I would never have another vacation. The choice of food was very modest in comparison with the other hotels in the US Cuba were, did not taste it (our canteen in D is 10 times better!) the rooms are not straight in a modern state. The beach is very beautiful though, looks you after other hotels at this beach around. It is' all inclusive' however want the boys, the sailboat taxes always plentifully' tip'! In case no change as you at least after the 3. cocktail stupid looked at. That would actually not a problem, but some of those who ... exaggerate and bindem one on the nose the supposedly 20 CUC for a 20 minutes Segelbootausflug normal!? Hello? This is a half monthly salary of a judge in Cuba! 1 CUC scrubwoman + 1 CUC breakfast + 1 CUC for the Liegenbringer + 1 CUC Strandgetränke + 1 CUC snacks + 1 CUC dinner + 1 CUC cocktails would have alone 7 CUC per day without sailing. After very bad rundreisehotels the hotel was a pure relaxation. For Cuban proportions very good in conclusion. Nice small houses each with eight units. Massive complex, very large pool. Beach clean but small, one has expired it in about 20. Small dead feel, be careful with your feet. Dinner definitely in the themed restaurant select. Quality much better as experienced restaurant ( with hundreds other guests, loud ) read more

If you are looking for a round trip some days at the beach relax and really good to eat would like, is in this hotel in good hands. Infrastructure in the hotel, free timeand sporting activities voices and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There were no Wareschlangen at the buffet and with the reservation. the hotel is no four stars value before three stars! Who this hotel for find was never in a good hotel. Hotel has gotten a bit old, has urgently a renovation necessary. the resort is located in a quiet area at the end the Bay Playa Pesquero. Beside a puderfeinen, white sandy beach offers the hotel a beautiful garden, as well as a spacious pool area. The resort will expand there is construction noise! 90% Canadians. read more

Room with balcony and a view of the hotel garden and toward the sea. facilities: double bed, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, balcony, minibar, safe, telephone, crib. rooms not brand new, but quite OK one. Bed sheets took place very often, bathroom with tubshower, minibar is again each morning increased (2 beer, 1 soda, 1 coke, 1 bottle of water). Safe big enough for valuables, and papers. Telephone available, but p. expensive.

    . Oh well! the main restaurant La arcada is in the outdoor area very pleasant, reminds inside but rather a bit of a stuffy, unpleasant equipped Cafeteria. The buffet is, although the food tasty and diverse are, not so great. All right unloving prepared, from attractive decorations was missing each trace. Unfortunately one during dinner with the dress code not so serious as in other houses.! The restaurant at the beach Mar y Sol I could only be recommended. Is just a small menu but everything was very delicious and an absolutely lovely staff.

    for breakfast you had to wait long as someone comes and table clean, and length as someone with coffee comes! On wine and water we always had to wait ☹ front desk, room service- were very friendly. the beach towels for pool and beach could all day be exchanged. Pool-goers must however only to the beach March, because the beach towels there was only there. The sea rather than the pool is, didn't bother me.

    The highlight was the beautiful beach. Idyllic situated in a bay, clean and with all the free time possibilities without restriction free usable. possibilities for excursions by taxi, Pferdekut, tourist bus, bicycle, Scooters, car ☺

The hotel complex consists of 6 blockeinheiten, each with three or four floors. All buildings are on each floor covered connected with one another. Lifts there is only in the main building. Quietest are building 1 and 2, the other building lie around the pool area around, there evenings also the entertainment program instead of. Near building 6 is the construction site, which one should avoid. In my room 1301 everything was ok., clean and very peaceful. I was very satisfied and nothing to moan about. One should consider, that you here in a hotel on Cuba is! To 80% ... in canadian touristenhand. read more

    The food in the main restaurant was ok. It is of course at peak times to bottlenecks, but why one must then also at this time eat out?     I was only on the wonderful and clean beach. The canadians are in ' liegenbelegen' the german in nothing, against 7 h were already many loungers with towels reserved. Access to the internet is expensive and slow.

Us the hotel has super good pleased. Because we a beach vacation had planned it made us nothing, that it around the hotel not much was. Everything we needed, there was in the hotel or directly at the beach. The beach is very clean and really great water, as one it in Karibik expected. From the pedal boats catamaran, there really was almost everything at the beach, and all inclusive. The food was varied, very tasteful and as we like it there was a lot of fresh fruits. The cocktails were very tasty and at least one bar was 24 ... hours open. We can only recommend this hotel! read more

The hotel is a real all-inclusive hotel. You could get everything your heart desires. Fresh cocktails, all kinds of soft drinks, beer, wine, mixed drinks and really very good coffee, cappuccino and espresso. The food is diverse and sufficient available. Very recommendable also the a la carte restaurants (Italian and Cuban), which once per stay free of charge used may be. On the beach you can surfing, catamaran the kayaks and pedal boats to use. Everything was free. Gladly again anytime! read more

    the staff were super nice to our daughter at the time just 11 months was old. foreign languages skills unfortunately only Spanish and English. cleaning of the rooms every day and also really clean. child care was unfortunately first at 4 years but nevertheless super, the kids even had their own private club. doctor was with nurse available and also every day in the hotel represented. dealing with complaints, I can only say so much, that it is very fast and also very professional was taken care of.

We were a bit skeptical, after Cuba-round trip the last days at an all inclusive Hotel. Unfortunately this is the only delighted, if you are in this area to the beach, without having to go too far. The first impression of the hotel was a bit shocking. A 3-storey hotel castle and tourists waiting in the lobby. However, the impression has changed fast. The staff was very friendly and competent. The rooms are large, clean and in good condition. All facilities (gym/pool/leisure facilities, etc.) were available and in working order. You really pay attention to a certain level. The ... highlight was the beautiful beach. Idyllically situated in a bay, clean and all facilities available without restriction. The food was good, especially in the a la carte restaurants. But even at the buffet was always sufficient and good food. read more

Nice hotel, good food with a gr0ssen selection of meals, both as mineral water without carbonic acid also with inedible... So extremely chlorinated, suggests is that you can the it to swimming pool water. Beach great, but with many stones part. read more
