Small individual and very friendly run hotel. Sonja, the boss, speaks several languages very well, is always gladly good tips to hikes, restaurants or excursions. Garachico is a nice canarian place without hotel complexes, simply cozy. In the winter however somewhat cooler than the south. The place and the hotel without further recommendable. read more

Great hotel with a wonderful inner courtyard and terrace with an amazing view. Breakfast was rich and balanced. We were very warmly welcomed by the couple owned the place and their staff, so we immediately felt at ease. All in all, the hotel is very well maintained and very clean, as well as with being furnished with a lot of love. We enjoyed it very much. read more

The Gara hotel is a small, comfortable hotel with 16 rooms split into 2 floors. It has a small inner courtyard, that also to some extent the breakfast area is This is in the open, or under a roof. the rooms in the upper Floor are nearly all directly on the terrace, the very nice and especially a great view of the Atlantic Ocean offers. The lower rooms in the inner courtyard and thus directly beside the breakfst tables. The upper are in my opinion beautiful and quiet but also a bit more expensive. the hotel is very clean. the ... only thing, which would be to be criticized, is the spa area. He is very small and is not regularly aired. Thus starts he sadly already to mould. the hotel is only with breakfast bookable. But since it only to third businesses is, I think the already OK. We wanted to spend only breakfast, as you anyway the whole day on the way is. The Average Age of the guests is the middle Area. nationalities mixed, of German about English to Spanish. Also 3 languages of hotel management spoken will. read more

    the rooms are rather small as expected, but very comfortable. It has a tv with 4 or 5 German Channels, a fridge, kettle, a telephone, safe (free of charge), and a fan. in the bathroom there is a hair dryer.

    in the area there are numerous small bars and restaurant. The food is good, depending on where you go there. But you get from the hotel management gladly tips.

    The service of the hotel staff I can't say anything bad. very friendly, good German and English. the room was cleaned every day.

    the hotel lies in garachico, a rather small Village. the next large city is Puerto de la Cruz, the you in about 15 to 20 minutes reached. There is also the loro Parque and a few shops. to the airport South takes you one and a half hour A right was garachico not however therefor a beautiful, small rocky Bay about 3 minutes the Hauptstr. high. directly opposite from the Gara hotel there are seawater pool, because of strong waves unfortunately were closed. the next beach there is a village on. From garachico from one is relatively fast on the Teide, very worth seeing.

We spent ten nice and relaxing days in Tenerife and we felt very comfortable in the hotel garage. The atmosphere is friendly and personable, the very good German speaking owner has given us very good tips for restaurants etc.. The location of the hotel directly on the sea is great, the view from the beautiful roof terrace with spectacular. Unfortunately, we could only once in the rock pools to swim directly, because the Atlantic was stormy. We love to stay there again! read more

Head of the house, as well as his wife are very cordial, helpful. You are made to feel very welcome. To the requests of the of the guests a. the room was always spotlessly clean, extra wishes were fulfilled. they spoke German and French. we would gladly come again into this handsome treasure and enjoyment the comfortable atmosphere by Cara Chico. read more

Very nice Front desk, we arrived exhausted after one hike and asked for room with bathtub. Instead we found a spa area with a large, hot tank (with massage Jets and jacuzzi-device) before, we without extra charge private use-lovely! Directly in front of the door the natural lava-pool, in which one was depending on the season of the ocean can be moved. A natural wave pool! Unfortunately we could only once purely, to the other days was the waves too much, but it was very nice, from the terrace from the hustle and bustle outside watching. read more

New opened, very nice hotel in garachico, directly at the sea pools. Wonderful view, really nice service (she speaks Spanish and German, Spanish and French it), beautiful breakfast buffet in the patio. Rooms are big and great bathroom. Good value for money. Very lovely stay, would love to go back. read more
