The room was very clean and had everything we needed air conditioning, safe etc. My siblings had a lot of fun in the kids club. The food could have been better but the service was very good. Especially the animators manshy and shaggy did a very good job. It was a nice vacation :) read more

Great hotel with fabolous staff, cooks, food, drinks and friendly animators. This hotel was clean! We had all inclusive. There were many people with different nationality, mainly Italian. read more

    Wooooow!!!! Excellent and delicious food! Quality and quantity of food and drinks was great. They offer Europien cuisine and local as well. Everything was clean and waiters were helpful and hard - working. We had never eaten such great cuisine!!!

    Everything was great! Staff was very friendly, funny, helpful. They can speak English and some of them many more languages. Absolutely satisfied with room cleaning and rooms as such. There was no reason to comlain about anything!!!!!!

    The hotel has great animation team which offers many activities e.g. water-gymnastic, voleyball, dancing, aerobics, funny games and kids club. You can try kite-surfing, diving, windsurfing. There are always many programs in the evening. Hotel offers 3 pools with bars, sunbeds and ambrellas and there is towel service. If you want to go swimming in the see you must walk cca 100 metres in the water.

The hotel had 350 rooms, this may sound much but the complex is huge and spacious, no one had to stay in the are suns, because no place was free ☺ The state of the hotel was alright if something was broken, it was immediately repaired. We had all-inclusive The age structure was well mixed of 0a 80 years. And nationalities were germans, italians, russians, austrians, spanish. read more

    The size our room was big enough, the furniture was ok. There was a mini bar, you could in all-inclusive only partially use. That means there were all soft drinks a bottle ( Cola, Fanta, 7 up ) per week free. And for everything else you had to in the minibar pay what beer or mango and so on. The water in the minibar is refilled everyday and it was always free of charge. There was a tv was available as german channels were RTL, RTL II, and ZDF. The bath was very clean and alright. There was an airco. But the we didn't need more not at all.

    There was a buffet ' shahrazad', as well as 2 a-la-carte restaurants, an italian and a fish restaurant. We were always in the buffet, the suited us perfectly. The dishes were very tasty and varied, who found there nothing was your own fault. There was a drinks beer, weisswein, red wine, Cola, water and two coffee full automats and much more, you could get very used to it. The beverages were greeted by a waiter brought, and against a tip ( Euro) you could not at all that quick drink as restocked. The dishes were from someone else cleared, and he asked always, whether it tasted good or, if everything was okay. The cleanliness was also here at the top it was always one with dustpan and dustpan the floor to keep them clean. The food was international. There was also for children extra an area, where you could eat or the food yourself could. That was the buffet table somewhat lower, what we call ' kid's corner'. But unfortunately and, as so often were some, the eyes larger than the hunger, and it was more on the plate loaded, when then ultimately we ate. 'sigh' Home would certainly do not.

    The friendliness in this hotel much exceeded, each no matter wether roomboy, gardeners, maintenance, the waiters or front desk staff everybody was always friendly and issues such as you go and so on. With german one comes rather slow, but with the english it is really good ☺. The cleaning of the rooms found every day between 9 and 18 hours. Every day there were fresh towels it was almost every day herausgewischt and we got fresh geranienbüten to the room. :-) It was a 24 hours doctor in the hotel, as well as a pharmacy. If one of the 'curse of the pharao' caught up. It is, i think, a welcome decor. :-) To the children was here really lovingly taken care of, you have time, and the entertainers every evening at around half 9 still a good three-quarters hour with the children danced and played.

    The pool and the beach were very clean. Unfortunately went in the week where we were a very strong wind, then we are to the beach down went. Since there was a wind protection. Theoretically it gave for each berth a wind protection, but it was lots of people, the 2-3 wind breaker around constructed and then or a family with children either a or not any windbreaks had. Beach chairs, showers, entertainment were all great and alright. For enough entertainment was provided with beach volleyball, soccer, water aerobics, billiards, chess and so on, again many kid's offers. There was also a very professional mini golf, very clean laid out directly in front of the front desk on the right side.

    The hotel lies at the red sea coast, we are from Hurghada airport to the hotel brought, the is unfortunately the disadvantage, it is a about 2 hours drive. Which means there are about 160 kilometer. it would be from the airport Marsa Alam cheaper from the journey time this hotel passable. The hotel has it's own beach or section. A bazaar or shopping there is right on the hotel turn left in front of the hotel entrance.

I spent two awesome weeks in SENTIDO Oriental Dream Resort and enjoyed every minute of it. The beach is very close, everything's clean and all the people are very friendly. There are so many things to do and especially the entertainment is amazing. Thanks all the animators it never got borring. My favourite was Manshy, I'll miss him. ;) Just go yourself and check verything out. Amazing holidays with a lot of fun guaranteed!!! read more

Fantastic holiday, everything was okay, only the quality of the food is not what an Italian expects... anyway not terrible! The beach is good, the water marvellous and snorkeling is okay even for children of for those not so good in swimming. Lots of different coloured fishes!! read more

This was our 9th stay at the Sentido Oriental Dream Resort and certainly not our last. Already booked up to return in June and again in September. If you just want to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries we can recommend this lovely hotel. If your looking for noisy night life, fighting over sun beds and getting drunk in your football shirt, go somewhere else! There are many reasons we choose to come back time after time, but the staff here are one of their biggest assets. From the extremely friendly Hamdy and Elsayed on reception, very helpfull Kasia in ... Customer Relations to Mohamad in the pool bar, Hanny and Saad in the restaurant to name but a few. Each and every member of staff are wothy of a special mention and Mr Anwar and his management team should be congradulated. Blue sky and sunshine is guaranteed - as is a wonderful holiday experience.you will not be dissappointed. read more

We had high hopes for our stay after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately our experience is very different to most, it seems. Firstly, we booked as an all inclusive holiday. The food was not to our expectations of all inclusive breaks, often very repetitive and on some instances we actually just had a plain salad with bread rolls owing to the lack of appetising options on display. Not so great when you have been walking or swimiing for hours exploring the local life and scenery to come back and eat a very basic salad. The pool main pool was ... okay although all the children congregated in it so we did not enjoy being in it. We would have liked a heated "adult only" pool that we have often experienced elsewhere. I would imagine it would be really busy in high season so would certainly not recommend it for couples during this time. The beach was nice and the sea is abundant with life, we saw a lot in very little depth of water. The hotel grounds are maintained and the rooms are spacious and cleaned well (although we noticed that cups left by the pool were still there 2 days later having not been cleaned away by the hotel, ditto for the beach area on some days). Our main source of frustration was the lack of service from the staff. The bar in the lobby is terrible at service - we waited 45 minutes until someone asked if we would like a drink. Again, our experience previously is totally different to this whereby staff have been attentive and keen to serve. This hotel - you have to constantly go to the bar areas from the beach/pool/lobby and ask for a drink - it is my expectation on such holidays to be served as opposed to having to go and ask especially when the hotel have staff wandering around presumably for the intention of serving guests with beverages. I would like to point out one incident when a lady went to the bar to order approx 3-4 drinks, she was left to carry these drinks back to the table (no assistance offered to her) at which point she slipped on the marble whilst trying to open the door and spilt her drinks all over the floor. She returned to the bar, asked for a napkin and the member of staff gave her some and duly watched her tidy up the drink herself. After a few minutes another member of staff came over and told her they would clean it up. That is really poor and does not define customer service in my opinion. We seemed to either be totally ignored by staff or just served with absolute minimal effort. The only saving grace we found was Saad in the main restuarant. Turn right when you enter and you will surely be served by him. He was the only guy in the whole week we were there who smiled, spoke to us and took time to serve us in a friendly manner. I hope he is recognised for this. The majority of guests are mostly German, Italian or Eastern European. We did not encounter any other English folk during our stay. Not sure if this is because of location, food or general reviews from English visitors but worth consideration by the hotel if they do read this comment. Finally, the hotel seems to lack any sort of personality. It has no warmth to it. Lots of things can be done to improve the experience but if my opinion is required further than I would be happy to elaborate. Sorry to say but I will not be recommending this hotel to friends, family or acquaintances who frequently travel. Much to be done by way of food and service before I consider returning. However, if you do decide to go - enjoy your stay and happy holidays. read more

It's a great place, I spent with my daughter truly magical moments. I am a person with a disability movement, therefore the distance to restaurants, the beach and the pool were important to me. This is a huge plus. Magnificent vacation, %blank% in any case again again. Even when the hotel a bit outdated is and here and there the plaster peel, has everything else completely convinced. With our waiter Mostafa mohamet we were super satisfied, but also the other staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is very good, (from time to time you must have a little salt ) for any taste is something to be found. Our room 229 was always clean and cleaned properly. The spa center we also used. Prices are ok and the massage, which one receives for its money is second ... to none. We were 3 weeks to dive. The diving center is professionally led. Would recommend it to anyone for snorkelling. read more

Very nice hotel with excellent service at dinner. Extremely cute attentive waiters, especially Mr. K. Nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy their work. If you have any requests, they make it possible. Good service! If you want, you can have a little chat with staff and get to know them little bit more than just the usual:"how are you" In the afternoon during sunset, we had some tea/drinks and of course Shisha in the 'Sultana cafe' that was made possible by the very friendly and hospitable Mr. Radwan en his buddy Mr. Ali. They also made possible that we could see the FCBarcelona match against Real Madrid excellent! we ... took a picture together, Radwan & I, both in djellaba to remember the great times we had in the Sentido resort. The coral reef is also mind blowing, if you walk a little left of the resort. Or when it's low tide you can swim over the coral, right in front of the resort. It's really worth it. You will be stunned, really. The deep dark sea you will face then, is mind blowing. From the beach you can see it, the deep dark blue bit. You will face a deep abyss when you arrive. You'll probably look several times over your shoulder when swimming there. We had a pleasant stay at the Sentido Oriental Resort. Kind regards read more

Completely comfortable : heated pool, hot water showers at the beach, guest is absolute king, every request was quickly met (radiator because of cool into the room provided, lost believed hats, scarves and glasses were prompt back). Gladly we remember hany and Mahmoud, our very attentive and friendly staff in the restaurant, likewise at receptionist nobility. We are already looking forward to next year. I really loved the activities like volleyball, bellydance and stretching and i also liked the entertainment in the evening. I also think that the animations Sushi, Manshy, Shaggy and Kristina where doing a great job, they made everyone feel welcome. read more

Everything was perfect! There was a huge selection of food and this to every time. It's a very big place with many rooms an bungalows. There are 3 pools and a big part of the beach you can use. Everywhere are bars where you can get something to drink, at the pools, at the beach, at the lobby. It was very clean! They clean up the room every day and bring you new water in your room. When we were at Sentido there were mainly polish and dutch people, but also russian, german and french people. We booked "all inclusive" ... and we got all inclusive! read more

    The room was perfect. We had a very big balcony with beautiful view! The room was confortable and we had a bathtub in the bathroom! There is also a safe, a tv, a minibar and a telephone in the room.

    There was a buffet in the morning, at lunch, in the evening and at night and there were also two other restaurants, an italian and a fish-restaurant. At the beach you could also eat snacks like burgers, potatoes and so on. Ahmad (ALI) from the restaurant was especially friendly and funny and made our week! I want to mention "Sayeed" from the restaurant, too. I think this was the name. He made a very good job as waiter!

    The service was good. If you have children there are especially facilities for them and there's a doctor at the hotel.. The people speak english, not always very good to understand but you could talk with them. The people at the reception speak good english and are always very friendly, especially Mostafa, Osama, Amr.

    For the entertainment there's an animation group! They make a very good job! There names are Sushi, Manshy, Shaggy, Julia, Kristina an Adam and they are all very nice and funny people and we enjoyed every show of them. Every evening (except sunday) there's a show at the hotel disco and during they day they offer sport activities or games at the pools. At the beach there are also people who offer sport activities.

    At the hotel there are some little shops for souvenirs, postcards and so on. The next city is not as close I think, but you can make an excursion to other cities! The beach is right on the hotel. So everything you need, you get at the hotel.

We were very contented with the services which the hotel offers. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone who will ask me and I have to praise the kindness, helpfulness and fun of the Pool Barman called Mohamen (which was the only one with an inteligent "European" humor - not like these boring animators) and I have to praise too in the name of my family the selflessness and flexibility of the Assistent FNB called Mr.Khaled Negm. 2 Months ago i was in the hotel. All in All it was very great, the hotel rooms had a big size and very comfortable. It was a birthday gift for my girlfriend and she appreciate it very much. Also i have to particular emphasize the animation of Manshy. She was very nice, friendly and know how to conjure a smile on our face. Sum up a great holiday and won´t repent anything. read more
