Stayed in a standard room, which was nicely sized and had a proper bathroom with shower and tub separated. I had the opportunity to try the SPA, very good and with a nice view of the mountains. The hotel is located in the Las Condes neighborhood and has a metro station a couple of meters away. read more

Good city hotel in santiago, price-performance ratio was not appropriate for the standard tariff. Central location in a side street of the main street. read more

Here one can only say, that everything was great. Style, big room, great bed, full equipment, a 5 star hotel, as it should be. An absolute 'must' if you are in santiago. The location is also super, just next to a metro station, the us in 10 minutes to the center goes. The latin is very modern and rather 'business' -like. You can in the evening also on foot within 5-10 minutes a restaurant-quartier walk, where you very good eats. Also the breakfast buffet is extra class and fulfills all wishes and expectations. The spa and pool is located on ... the highest floor under a glass roof and is definitely worth a visit. Just great! read more

The hotel sees from the outside forth in a straight line and modern. The entrance area is stylish, with dark wood on the walls and lush glaslüster on the ceiling. In the lobby there is a large sitting area with plush furniture. It seemed well maintained. read more

    We had a club room on the 9. floor and access to the club lounge on the 11. floor. Room and bathroom were spacious, the style was modern-nostalgic. The bathroom had as shower and tub a separate toilet. Wether the room was really clean, we can't fairly judge, since we were with our travel group for the whole day until evenings on the way were.

    We stayed in the club lounge breakfast and a time evenings eaten. Because we already several times in the club lounges have eaten, whether in the 'Westin' in cape town, in the 'Sheraton' in taipei, or for example in the 'Atlantis' in Dubai, we have comparison and what we have offered got, was truly outstanding. But in this hotel was offered, was poor. The variety at the buffet was very poor, so that a plate quickly was empty. It was nothing refilled and you had to deal with the stark remainder.     The service was bad. The quantity small toiletries in the bathroom were quickly consumed, the room maids were however no new laid out. For the food in the club lounge was rarely staff to see. Sometimes scampered someone from the service helpless around the area. Used dishes at the table was not cleared away and were piling up. We had the concierge at the front desk asked, us a small something to procure, which has in other hotels this category easily done for us was. This concierge said however, we should support this yourself and had apart from that zisch excuses. Only when we correctly mean were,, he drew a. This hotel with such lazy staff has no five stars deserved!

We were there at the weekends and had considerable limitations. Bathroom inadequate cleaned, no toilet paper, the cleaning. The rooms were very loud, in or by the hotel was a disco, until five for the noise. Breakfast buffet was very well arranged, the staff very friendly and service-oriented. Front desk was due to the many guests occasional overtaxed, because maximum of three persons occupied, unfortunately then if you don't need. But since it is a five stars hotel, expectations are, naturally, high and therefore no recommendation. read more
