This was our 3. time in this hotel (because of the convenient location), but this time we arrived us the feeling of being in a bad movie:
- around 9 h (breakfast is to 10 h) total chaos at the breakfast buffet up to the last place (including bar) the room so many was already from (for example scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, butter, Nutella, cakes and pastries, almost all types of sausage, cutlery like for instance large spoon.) And was extremely long (up to three-quarters of an hour) or not any more be refilled! Lots of people were long ... and waited for the simplest things. Was somewhat be refilled, it was often within 1 minute already again away, because so many people waited! The staff were completely overstrained! (instead of the ordered cocoa was then for example a Cappuccino.) The breakfast room was very loud-and the buffet are for the number of people by far too small!
- in the restaurant area were several dishes (flemings burger, Wiener Schnitzel) the card is not available, but we were twice only long after the respective order informed. Also for the housecocktail 'fleming's was' missing ingredients and it had' improvised ' will.
- one of the two booked rooms (they are very small) was on the day of arrival at 16 o'clock 30 still not ready and obtainable!
- but knock in the morning already at 8 h 50 the maid to the door, to ask, if it already clean could do!
- the bathroom design is original design, is in use but rather unpractical (wash basin small, no mischhebel with tap.).
- the rooms the belt (austria's usually busy street) are despite soundproof windows not really quiet.
All in all: this was our last stay in this house. read more

Already at the check-in i had concerns when the receptionist started, i 50 €surcharge and to your mind quickly changed and said, that me and i no surcharge needs (weird?), still very friendly and professional. When i my room(402) entered felt a moldy, musty smell. The first impression was very nice (modern and stylishly furnished with glastusche - a dream but the glass shower i will come later). My friend thought it was a little too small but i found it okay for a normal double room. Great i found the greeting from the hotel (3 apples were on our ... night table). After you inspect i discovered white stains on the floor and dust bunnies under the bed. The bed was way too hard and the cushions sagged in together and was always small. Additionaly blamed the two mattresses apart and finally i ended up by gap. The mini bar was the whole night the buzz. I had as good as no sleep. Shower gel, towels etc. Were available except 2 bathrobes were missing and that is why we cannot the sauna/ spa area could go. Great i found the lights on the whole room, especially the bed (you can change color ) the dinner was there was no conviction. On the greeting of the kitchen they have declined (despite my friendly appearance ) the waiter brought us a note on the 10 dishes and with the words, that we all ran out. I ordered the tagliatelle (penne) with prawns and the score was sobering penne with schlagobers, sage, zuckerbohnen, shrimp, and chili, that was also everything-it was not seasoned-it has simply bland taste. This is what i wanted to a lovely white wine to drink but in spite of the wide choice of wines gave it not a single sweet. On the next day i was actually fresh but after showering everything underwater, that also explains where the mold smell, -'. For breakfast i would have expected more. Filter coffee in stahltanks (not very appealing). Pastries was hard. Selection of egg dishes was only a scrambled eggs a little green and hard boiled eggs. Bacon etc. Was missing but no avail. 5 different fruit juices-top but no even squeezed orange juice. Yogurt and fruit was ok. Cereal could have been more choice. Sausage and cheese was ok (i could have been in the brie a cheese measurers requested, exactly like with the sausage and käseblatte a rug). There were 4 waiters, but the i uncoordinated before, although only 50 guests were. It was a simple cover, as well as in the evening. The restaurant and the bar area were clean.
My conclusion - exceptionally beautiful furnished but with many faults. read more

Very good value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite closely, but with new furniture and a comfortable double bed. Room and toilet were very clean. The hotel is convenient nearby the westbahnhofes, around with the train every point of the city centre are quickly to achieve. Free wi-fi in the entire property.
Cons: a lot of hustle and bustle at the breakfast buffet. The offer is actually rich, but if something quickly is, it can take a little bit, to yours. The staff at breakfast were covers the whole spectrum of very friendly ... and helpful to the genervten ignoring of the guests.

Everything very modern designed. Rooms are just perfect with decor equipped and also otherwise was really everything there!
The man at the reception was very courteous. He gave us from some tips and a map.
The drain the shower was a bit clogged, so is water on the floor to walk.
We have with our towels swept. Unfortunately were asking for new towels at the front desk no new brought.
Then the holiday was also already again to.
But we will the next time stay ... overnight surely again there. The starting point of the Westbahnhof is just perfect for Wien! read more

Hotel near the beijing west railway station, so an ideal access to public transportation, the mariahilferstraße is only a couple minutes away
Rooms: interesting style, futuristic free-standing shower in the middle of the room, but besides a tv...
Room itself comfortable, caution : at the check-in tried me an apartment to give (upgrade)-these are but as 08/15 apartments furnished and additionaly in another building-a matter of taste
Guest parking : because of the location difficult, in the neighboring hotel Arcotel is an underground car park.

A pleasant stay, unfortunately starts with parking problems. In the neighboring hotel, there was underground car parking for 18 euros per night. Check-in/check-out very friendly and professional. The room on the 6th floor with roof pitch. Dark wood, lots of dim light sources. The highlight is the glass shower in the middle of room. But the toilet is separate. Not everyone will like it, I think it's amazing.
Great WiFi free of charge in all areas.
The breakfast room is like the offer - just really great.
Conclusion: if the immediate vicinity were a bit more appealing - then the ... address would be great - if you don't have a car. read more

The hotel is nearby the Western train station and is therefore not so really central. One comes with the subway respectively from the train station one runs only times at two Striplokalen past.

Location: about 400 meters away from the Westbahnhof. Subway, tram, everything on site. Unassuming normal Intimidating,
Also evenings was no unsafe feeling on.
The hotel is modern furnished, and despite location on a main street it is in the rooms absolutely quiet!
The breakfast is very extensive, and leaves nothing to be desired. ( just ask)
For us was the Flemings in every respect first class! read more

Great hotel for a Wien-city break. Close to the subway and S-Bahn location.
We are at night at 24:00 o'clock arrived, at the time of day the best pampered and even a 'insider' -restaurant-tip for night owls get. Very friendly and helpful staff, no matter wether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Very delicious, extensive breakfast buffet. We had a room on the street side, however are the windows so well insulated, so that from the street nothing is to be heard. The shower middle in the room is great! ;-) we can really recommend this hotel! read more

In April 2012 we were for 3 nights the Fleming's to westbanhof station. Here the most important points in the short term
Positive: there were good transport connections ( about 5 minutes on foot the westbahnhof with 2 subways); good breakfast buffet with a lot of choice; 24 hours service with questions; our room lay beside the lift but it was nevertheless absolutely quiet location.
Negative: location between various sex shops needs getting used to ( in Wien but quite often ); the hotel has a parking garage, but it was occupied, we should in the garage of the next ... hotels parking-for 16 euros per day and we were only for the return trip I said, that we at the weekend outside in vain have parking! read more
