This small quiet complex has now for the 2. time also good. The apartments are not new but in good condition. We booked without catering. Guests mixed: elderly, families, couples. read more

    Nice, quiet large apartment with two bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable and very pleasant changed. Furniture have some pieces, so you don't on the tiles too loud are. Great! However one hears other guests with holzschuhen of course. Nice terrace with chairs and cushions. Only oscillating fan but was not yet so warm. Flat screen tv, telephone, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave. Kitchen cabinets are inside a little worn, but contain everything of dishes plus: detergent, ersatzmüllbeutel, spülschwamm counter was (new), two regularly changing dish towels. Bathroom functional. Great light and enough storage space, even if not luxurious.

    The nice little bar only for great Paella-essen visited. (thursdays on request and with a lot of love cooked.) Music did not disturb, if you by the pool is. Very friendly and spotlessly clean.

    Service exceptional. All the people were friendly-even the gardener greeted. Reception super. Very helpful. Room cleaning was great. 2 days they have freely. You can but also in advance subscription, if you want. Complaints are dealt with immediately. Our sink ran off badly. Was in 10 minutes repaired.

    Not any animation. The pool was very clean, but must after 15 o'clock not be used. Is evenly a quiet area! Each sheet was on the next day swept away. Paths were clean injected. Always enough chairs and sunscreens.

    Transfer very briefly. Is now by taxi under 20 €. Beach only over a street, easily can cross. Restaurants there are a lot of, supermarkets for bread etc. Several right next door. Designer clothes there is also right in front on the road, even more, if one is ready 15 minutes uphill, way from the beach to walk. Everything seemed in the 70. years efficient. Now much renovated. There are now three huge new glittering restaurants for asian cuisine, all in 5 minutes away. They are always fully and totally popular. You can but otherwise super eat meat and don't forget: english breakfast there are on every corner for 3 €inclusive tea or coffee.

Excellent apartment at quiet however central location. The rooms are simple but clean and with al- lem the necessary decorated. Who luxury looks for is in the wrong place. 2 shops (spar) right around the corner. Also car- and bike rental. The stairs or street down and one is at the lively flaniermeile of Puerto del Carmen with restaurants and shopping options. Briefly about the einbahnbetrieb guided coastal road and you are there on the sandy, clean beach. To our surprise there was also a bike path which for velomuffel good (because flat) to drive on is. One comes with ... the feasible option at places (for example nearby the airstrip) to by car never comes. Generally has it us on Lanzarote, also in the comparison with the other large kanareninseln really enjoyed. For us it was the absolute right decision for one week in january. Both the flugdistanz (from Zürich about 4 hours), the island itself and the apartment-Playamar. In short: we are definitely coming again ago. read more

For us it is always a great pleasure when we entered the Playamar drive. There we peace and quiet. It is exactly for central and one has 2 supermarkets directly next to it. The staff are very friendly and the putzies (cleaning staff) were very friendly, clean and fast! Paco, the pool bar managed is very pleasant and his wife makes time per week a hammer Paella! The rooms are to us absolutely sufficient but the couch i have every year anew to get used to.-) Rent a car direct in the lobby, it works fantastic and you really ... no work. We are now again 1 day at home and we have already again wanderlust. Next december we are coming again! You can again and again only say thank you for the great stay! Test this hotel itself and make a judgment! read more

Wifi free of charge in the whole complex. Who notebook thereby does not have can free the computer in the lobby use. Bread delivery service at the front desk.     The apartments and bungalows are spacious and very well maintained. The kitchen is huge and well thought out (toaster, coffee machine, microwave and all usual equipment, like at home). No dishwasher, but we didn't miss anything, as we on vacation no kochexzesse organize... Regular careful cleaning including bathroom and toilet, linen. There is a large furnished terrace, or a large furnished balcony for the most part with a view of the sea. The phone has a amtsleitung, also abroad. Telephone costs quite moderate and cheaper than handytelefonate. Fan in each housing unit and recently flat screen tv with the usual german channels.

    In of the pool bar there are small dishes, but are pretty small-rather child portions, but good taste. On request, there was also the normal food in a normal quantity and quality. The cleanliness in the restaurant there is nothing left to be desired.

    The complex stands under german management, it is but one english and spanish spoken and understood ☺ very frerundliches and helpful staff. Thorough room cleaning and laundry change on request also more often than advertised. Dealing with complaints i can't say-we had no!

    There is a normal (depth 180 centimeter) and a children's swimming pool (depth 60 centimeter). Both is in a beautiful tropical garden, very neat and very clean. Chairs and sunscreens are always in sufficient quantity available. Here can the children the whole day fun and frolic, so that the parents also a relaxing hotel can be enjoyed. The pool bar with billiard table is right next door, if it was on the couch or in the pool becomes too boring or you times an ice or a chilled drinks need! Entertainment does not take place - a reason for our choice!

    It is only 2 minutes to the beach, the strip is located right on the doorstep. There, there are both foodstuffs self catering, as well as attractive restaurants of all nationalities. The surrounding car rentals are cheap, a car is worthwhile in any case, as there are so many remarkable locations are (art, culture, nature).

I was to 2. the Playamar and again absolutely satisfied. It was a nice and relaxing vacation and I can say: if I again to Lanzarote fly, then definitely again to the Playamar. Instruction: the steak house (next to the Playamar) was even this year again unbeatable, if you ate, the rasiko on the next day another local to choose, not more. read more

Nice hotel, centrally located and nevertheless peaceful. Hillside location. With stairs and a small door with own key to the beach. Bungalow: perfect equipped kitchenette. Big living area. Beautiful terrace with sun screen and sea view. Cleanliness was ok. Clean pool and pool bar. Well-kept complex. Have just been tiles to the pool renewed and bungalows from the outside deleted. Service the best! Mornings bread service ( and tasted really). Sun screens can the beach can be rented. As it on our way back no rückfluginfo by the tour operator was worried the front desk everything necessary. All around there ... is a massive selection for going out to eat, but at the beach unfortunately little quality. We can recommend the restaurants in the side streets, particularly the el Nino and the don quixote. Definitely with a rental car the island explore! read more

If you-as we were before the numerous reviews (here and elsewhere) and read for itself interpreted/weighted has, you will not be surprised. The small complex is good, location and friendliness of really outstanding and the value for money great for us. Of course, there's always room for improvement, but for the cheap price, you can in my opinion not really (still) expect more. read more

    As expected. So see an apartment on the Canary Islands from. If you want more or better amenities, must more also clearly pay. It was functional, quite large and also in the kitchen area well equipped. Of course would be an even greater pan or larger wine glasses have been good, but on vacation that already fits. Especially good in our experience the terrace like, as you so very quiet the breakfast or the evening wine and the towels drying could. The cleaning was also rather southern too-not like myself, but perfectly adequate.

    Especially noticeable were the friendliness all the staff and the german skills at the reception and bar. Here in the portal criticized defects are actually quickly (the loose tiles were just been replaced-the led 2 days to some noise, but not avoidable should be). To replace the tvs the hotelier was already written, which-if the last ratings-probably will happen (for us too late, it however also not miss). Much better and friendlier one of the guests didn't care.

    Both pools were with us always clean (what really work), the for the adults partly maybe a bit deep (1.40-1.90), but with 3 ladders well equipped. Lighting in the evening would be the icing on the cake. While we were there, there were if we do not at the sea were - almost always alone in the pool. Chairs were also always sufficiently available (finally no standing handtuchblockierer). So the benefits of ' size ' the hotel good to wear.

    The location is in my opinion perfect. The complex is right (small way with closed hall there gate ) on the beach promenade, between the restaurant mile with public beach and a harbor. The view from the terrace the bungalows on the sea is really great. Because of the hillside and the light versatzes to the rear you do hear at night (at least from our bungalow number 19) only the sea sound (was nice sometimes too).

From the maids to to the front desk always friendly and very attentive. Problems gave it also none. The Playa Mar is very centrally located and yet very quiet. There were many shops. One runs only a couple of minutes to the beach. Spacious and cared for apartments, large terrace with a view of the sea. Very nice and comfortable ambience. Nice hotel with couch possibilities and a well kept pool to the cooling. read more

Everything super! One thing I however on! But, that I the tv 1-/ day pay must, I expect a new tv, the nowadays costs ( in Germany) a 80 to 100 centimeter plasma or LCD c. a. 250-500.-Euro, that means the investment would be in at the latest 2 years pay off. Am however sure, that on Lanzarote, if you are 50 piece would buy, the price not higher as 150-300. Chairs would! Otherwise, as mentioned. Value for money ok! Staff great nice and competent, room large and friendly. Beach c. a. 150 meters, shopping 50 meters. Would definitely ... again! Thanks still time for everything! read more

By the many positive reviews we are on the Playa Mar attentive and booked it and it was really very recommendable. The apartments are well laid out, clean and the furnishing intact and fully functional. Only drawback, if you definitely what negative would say, is possibly the missing air conditioning because at night it is quite warm but the fan, the every apartment has, worked well ;-) With the complete staff good experience made, friendly and helpful. The ladies at the reception help with any matter. read more

    As already mentioned above all of the staff very friendly and helpful. As we had evenings back flown and our apartment but already from the next booked, was short notice another apartment made available - we have been to other experiences made. The bread service was super.

Only drawback, if you definitely what negative would say, is possibly the missing air conditioning because at night it is quite warm but the fan, the every apartment has, worked well ;-) With the complete staff good experience made, friendly and helpful. The ladies at the reception help with any matter.

The hotel normally: this apartment complex is beautiful, very quiet location, very clean kept. The pool also. Location and the surroundings: the complex is not far from the beach. Shops right on the Strandsstraße. Airport about 15 minutes drive or bus. Service: the staff are very friendly and speak German well. They are very helpful. Dining: food are very good, also drinks.     1 room-apartment: bedroom by curtain separated, big balcony, clean shower bath, tv for 1 Euro per day, safe 1 euros, large living room - dining area, great equipped, open kitchen ( microwave, kettle, coffeemakers...) = very clean and spacious. View of the sea to the side, views of nice hotel.

    Exceptionally friendly, all spoke very well German and helps gladly with every question and smaller problems. Umbrella shall at the beach ( free of previous guests). Bread service without surcharge! Free wi-fi ( enough to skype/surfing).

Too few in the shade, there especially German guests despite 'ban' on the part of the apartment complex with towel reserve). The Playamar is pleasant and we will certainly a second time spend our holiday. At the front desk one had always an ear to lend and was always helpful. The bread service worked well and punctually. The view from the terrace on the sea was beautiful and with this picture in mind you could the breakfast enjoy. There were 7 wonderful holiday days. read more
