Caution is when booking appropriate! We had the five star hotel booked and paid for but in the neighboring hotel elite world prestige, with the same address and only at best 3 star building. Our complaints locally were not considered it meant only the five star hotel is fully booked!
We now have in the tour operators a complaint submitted. read more

We (couple without children) have stayed in many hotels in Istanbul (twice per year), this has, however, in spite of businesscharacter style, and harmony in the middle of Taksimcentre, located in a quiet area as in a low traffic Zone (Hotel-quarter). That is why it is our absolute favorite and we will definitely book it again, because we were all around very good staff and service felt comfortable. Can only be recommended and we rather another star on it! A&D from Ma. read more

Unfortunately unfriendly staff with poor service and poor gastronomy (incl breakfast). Rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable, but also here, hands off of minibar (expensive). Friendliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. read more

The hotel is 5 minutes from the metro station Taksim in the new town. The old town is about 20 minutes away., I must start the Finikular (cable car - 1 station downhill) and then a tram. It is a clean rather middle class hotel. The staff spoke only Turkish good, English very bad (small talk). Currency exchange not have breakfast in the hotel as poor course. Breakfast not to be recommended (expensive and mediocre) and the taxis in front of the hotel are just rogues and demand very expensive rates. The best way is to get a taxi 50m ... further up the Taksim Square for at least 15 lira cheaper (price immediately mind). Guests were from all around the world but not many Europeans read more

Nice business hotel with reasonable facilities. But the staff you had to watch out, currency exchange at the front desk at € 50 , - ripped off. Then the matter of the Guest Relations requested at the money but I have not back. Complaints will be treated very poorly and service then null. read more
