It was beautiful yet again. Temperatures end of April in Hammamet 23 to 30 degrees. We could without problem during the day at the beach beach chairs and sun. Evenings however was a cardigan not wrong, especially, if you like we outside sat and a very, very delicious Mint tea (tip: definitely drink! Very, delicious!). Unfortunately the hotel has the owner changed and, due to renovation closed. As soon as it was open we will 100% -IG again go there! read more

The hotel was really very, very dirty... The first room we directly changed, on the toilet was the remains of other people. The second room we cleaned, but after we asked in the morning for breakfast were, and really every single table was dirty, decided, immediately to change the hotel. After 15 hours arrival, we arrived around 15 o'clock in our hotel in the afternoon, the outdoor area was really happy we did not. The woman at the front desk ignored us and was everything else than polite, they spoke foreign languages had not. Holiday in july 2011: hotel fourati is an older, but totally by -renovated hotel with first class service and very friendly staff (room service, food court, also at the beach/pool). The kindness and helpful the tunisians is here in the hotel sovereign, which in many countries europe to be desired leaves.
For children great deal of leisure options, the end of the day, you will find the kids' disco with lots of fun and play.
The food court in the entire fourati is very good, breakfast buffet is very varied (different bread rolls/baguettes, croissants, fresh a. d. on-site pastry shop) ..., several jams, cheeses, as well as fresh fruits and little cakes. Several tasty juices (orange-ananas) even warm pasta in the morning. So please do not complain about, but truthfully write!
Dinner is also very varied, it always gives minimum 4 different menus, which one places oneself can arrange. Extra buffet with various fruits and pastries.
Service and service was also excellent (also without previous tips)! It is warschl. Also important, as one itself 'popular', i am for example a friendly man with nice large children and will dementspr. Friendly and nice-

The is the rudest staff I have ever experienced-the reception, currency exchange, service (the only worked, if you gave a tip at the beginning). The room boy was OK. The telephone was broken and was repaired within three weeks not, despite my complaint and the tour guide. The hotel was mainly occupied-no level of russians either on the beach or in the disco. The hotel has a very popular with the locals and poor reputation. The only nice thing about this hotel is the beautiful botanical gardens and the beach. read more

Five Dinar tip is almost everything to have, unfortunately not without tip.
The hotel was safe many years ago, a very beautiful holiday. In the first room assigned had no night I stayed, the second room was however friendly, centrally located and also the bathroom was spacious and attractive. Small hotel in a quiet location, older but very quaint hotel. For the small purse without large luxury hotel. Has been renewed in this year (2010) very much and for the well-being of the guests is it always willing to listen. Even as an extended family with three kids and the three times in fourati be also be again there next year! The family rooms were already on the beach associated with a satellite with, large bathroom with hair dryer climate without extra charge. Over the winter season is renewed efficient. The hotel was beautiful once! According to other tourists the already often there were. We have expected from this holiday not much, as the journey has very little cost (flight, half board, two weeks, two adults, 1 child = 1083, 00 Euro).
Room:
As on the photo to see. Decor is OK, it is not super clean and our however was a small bathroom was gross. the shower curtain moldy, was cleaned but during our stay. Closet doors were hard to push, so I have taken them without further ado. No store or were sweet things, because of the ants. The immediately and not again. Our mattresses were new, but it is no mattress ... covers-a shame.
Hotel:
Super nice garden. In the morning we could hear the birds and on the balcony we had a beautiful view. It gives many beautiful details in the hotel, the gardeners were also always at work, but the hotel has its best days behind itself. It would be more just everything. The reception is very beautiful. the restaurant is large, also with nice details (lamps and painting), but still seemed more like a canteen-a shame actually.
Pool:
We were each day at the beach and the pool have hardly used, because it is to hot there (no wind) and the tiles were dirty, the music is very loud. It is next to the main pool was a quiet pool something, but the first week was extremely dirty, because many pigeons in the palm trees and six cats have their Haupquartier. After a thorough cleaning you could use the pool. However, the stairs is broken and in the pool. Also here are dirty (cigarette) the tiles and the beach chairs partly broken. The indoor pool is very beautiful in and is hardly used. Our daughter found the fantastic. The bars at the pools are OK.
Staff:
The staff was generally quite unfriendly and seemed slightly irritated. They worked but also of 07:00 a.m. in the morning until late at night. The cleaning staff, the waiters at dinner and the life guard at the quiet pool were very friendly. All other could measured with your mood iessen a holiday. Often, only around the money, what pain be can. Everyone expected tips.
Food:
Breakfast is typical for the country-so please absolutely no claims (compare to it is not with Europe). Coffee is undrinkable. Positive: it is all up to the end of refilled (even the freshly baked croissants and pastries, which are very popular).
Dinner: it is always a local dish and all is available. We have always found something-is but a matter of taste. Prices of the drinks: coke, Fanta, sprite = two dinars (1 euro is first 864 Dinar): water 2, three Dinar, bottle of wine twelve dinar. all in all very cheap, but outside the area was still much cheaper. During our stay the prices increased-well, not the best impression the power.
Beach:
Free beach chairs and beach chairs and umbrellas, mattresses cost 1 Dinar per piece. Tip: we were always at the beach bar next door (ribat beach bar). If you drink or eat something, the pool chairs including mats are available. You are not a lot of free and chairs, as the beach area hotel. We have the whole day ate and drank and were never more than 30 Dinar Los. But be careful, you must always recalculate. The waiter never really count. Even the locals will be 'OK'.

Activities:
We have this hardly used, are left itself in the evening. Kids disco is as in all countries in the same and the quality of the pool looked good, but had silly opening hours. The entertainment we hardly have seen them. Child care is so arranged.
Shows are each evening.
Table tennis, tennis, billiards, and air hockey (1 Dinar) are cool.
Tips:
-Please always counted the money and calculate the best before!
-Quiet of an evening drink coffee, etc. outside. Tastes better and is cheap. Hotel is rather bad with coffee and cocktails.
-Fresh fruit of the season is very tasty-can be ordered everywhere.
Excursion to the harbor (port yasmine).
-If you want the beach on Sunday, it was best to reserve beach chairs. Sunday are on the local beach and then is everything super full. Reserve is no problem.
All in all we were really satisfied. You can see many things and if you consider, what we have paid in the high season, we found the holiday. Sun and beach itself and what you will do with this is important. But not suitable for luxury vacation, then you must really more have more money to spend and a star. Price/performance ratio is OK. read more

If you book this hotel, the know, they're getting into. It is an old hotel but still beautiful. the room could use some renovation, but I spend my holiday at the beach and not in the room. The beach is a dream for me to the best one in the area. It is made daily and clean is so, as you would expect from a beach. The food is for Tunisia, really good. I was already in Fünfsternehotels and was very disappointed. It could be more varied, but it is really good taste.
Fly now 13 years since I always ... again in this country and will always love it.
If you plan to travel there, you should inform yourself, then also not create such reviews. Small tierchen is it everywhere, even in the expensive Fünfsternehotels. read more

A week fourati enough. Prices were totally overpriced. Even the four was cheaper and better across the street. Only the promenade on the TV. Be careful, there were lots of cockroaches. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Have visited also other three star hotels in Tunisia, this was what the worst but the hotel I have ever experienced. We (2 couple) were very satisfied with the Hotel, even though it is marked only with 3 starts. Our rooms were at groundfloor facing to a beautiful park of palm trees. The rooms were clean but not equipped with refrigerator nor TV. The room was (seemingly) equipped with air conditioning, but this was not operating at this time (end of september). That was not a problem, because the weather was not hot (only 24 C.)We both had separate terrace, very convenient for evening drinks and chatting. The site of the Hotel is excellent (even comparing to much more expensive ... hotels). its great sandy beach, the free umbrellas and beds are rare in this category. The swimming pool is clean and excellent-looking. We had half pension food with big choice of meals, whose taste was a little strange, but we enjoyed it. Rooms and the big park was kept clean, but we missed the litter-baskets both in the rooms and in the park. Summarizing: we recommend this hotel for couples of every age, with or without children. We are pleased to stay here again. read more
