and change of towels. All inclusive had so far seen every guest. Great breakfast, every day individual omelets, sausage, cheese, lots of fruit, honey etc. Age structure : lots of young quiet couples (only holiday together) and lots of pensioners. About 85% are german guests = very positive climate. Please note: during the day if you particularly beautiful wants to be must early rise : reserve chairs. read more

A remote located hotel. Circa 23 kilometer south of safaga towards the Marsa Alam on free way. Quiet for relaxing very suitable. Purchase possibilities equal zero. In the hotel there was a small shop but is overpriced. The food is good and tastefully, could be more variety. Staff is friendly and fast. With german language one gets along very well. Because the hotel to 85% of a german touroperator rents are almost only german, austrian and english tourists over there. The trip rngebot in the hotel is plentiful and easy to book. The private beach is very nice and had ... plenty of fish.
Can only recommend it to travellers the peace and quiet and ehrholung search. read more

A beautiful, small hotel directly at a magnificent coral reef, for snorkelling very convenient, if no to strong wind prevails (which in three out of seven days was the case). The staff is very friendly and reads almost the wishes from the eyes. Except a few guests' everything in german hands ', unfortunately also with the usual' badetücherbelegungen' from 07:00 a. m..
The food is good, varied and more than enough. A great hotel for all, the no action and large entertainment need, but attach importance to relaxation, great snorkeling and a nice beach put. read more

The perfect location to relax. The hotel has its stars to 100% rating is for Egypt really in a fine condition. It should be clear to everyone, this is not a place to celebrate until early in the morning. However ideally to relax, snorkelling and soul. The hotel offers also many excursions which are all very well worth it. The staff was always friendly and always ready for fun. I would definitely come again. read more

We were there to relax. So only food, drink, sleep, beach and in the evening at the bar.
You can excellent in this hotel!
Recommendable is the massage therapist ' ramsis ' in the neighboring hotel 'Coral Garden'.
The first hour 17,50 Euro. All further 15 €the hour.
Outside of the breakfast there were coffee only in powder form.
Walks outside the hotel at the water front along goes only with beach shoes (or similar). read more

We, 2 girls, were there to the bad german weather and getting away-and it totally worked well. I was diving: the Orca Dive Club is great. Even if it is in the hotel next door, the Coral Garden is, there is only one approximately 200 meters and the beach is connected (basically include these two hotels together)-thus all no stress. Hotel is nice and it is not boring. The divers take a immediately on, everything very cordial. So much for the diving, now to the hotel: if you want to party, is in the wrong place here - who n ... cocktails or n beer after to eat would like, but it totally! Because the hotel very remotely located, is a short walk to a pub or for shopping not possible. The food is very tasty: rice, pasta, vegetables, chicken, beef, fish daily in different variations-if you didn't find anything it is your own fault. The desserts are always very tasty! The rooms and the hotel are clean and tidy - is therefore nothing to moan about.
The hotel we would book immediately again!
Small tip: when the sun lounger in the 'hollow' a cushions are, then these easy-and this is also the only point of criticism, but with this tip is this criticism again lapse ☺ read more
