The hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful town of Banff beside the main shopping street. The whole place looks and feels very nice. The municipality was truly effort. The hotel was wonderfully from the presentation in the lobby and outside Westernzeit adjusted to the issue. Rooms are comfortable with all of the standard fare, from the balcony we had a view of the mountains. Parking is available in the narrow parking garage (approx. 4 EUR). The cleanliness of the room was ok. The hotel is centrally located in the center of Banff zehr and has underground parking available ($5 per day). We had a room on the street side and by the surrounding bars it was partly rather noisy. The breakfast is very basic buffet (toast, jam, cereal, fruit) in the windowless basement. The sauna is a dry sauna, and there is no nice relaxation room.
