This hotel is really good,nice staff and fine kitchen. Very clean place thanks to the cleaning-team, they are really working day and night. Breakfast with a wide range of Turkish specialities and diner was also fabulous.

The the beach bar only from april opens as the weather in march very nice was it at the beach comfortably close.
A defect it but unfortunately what in my eyes the staff nothing and the food was at the buffet partly cold, because other guests it is not necessary the lid on the courts to close it. read more

The staff were very friendly. The service was also very good. The food varied and good.
The swimming pool i found too small, that was not for me a indoor pool. Had booked all inclusive and should the in-room safe, freshly squeezed juice and mixed drinks, as well as the soft drinks in the minibar extra pay. The windows and doors when storm and rain is not really close.
The 2. bedroom our suite was not bigger as a broom closet.
In our opinion, would have this hotel maximum three stars deserves, but no 5. read more

This hotel is not convenient for individual guests and above all not for family with children. Was the 19 february until 5 march 2013 with all-inclusive in this hotel. Strong ageing. My window was not done on, with closed balcony door klaffte a column between the door and frame of approximately 1.5 centimeter Despite repeated complaint no response. This hotel has no 5 star more. Room was very loud, the dishes from the lobby bar to hear! Room was not clean much dust balls broken drawers, and a crib which had rusted and and many more children's run-down loot drieth room and outdoor area not for small children prepared? Of care was nothing to see, even had to beg for the child's room in the interior area is opened! Table-ware (cups and so on. Were often dirty). The food wasn't as usual! We travel since almost 10 years until twice in the Turkey but that we do not ... have yet experienced! Buffet was in the least down hardly seasoned and variation was also not for everyone. Husband had to much extra pay, like for instance juice or cake outside the time. The bars were also always late open so if you as parents around 7 or 7.30 breakfast and around 8.30 a coffee at the bar wanted to drink it was not, although staff was there! The indoor pool is tiny and is constantly under train! Not please the doors to close! So not recommendable not for families! It may well be yes in the season better but if the already not value on their guests shall i do not know it also. However the water was magnificent and luckily we could much and had not as long as booked. read more

In december 2012 i was for one week and now in february 2013 for 11 days in the Vera Stone Palace. I really enjoyed the hotel. Especially the staff's hospitality i was very impressed. Can this hotel also for singles to quite further-recommend. read more

We were some years ago already once in this hotel. Were very impressed, as we our vacation now not be able to say. Yesterday we came back. I can only say thank god. The only which we positively assess, ' are the attempts by the two entertainers the guests in the evening to converse. The rooms were clean, but the housekeeping staff not friendly. The same goes for the waiters in the restaurant. Speed was not their strong point. On two nights we booked on the beverages maintained, as we were with the food was ready. The beverages to get ... was also not possible, we were told the waiter would be at the table (if he only come would be). The food a single kastastophe. So much unimaginativeness we do not have yet experienced. In the week there were in some evenings fish or stuffed chicken. Once there was Doner thank god. I believe the only evening where we us full ate.
It was also the purest durchgangshotel. I had rarely seen such a commotion on the whole hotel experienced. The highlight of the whole thing was then also, the unfortunately someone died. You had the boldness the deceased through the full front lobby to maintain. So a piätätlosigkeit opposite the late and the present guests.
We agree the hotel is definitely not 5 star. It is also for us not more into question.
We are from other hotels partly also only 4 star resort better read more

In this hotel knows the chef unfortunately no salt, no pepper and one must everything after seasoning, because otherwise it tasted according to nothing at all. Also, it was mostly the same food and for a 5 star hotel in the small framework held. Furthermore were the half of the guests got sick, as it in the whole hotel a schweinekälte was and it the hotel management also not understood to change this! Some of the rooms was the heater not at all and you even had difficulties in a different room to change.
For a 5 stars hotel with ... all inclusive had nevertheless to much from its own pocket to be paid for.
Positive is the nice, friendly and quick staff. read more

It's good value for money absolutely.
Were beautiful 6 days.
Hotel was everything was clean, staff etc. Were all very good to good german and were very pleasant and accommodating.
Big beautiful bathroom and balcony is also sufficient...
The typical german complainers there is everywhere, not want to pay and moan about everything, is true but for this hotel not too on the contrary for the tourist the a quiet vacation looks for very recommendable. read more

Hotel was at the time a little occupied. But fully met nice people. Service at the front desk excellent, speak good german and are very helpful, special thanks to mr metric ton food was delicious and something for everyone. Is what really to turn off in the cold season. For families with children in this period maybe not so suitable but for couples and singles. For a long time not so much laughed. Staff in restaurant and at the bar also ' special requests' possible. Only blemish - wellness treatments are very expensive. Rooms were always clean. We went there in the winter season (January 2013) and expected a rather quiet but comfortable stay. Our expectations were more than satisfied. We lived in a family room, which was quite comfortable, clean, and of sufficient size. We found the food extremely good and varied (with lots of fresh vegetables, what I liked a lot) – but of course, this is always a matter of personal taste. As usual, some of the hotel offerings weren't available in winter (e.g., outside swimming pool, Mini Club), but there was still enough to do and to see (e.g., Wellness area). ... There are nice hotel shops; in fact, it was a bit more fun to shop there than in the surrounding area, where many shops were still closed. A bus stop is less than a minute away from the main entrance, so it was easy to see the surounding cities (Side, Manavgat ). Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, felt very welcome and do think about coming back next winter. read more

Because the hotel was hardly occupied, ( outside of the season) were all tourist worn out. Really nice atmosphere. Unfortunately were the overactive very rare, but to end of the vacation it got better.

The hotel called hotel Vera Stone Palace, actually it should not palace call, because it is a worn down house, which were already since longer in need of renovation is. The name Vera Stone 'scheune' would be more appropriate.
The furniture in the room is also very run-down, and seemed very dated.
The indoor swimming pool is about 10 times 4 meters large and the entire spa - facilities makes a unclean impression.
The garden is in a good condition.
The lobby and all rooms in the hotel were partly not heated and in the lobby bar were partly 16°. ...
The gastronomy is to say, that the dishes not particulary good tasted or constantly repeated, furthermore was the quality very bad, the food i have stayed in a 5 star hotel never experienced.
The food in the only so-called specialty restaurant (only fish) was absolutely bad, the fish served cold, and after complaining the same plate with the same food back from the microwave back.
The room safe costs per day 2 € and if the towel exchanged will fall again 0,50 Euro at fees at.
I had the guest service and with a manager on some things weighted, but i got the following answer: what are they actually these price can't other expect, and that in a star hotel.
In the more immediate vicinity was hardly a business opened, since only a hotel was open, so the shopping you had to already something further away go.
I would cold season this hotel nobody further-recommend. read more
