The rooms are standard, the microfaserhandtücher were a disaster. One is well advised, own bring extra towels. Personal reception with prior is bad and the attitude with guests more than rude. It appears that the owner d. pension not on the return of guests or development of core audience interested. The servicegedanke in this house after more than 20 years not taken place.     Simply facilities, old tv, no balcony, no air conditioning, heating was on arrival, despite reservation and cool weather, issued. It took a long time, until the room warmed up. No mini bar, no coffee maker, no telephone, no extras. Room size not ideal, badgöße okay, cleanliness was okay. Towels from microfaser : not drying and unhygienic, there only with 30 degrees washable. The same applies to the bedlinen to. Blanket for the season (october) too thin.

    The pension is located close to the exhibition centre. Airport is far away, as well as shops, restaurants and night life.

We enjoyed it very much in this place. We were greeted very nice and the whole weekend were all super nice. The room was small but functional. There were two single beds pushed together but could be the. Also the room had a seating area, a tv and a Funkwecker. Towels are also provided free of charge. the breakfast is also nothing to complain about. Was asked in advance when you would like to have breakfast and coffee or tea. If you go for breakfast, everything is already prepared and to eat all that remains is to begin. Per person ... there are two rolls, a plate of mixed meats and cheese and a glass of jam. Since we have two was a pot of coffee. As for single persons, we couldn't sadly rate. In full and for us it was a very nice weekend and we'd love to go back to pension Mockau Bewertung lesen

Front desk not occupied. When we went to the Address specified replacement and rang no one was there. After a call by phone seemed then someone and discussed with us, that we would not have rung. In the room my wife wanted a extra blanket, because it was cold. It was discussed, that the ceiling micro fiber and can be cold. Floor in the bathroom dirty. Breakfast the next day we had real saved. For every two rolls given a pot of jam and any strange sausage from the package. All in all, certainly pension Mockau in Leipzig. Bewertung lesen
