We were to the 3. and definitely not for the last time in this hotel. Feel there very probably, there are certainly often what to complain about but that can one say and it will be remedied. Next winter all room renovated and the carpet torn out which was also necessary. The staff are very friendly and always attentive. The way to the beach you could easily with Halil every 10 minutes in tiirk traktör back. A bazaar is just around the corner. As mentioned, nice hotel when you go for cheap money nice vacation want to spend. read more

Friendly staff. Good food. Well-kept complex velvet pool. Clean rooms. Shuttle service to the 700 meters away beach with a tractor with trailer. A fun not only for children. The hotel hosts around 600 guests, so it's not too big nor crowded. It's all clean. Guestwise, there is a mixture of young families, young and elderly couples. Most of them seem to be German, Dutch or French (only a few). The preferred type of service for all guests seems to be All-Inclusive. By the way: 5 turkish stars mean 4 european stars. read more

    The family room is equipped with a bunk-bed for the kids and a twin-to-queen-sized bed for the parents. It was adequate in size. Equipment includes a non-smelling AC, international TV (English, German, Turkish and some other), a balcony equipped with two chairs and a table, a safe to rent, a small fridge with a free bottle of water, and a telephone. The room is clean and cleaned every day.

    The food is typically turkish with some western elements. It is offered as buffet in very high quality. For lunch and dinner it varies every day. The variety of drinks is more than sufficient. I didn't like the wine, but I'm kind of picky on that.

    The staff always is very friendly and takes care of every need we have. They all speak German pretty well, I can't judge the other guests' languages. There is a kids club with activities, some animated activities for grown-ups, a disco (2nd basement floor - not at all too loud for other guests), can't say too much about it, we have no need to take advantage of it. The hotel offers a 24h available medical service.

    One of the three pools has two water slides for the kids. The slides are operated from 10 to 12 and 14 to 17, a fair compromise of fun, ability to supervise the kids, and calmness to rest. Water quality is good and seems to be checked every day. There is a kids club with activities, some animated activities for grown-ups, a disco (2nd basement floor - not at all too loud for other guests) can't say too much about it, we have no need to take advantage of it. At the beach the hotel has its own bar where it also offers the all-inclusive amenities to its guests. The beach is wide, the water clear (and warm). All standard-quality sunbeds are under sunscreens, but you can move them to the sun if you need to.

    The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach. It is operated on a regular basis (every 10 min or so) and by very friendly staff. The distance to the beach is still walkable (10 min). There are a shirt shop and a hairdresser in the hotel's basement, they offer their service at reasonable prices (e.g. 5 EUR for a men's haircut). In addition, there is a photo shop which offers professional photo shooting services for family photos etc. There are more shops (shirts, bags, pharamcies, bars, ...) in walkable distance.

We were now in October in hotel side west resort (2 adults, 2 children, 2 double room). A wonderful hotel with great service and always friendly staff. In the hotel speaks German. The hotel itself is well maintained. Just the maid was not very thorough. But it was as a part of. The food was good, only mostly a bit cool. The pool was beautiful, and also the beach was clean and great. From the hotel goes every 10 minutes a transfer, a dear grandpa with a tractor always a smile in the face has. So the 14 days there were okay but again we would not book! The very best part was the entertainment, super great boys! And the bar keeper and 2 waiter! So as mentioned the group of entertainers were great other than that not recommendable! Didn't have the no bash a five star hotels definitely not rather a three stars! read more

I went with my two sisters on vacation. Have to say, that it with a the best area was, in the we were. The complex is very centrally located. Had a good Dolmuş-connection, respectively with the taxi for little money everywhere and fast there been. Right on the hotel we had a small shopping arcade, meaning you has since got everything, without far move to have. We were all very good, we had a great families-atmosphere. Probably felt immediately very comfortable. The food, the staff, the entertainment. Everything was really great. The manager was his guests very hard. Who like ... at home feel at home would, and nevertheless vacation with have fun make like, is right at home here. So people book now.-) we are soon back-) read more

We were for the 2. time in hotel side west hotel. We liked it in general again really enjoyed. A shortcoming and even a large there is, because the family room in the new building or cultivation were wet and moldy. It smells musty and i think it is also hochgeradig harmful. The hotel know from the problem, but it creates not from. We were in a room on the ground floor and were allowed to reklation change immediately, even on the same day was our room reallocated. Irresponsible. Otherwise, i would like the great love and nice tractor driver ... Halil mention and very nice regards. The hammam and the massages are also super. Friendly greetings to Mehmet the boss. Value for money is okay just in this hotel and therefore, i can recommend to others. read more

A great vacation, also for young people. Went with my sisters entered... The area is small and very well arranged. Have a small beautiful room with a pool-view had. Felt very comfortable. The service is excellent, the staff, animation and so on. Everything was great... Especially the bread, that daily freshly baked, is very delicious...
