We have stayed for the 3. time our vacation in their hotel. It has us very much. Which disturbed us somewhat, was the loud music- and dance during the evening meal. A soft live music would have us very much. There were a lot of smaller children present. We love the greek culture and would have liked to also at another time at a ' greek evening pleased.
Otherwise, we were completely contented, it was even better than before. The ' selections zone ' in the dining room for
Vacationers, the already several times your holiday in the hotel and ... also the 'cocktail reception' felt very honoured. It shows us, that they have to have an exchange of views with the guests much.

An older, very large hotel. Rooms are very rustic decor, probably 20 years ago. Mattresses from the vorkriegszeit, as well as the badehinrichtung. No hotel for disabled guests - stairs where the eye can see. Dining rooms remember at bahnhoffskantine. No service at the tables, the waiters are frightful overburdened. Food very simple quality and also very modest selection. The whole is not for families recommendable - the few high chairs are even zusammengebastelte monster (if you get). To lots of guests to few pools. I will this hotel never for a one time vacation recommending except if you continuously ... alcohol drink is ( in all-inclusive there was a pleasant rose wine). read more

Unfortunately was our reservation not available ( debt of schauinsland), we were given but the ' best room', this was unfortunately on the passage route and it was therefore at night as well very loud! Also the noise from the planes is a duration very annoying! The complex as such is very nice but a bit old and would like a little more care need. Over the gastronomy was already very much written I can only say, very monotonous, bland and carelessly!
The dining room in the main restaurant has the flair a station concourse, huge, noisy, stuffy simply unbelievably! ... A ray of hope is merely the small tavern Steki, there are friendly service, fresh food and good coffee!
All together the hotel has no 5 stars with 3.5 to 4 they would be judged fairly. read more

A completely perfect holiday! Definitely again. We were ten days. Pleasant atmosphere, front desk friendly and helpful, however hardly any knowledge of German, English not a problem. The room was big, with a approximately 25 meters² terrace, in the bungalow village location, with a large bathroom with a toilet and bidet, daily change of towels, bed sheets were also changed several times. The food in buffet form was varied and tasty. We had all-inclusive, had to for the safe and the towels, which we daily exchanged, nothing extra pay. Belongs to the hotel a spa area, here, beauty and massage ... offered, also here the very friendly and courteous staff. The loungers and the sun screens at the pool and the beach are for all inclusive guests free of charge. However they also have to be here beizeit ending and reserve chairs, from about 9 o'clock was hardly still which free. The loungers are comfortable upholstered cushions. Everywhere in the hotel complex feature refrigerators, with water bottles are filled, here you can any use.
What we also pleased, was the short walk to the place chersonissos, here you can lovely strolling. read more

Attention: we were stranded upgraded. Normally should an advantage window, however we were in a bungalow directly at the busy street stuck. This would not a problem, would be the hotel complex, which is getting a bit old, but reasonably schallsicheren doors and window equipped.
It is also important (for sensitive) to mention, that especially in the morning more tieffliegende planes the hotel complex flies.
With all the disadvantages, I would like to nevertheless the food a little bit out. I have stayed here several times of the bad food read, which I cannot agree (we are here a bit ... Egypt preloaded).
One has the choice of various alla carte restaurants, the massive are better than the totally overfilled main restaurant. read more

Very nice hotel with a direct access to the sea. Sea and water load for swimming and swimming, as well as the nice nearby swimming pools. There the majority of the guests all inclusive were, we think a next time, also an arrangement with all inclusive to book. Positive we felt also the free access to the internet over the WiFi. The hotel is the Groen pretty good. The service is not satisfactory. You have the feeling, the people in stress and some overburdened are. The room we got on the day of arrival only at 14 o'clock, although we at 7:30 Clock in hotel were, as we the whole night on 'travel' were. We got to 14 nothing to eat or drink and there was no possibility to move or similar. At the beach it was over filled, so that we do not even have a couch to relax got. The loungers the were available, you could not use ..., the conditions are fully were dirty. With what exactly I dare I not at all to write, there were hardly and believe was. The food was but good. In any case in my opinion, I 5 star elsewhere. The vacation was a experience, which I but no more must have! read more

We had a all inclusive vacation for one week. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooms were clean and beautiful ( main building), as 2 friends to a bungalow slept I would also say here, that the room ( sleeping area) was nice, however the bathroom is already getting a bit old. Air conditioning worked in room 2002 ( main building) very good. Road from the beach the bungalows can already times 7 minutes, as they additionally quite stupid are built. You will only find very difficult its own bungalow again. Signs as well as not at all available. ... As well as all drinks were at the pool bar respectively beach bar of the all inclusive-guest. read more

The complex is really nice. Unfortunately way too big designed (1000 beds). As half board guest are you humans of second class! The extra cost for bungalow with sea view we could ourselves have saved. Who on the Russian and isrälische mentality is gold really!
The offered all inclusive offer does not fit in with the promise of five star hotel. It is everything was broken. The Russian guests behavior itself, as if she has been weeks nothing to eating and drinking got. In the buffet restaurant there is a place in the company cafeteria. As half board guest there ... to eat lukewarm water free of charge. The pay wine from 30 litre tanks iced spent. For 2 dl Cola from zapf one must 2.30 Euro pay and it must still ourselves. read more

Although the hotel with 5 * is specified, is located the complex on a 5-star standard.
W-lan gives it only in the public areas.
Note: the all inclusive is this year for the first time offered. The hotel is now from 2 combined hotels ( Kreta Maris and terra maris), this the hotel appears to be and, in particular, the relatively small beach very crowded. read more

Really successful vacation, with a very nice ambience, Wi-Fi in the lobby free of charge. Very large variety of dishes. Despite the large complex ( very beautiful by the bungalows) lost it. Very quiet.
Good traffic connections! To the town it was only a few minutes' walk. Beach is very large, equipped with beautiful Wooden Deck chairs! Only negative point: relatively expensive! Would nevertheless again there spend our holiday. read more

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel.
The bedsheets were changed every 2 days, towels every day if wished.
Despite there were too many Russian guests (very unpolite and no wanners), we enjoyed our stay.

A spacious Cretan style Hotel. Lovely environment, clean. beautiful gardens and well kept sandy beach. Food and menus diverse- excellent quality.
We had room overlooking the sea- fantastic views of the bay.
Great holiday, to rest, relax and enjoy discovering Crete or local mountains and villages. Sea excellent for swimming.
All in all a COMPLETE HOLIDAY- full value for money.
If you wanted a family has all it needs in the Hotel complex and surroundings alone!
