The room was again very big and very spacious. A very sophisticatedly equipped, and a beautiful big balcony. Although the room to the street was, heard in noise no noise.

Over the quality of the dishes i can only rate positively, it was a real pleasure, you will really spoilt. Everything was well presented after the slogan the eye is, and very tasty. Who finds here nothing it is your own fault.

The staff in the hotel is very friendly, courteous, and very helpful. All are doing great work, The lobby bar is nice and large and very comfortable, in the evening with piano music, to relax. And the staff is here also very friendly. Here 6 points for, aysegül, seving, Hasan, Serif, Engin, Ramazan, Mehmet, The atrium bar is a bit small as the lobby also very comfortable. Also here is the complete staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Here 6 points for Yeliz, tefrat, Mehmet, Ayse. The rooms were always very thoroughly gereignet, and sometimes the room lovingly decorated, as curtains or swan on the bed. Also in the restaurant were all very friendly and very focused on the wellbeing of the guests. Also here, all from me 6 points, unfortunately, i am only a name, and it is Onur, he was always very in a good mood and friendly. At the front desk you also met only on very friendly staff also 6 points. And last a huge praise and 6 points the ladies the customer service the for the well being of the guests endeavored, and always an ear to lend had, and very friendly were.

A beautiful indoor swimming pool with a beautiful terrace and a jacuzzi, invite you to swim, relax, and relax. Pure relaxation so. We were the 2. time in the hotel Granada and again very pleased. The hotel is already by far a beautiful view, the hotel is nice large and very well-kept. The location of the hotel i thought that was very good. Once a week is genüber of the hotel a small market, the very worth seeing is. You have a very good access to public transportation as taxi or Dolmuş (whereas you to the taxi in advance the price should negotiate ) Dolmuş comes alle10 to 20 minutes in both directions.

Very beautiful room with a tv, balcony, mini bar and a water kettle. In the minibar could have been a bit more drinks are (only in each case a rifle Cola, Fanta, Sprite and a few bottles of water), maker was missing something to stir. Positive i think the switch for dnd and cleaning so that the tag no longer applies. Just a pity a room key to receive. In the rooms there are plenty of mirror, by a window, which you can also from the room in the shower look.

I actually just a restaurant discovered (except the à-la-carte). The food was quite good, unfortunately without pork but with lamb we often unpleasant tastes and smells. Attentive waiters, clean and okay. I would have liked more food typical of the country requested, before trying adapted to cook and not really succeed. For tips there was everywhere boxes, but it was never expectant portended. For breakfast there are for a fee freshly squeezed juice, it is however ridiculously expensive so that it does not mind that that the press should is only there around itself and gentlemen a juice yourself and gone again. Nice i found that hotel staff also in the restaurant eating. There are 2 bars where we the lobby bar preferred. Especially sevina satirici, Hasan Karaca, Salih arici and Hasan tatli made as a very good job and spoke the guests still on your real work out.

The staff was without exception very friendly, one spoke very good german. What i negative aufstiess was check-in and check-out. At the check-in worried several around us, probably often tip to receive. In front of the check-out, i had the concierge never get to see, since he wanted to but still fast which deserve it the luggages pushes. The cleaning of the rooms was done well and clean. You could not be prepared when the. On one day we were in the afternoon to fort and the room was not made yet, the next awoken us around half 11 with the room cleaning. Pleasant size, very clean. Somewhat pedantically wireless internet set up if you several forenames has, works but. For more enterprise number of elevators probably a bit tight. Average age retirees, mainly german. The summer are the guests younger are, for the main season supposedly mainly russians. We had ultra universe inclusive, alcohol was as expected not expensive. The hotel has supposedly a private beach, at the time was locked (is also only very small). The semicircular bar was renovated (during the winter months is apparently always renovated). A bazaar is just a few minutes away, clubs or other nightlife without vehicle unattainable. The hotel itself has a disco, facilities, shops and à la carte restaurant. The prices in the shops are but damn high, restaurant we don't know.

The rooms are really big and well equipped. Everywhere mirror, the well in the room integrate. All the rooms are non-smoking rooms, but on the balconies are chairs, a table and ashtray. Also on the balcony the possibility, some garments for drying to hang up. In the room is a led tv (also with the most important german programs ), a kettle, a mini bar, air conditioning and telephone. The beverages the mini-bar are included in the price and are refilled daily. Wifi is also included. Particularly interesting i found the separation of bathroom and rooms. This segregation was a large slice of with the blinds. You could, if you wanted, with open blinds showers and could so the whole room understand, including the television. And there in the bathroom speakers are integrated, could one at showering the news. Of course you could in turn also from the room in the shower look, if the blind was open. For who wants it, can consider, what inspirations it still might be.

There is around the hour the possibility the hunger or thirst to satisfy. There is a main restaurant with a big buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also there is a possibility, direct on the terrace to sit and food. The selection was absolutely huge. Whoever found nothing here, with his hunger, is also not more to help. There are just at any time of the day such a wide selection of food, that you not at all can mention. And tastes great it anyway. Place gets one it always. The staff is very speedy and friendly. It can but also times happen, for the plates being cleared away, even if you just about the last bite chewing. There are other restaurants in the hotel. Three à la carte restaurants, a snack-restaurant, various bars and more. Have not at all can all make use of. There are so-called 'tip-boxes', in which one can place tips. Particularly positive hervorstechendem staff we could also personally which push up. Prices of restaurants i can't rate, since we had all-inclusive. Since everything was included, including the Raki after eating or tasty cocktails in the bars. Only freshly squeezed juices would have 3,-Euro extra cost.

Very friendly staff. From the reception starting (both Serpil mentioned), to the restaurant staff, the shop staff, the maids, simply throughout all. German can almost everyone of the staff. More foreign languages usually also there, of course. There are information about all kinds of questions willingly given.

The pool is a feast for the eyes and wonderfully decorated. Every day there are different activities like gymnastics, Boccia, darts, air rifle shooting and other. Every evening against about 21 hours a events such as karaoke, dance, miss -Granada-choice, bingo, turkish evening, etc.. In the hotel there is a games room with various machines (nothing special ), but also kickertische, billiards and three Bowling-trains.

Wonderful interior design with slope to details. Very friendly staff, which well understands and speaks german. Many services inclusive. Mainly german tourists, mostly middle-aged, but little children.

The hotel is situated right at the sea. The additional price for a room with seaview one should absolutely invest, since one otherwise, as appropriate, a room to the street. This would dampen the very belittle (main road and you view). The area is really quite dreary. The only real change, the easy to reach on foot is, is the 'alara grand bazaar'. There you will find hundreds of shops; mostly textiles, bags, shoes, jewelry, pharmacies and optician. Bargaining was announced, but let us not exaggerate, however also not get over the table off. The products are of course almost 100% no original. The distance from the hotel to the bazaar is about 1 kilometer. you can also take the bus ('Dolmuş') take. It stops everywhere to enter and exit. The Dolmuş honks in the distance, when he pedestrian looks. Then simply stretch out the hand and he maintains. Paid generally only when the get off. By bus you can also to Manavgat (west) and from there to side, or east to Alanya. The latter is definitely recommendable, because the landscape much more attractive. The travel costs for the about 35 kilometer route etwa 2,50 Euro. Can be paid everywhere in Euro. I could have been for the complete vacation not a single turkish Lira exchange need.

Very noble, modern room. Bathtub with jacuzzi and views to the tv and lautsprechanlage in the bathroom! :-) Everything very clean and hygienic flawless.

Good german language skills of the staff especially in the service. Had a leaky pipe under the bathtub, repair was immediately to our complete satisfaction running. Room cleaning very tidy, with a lot of effort (towel animals).

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel fraud about 1 hour 30 minutes. Public transportation (Dolmuş and taxi) are right in front of the house. Within 30 minutes you can reach Alanya with numerous shopping possibilities.

We booked sea view and could recommend it for everybody. It is superb and calming to sleep if you hear the waves and the rush from sea. Our room was cleaned every day. The cleaners worked careful and considerate. We had a big bed for 2 persons and a normal bed, a balcony to sit and watch the sea or the pool, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a TV. But we never watched TV because we didn't get bored.

The food was varied und almost always delicious. The restaurant was good filled on several times. But we got a seat everytime. The service in restaurant was also awesome. They have a main restaurant. There you can eat around the clock. From 7-10 is brakfast, from 10-11 is late breakfast, from 12.30-14h is lunch, the patisserie is open from 12-17h we think, and from 18-20.30h is dinner. Then you have midnight soup and midnight breakfast. The quality of the food and drinks was very good. The range of feed was big and changed every day.

The whole staff in hotel was very friendly, polite and helpful. The communication was very good. The most people speak english, german and turkish. We also spoke German-Turkish. :-) teşekkür ederim Our room was cleaned every day. The cleaners worked caenu of reful and considerate. The minibar was always filled with water and soft drinks. The guest relation / reception helped us also very well. At the Spa you can change towels or bathobes everytime. We were satisfied with the Service in Granada Luxury.

For sports you can do morning gym (thanks to Mary the belly dancing queen ;) ) or aqua gym (thanks to Kemal, good job). It is also possible to play Tennis and beach volleyball, but mostly in high season. For entertainment the animation team invites you to play bocca, darts, air gun shooting or aperitif games. We didn't usethe pool, but many people old us it was very cold.

My brother and me did our vacation from the 7th March to 20th March in Okurcalar. We booked the GRANADA LUXURY hotel the second time (last year we were also there for one week at the beginning of March). We entered the hotel on Thursday, the 7th March, very late in the evening / night. The staff were very friendly , competent and helpful. Our very good and unforgettable impressions from the last year surfaced. The hotel is very big (nearly eight floors and more) with many rooms for all requirement. There are local rooms, suits, rooms with sea view and also the king suit. The main hall (Lobby) is also tall but anyway homely. After dinner a classical pianist plays in the center of the lobby. The Atrium is a shopping mall linked with a bar. There you can find the haircutter. You can play on slot machines or bowling or billard in the game cener. Furthermore you have a cinema. In addition to it the animation staff do their animation shows at Atrium, for example playing Bingo or the Miss Granada contest. At this point special thanks to the whole animation team, especially Mary the belly dancer, Alper the chess player, Ümit and Kemal. When we arrived we first met Sevinc from the Lobby bar. She remembered us and was happy that we went to this hotel again. The lobby bar is a relaxed and comfortable place where you can chill and get to know somebody. Incidentally special thanks to the whole staff from the lobby bar, particulary Sevinç, Ayşegül and Hasan.(tanıştığımıza memnun oldum kız kardeşim). :-) You do a great and respectable job and you were always friendly, polite and funny. Also many thanks to the cleaners and managers of this hotel. For the food you have a big restaurant, a patisserie and a few a la carte restaurants. More informations see on -Gastronomy-. The Spa Center is wonderful and unique. You have 2 saunas, a steam bath, a swimming pool, a thalasso center and a turkish hamam. A room for salt therapy too. The Spa-crew is very friendly and capable. For massages you can choose a thai massage, bali massage or african massage. My brother and me choosed twice thai massages. The girls are very strong and good skilled. Now we feel better. ;-) The steam massages and peeling from the guys were also very good. We enjoyed the spa center every day in 2 weeks, no matter if the weather was good or not.

For us the location was not so important because we enjoyed a relaxed holiday and therefor the hotel was perfect! In Okurcalar you have not many places of interest. So you have to go to the next provinces or citiys in the near of it, for example Manavgat, Alanya, Side or Belek. The beach was not present, but it doesn't matter. You can have a great holiday in this hotel without a beach. Believe us!! In the near is a bazar and a few shops. For tours you should take a Dolmuş. It is a bus which takes you to other places and it costs more less than a taxi. The airport in Antalya is 1 1/2 hours away. You can go by bus to Antalya too.

Very nice spacious room very good furnishing comfortable beds air conditioning a mini bar, a coffee machine. Huge shower and the rooms were always very well cleaned Compliment to the maids, the with very much love the rooms landscaped.

As it was winter in Turkey is there 4 restaurants. A huge buffet and 3 à la carte restaurant. The dishes selection is very huge and varied, so that something for every taste is available. There is food typical of the country both also international cuisine. There is in the winter two bar very comfortable are with very friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and all deserve at least 6 points. Most strive to speak german, but with english you of all understood very well. Onur, Mehmet, aysegol, Hasan, serit, sevina, Yeliz, and tefrat, deserve a special praise, since these staff, with its pleasant and friendly nature vacation very much joy and relaxation helped. Also at the front desk met you only on friendly employees. And the ladies from the customer service went out of their way to help us and made us the stay in the Granada to a special experience.

A large fitness room with an instructor. A large indoor swimming pool Türkischesbad jacuzzi. 2 saunas and a steam bath and a beautiful designer relaxation room tempt to linger. A visit in the spa i can only recommend. Massages one should rather in the hotel let. Outside i had very bad experiences made. The staff the spa is also very friendly and not intrusive, particularly the staff mazo and Yekta me very good advice. And massage therapist Akin is a very good masseur who is very much trouble gave. Also here the hotel has the best staff

We have been in the Granada for the 2. time, the reception was naturally still warm as for the first time. It has very spacious room. The whole hotel area is very clean and several times cleaned daily. There is a very good all-inclusive program, including free wi-fi the use of the saunas in the indoor pool, as well as the türkischenbades. Towels are free and slippers you will find in the room. Minibar we also refilled daily. 80% of the guests were german

Distance to the airport 90 kilometer but very worth it. To Lara grand bazaar on foot it is 15 minutes. In front of the hotel every 20 to 30 minutes kleinbuse (call you Dolmuş) to Manavgat, Antalya, side, avsala or Alanya. Also taxis are at the hotel since one should however before the price negotiate. Small tip to increases the taxi cheap. Excursions could be in the hotel with the travel guide or outside book.

The rooms are very modern and cozily furnished. In the room there is a kettle, coffee, tea and cups. The mini bar is daily filled up. The tv has various german programs in good quality. The bathroom has a window to the living room, bath, hair dryer and various toiletries stocked. The air conditioning is very quiet. The rooms have a beautiful, big balcony with a table and two chairs. The cleanliness of the rooms is very high.

The hotel has a main restaurant with an outdoor area, various bars and 4 à la carte restaurant (in the winter months are however not all open). The quality of the dishes is good, however, some things to early prepared and then cold and sticky. The selection is large, repeated too often. The staff in the main restaurant is very nice and helpful.

The entire staff is nice, but not friendly-we have our on 30 Turkey visits have already experienced better. All of the staff spoke german well, and are very helpful. All premises are very clean.

The complex features lots of small pool areas. The loungers are very close, and there is little capacity for the complex. The swimming pool was in march still without water. The entertainment team was very pleasant and not intrusive.

New, posh hotel with little faults. Hardly area available. Lobby (output), atrium, restaurant, pool and spa & wellness on 3 levels. Therefore you are always on the way. The hotel has 4 elevators. In the hotel there are a lot of comfortable seating. The indoor pool is only about the external area (cold in the winter months) and is also only point 8:00 a. m. open. Everything is very clean and tidy. In-room safe for a fee (2,00 Euro per day). Few toilets (especially in the outdoor area).

The transfer time from the airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes (if not nor other hotels on the route). The hotel is right on the main street and rooms facing the land side are thus very noisy (at night as well). Buses (Dolmuş) to Manavgat or Alanya keep on the doorstep. Various shops are located nearby and can easily on foot reach (about 20 minutes).

That big plus from the hotel, a wonderful room, there everything is perfect and had everything, except the safe, the cleanliness was also always great, again praise to the maid a great achievement to make.

Large lack of this' luxury ' house, the quality of the dishes really not on the level of a hotel! Always the same, grilled fish, chicken, a little geschnitzeltes meat with vegetables turned on but without any taste, nothing special, schirmps, steaks, and so on. As from a hotel expect can, starters and desserts well presented but also always the same and one special taste. No beautiful decos with fruit and vegetables as you other hotels can see, but painted steropor decos, actually a shame as the rest of all great is, thanks to our waiter Emre efe the us always very well served, (also one tip). We were in the fish restaurant, and very good, in the italian restaurant was not bad but all cold, pizza, steak and vegetables, not very appetizing. Otherwise everything was very clean and the breakfast was great, since one found everything.

That whole staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful, speak mostly german and english. The rooms cleaning was always perfect with beautiful decorationnen, thanks to fadine akkanat and Suzanne gulsen for irish work. We had no complaints.

The entertainment is muhe around the vacationers to converse, the pool was clean however in the 2 week there was lack of capacity since many vacationers arrived.

A large hotel very clean, free wi-fi on the whole area, we had all-inclusive, international guests.

Right on the 3 meters wide beach, the jetty was not yet installed, airport about 110 kilometer, avsallar 10 minutes with the dolmus.
