Wonderful above Lugano location this is star hotel a peaceful oasis. We had for 250 chf a nice, large and clean room with a view of the pool and the city. Swimming pool and sauna were free of charge and very clean, parking for 15 chf for one night is ok. Very inconvenient the action, if you are in the business center would like in internet. The best thing about this restaurant is the breathtaking views over the gulf of Lugano. Not so it was nice, if you for breakfast next to noisy frühstücksfriedhöfen eat, because nobody aggressively wiping down ... earlier. A swiss clockwork works better. Still a absolute recommendation. read more

Beautiful four star hotel on the roofs of Lugano. The hotel is one of combination from apartment complex and hotel. Check in was for a four star hotel very good, the car was parked, check in was very fast and smooth (efficiently). We had a double room -standard and got an upgrade to an executive suite( room 501). The room was brilliant and very big, that is, two bedroom, a bathroom (inclusive shower and bath tub), gR. Entrance area, kitchen (it had unfortunately only glasses and mini bar), living room with a flat screen tvand a terrace with small garden ... area and direct access to the outdoor swimming pool. Under the week and saturday it has a child care ( saturday only until 12:30 o'clock). Almost all of the staff could German, with a few a few exceptions. The service for breakfast unfortunately leaves to be desired (as mentioned in previous reviews mentioned), partly not friendly or overstrained. Small point of criticism for this purpose; breakfast there were 'only' until 10 o'clock -the Sunday, thus arise bottlenecks from about 9:30 A. M. Otherwise was the service in the bar, restaurant ( evenings), front desk, housekeeping, room service always super and friendly. Extra charges reach 5 star level. Spa wellness; it has its own spa spa facilities, by outside guests/ Members gladly used. It has a indoor swimming pool (circa 15 times 5 meters), a (mixed) steam bath, separate sauna and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with wonderful view of Lugano. We stayed in villa sassa felt at ease and like to come again. read more

super awesome rooms, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and large balcony. We felt like the kings! The hotel is normally very appealing and clean. read more

We arrived at the hotel on Friday night and were able to eat only very late, as a cause has taken place. The staff were on this evening is very busy and so is the service for the other customers not as attentive as you probably value lie on it. The breakfast service and the service were excellent and very friendly. The room is very generous in terms of size. They should also look but with the cleaning a bit more the corners and clean (cobwebs) of the wellness area is for the size of the hotel a little on ... the small side. Fabulous hotel in a great location, quiet, sunny and central easy to reach. Great pool area and beautiful breakfast terrace. The apartment was spacious with a nice balcony. We have a package. To us because of the price only in the special offer available. read more

the hotel is fantastic. Our room was in a sleeping and living room divided. The size including the bathroom about 50 square meters. The bathroom in white marble. The terrace is with Privatliegen as well as 2 chairs and a table equipped. The size was about 20 square meters. Views of Lugano and the lake.
only fly in the ointment: we had ants in the bathroom. Was immediately from the staff attempted to repair however with moderate success.
the breakfast buffet leaves no choice Wishes open. Just class. Likewise the restaurant. The food is fantastic however not really cheap. We ... paid for 2 persons inclusive wine so gegenn 200 Swiss Franc
the outside area with the pool made a very good impression even if we are not use could do at this time of the year. The wellness area is OK. In short: the hotel is top but not really cheap. read more

The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the view over Lugano is unique! We had a standard room booked on the question as far as possible above the room to a suite at no extra charge allocated. The suite was very spacious and the furniture was typical Italian... maybe a bit old fashioned but very charming and pleasant. HCLFHLHCLFHLThe staff are very friendly and we felt very comfortable. Very nice view location, about 15 minutes walk to the centre and to the train station, close no stores, bus stop in front of the house, very large, clean rooms with all required comfort, pleasant and friendly staff in the bar and breakfast area, front desk correct, but not particularly friendly. large wellness area with nice pool. read more

We spent a lovely getaway at the hotel sassa. Negative and not worthy of four stars: loud party in the Annex (point 2) during the whole night. Wait one quarter of an hour for breakfast. Uebrige services were spotless! Very friendly staff! read more

We were able to afford this hotel, because it was a special offer from mySwitzerland and Migros was. We have enjoyed it very much, in a hotel to spend two nights, which is considerably above the standard normal life wall Ls were consistent. The staff are very friendly and the Director. The room was very large (royal suite) with all conceivable luxury. The wellness area we have used ausgiebeig. Fortunately, the Turkish bath is mixed, so that we could work together as a couple sweat. read more

The hotel can be recommended unreservedly. Nice hotel area with views of the city, mountains and Lake. Friendly Staff. Large, bright rooms.HCLFHLVery good, wide breakfast buffet. Very good price-performance ratioHCLFHLthe room rates.HCLFHLThe character of the area full of nooks and crannies is partly a bit difficult, a plan would be helpful. The beds are a bit hard and the headboard is not adjustable. read more

Good four stars superior Hotel-if you are looking for luxury, there are better hotels in Lugano, but certainly a good choice of food in the 4 star area.HCLFHLHCLFHLLocation: a bit far from the city centre (10-15 minutes footpath), but nice views location on a hill with a view of the centre and the lake.HCLFHLHCLFHLRooms are four stars, sometimes they are large and have a large balcony. Relatively quiet (rooms to the garden, far away from the street).HCLFHLHCLFHLGym/Spa: very nice with huge selection of devices (including Jacuzzi and two pools). Only who courage drop: club is also not-nonguests ... visited, so it can be a bit crowded after work. But, without doubt, one of the better gyms, the four stars superior hotel in a saw.HCLFHLHCLFHLFood and service are good (not excellent, but good).HCLFHLHCLFHLAll in all, a good choice (if you can get a good deal!). read more
