We had the hotel booked without the holiday check see, that was a mistake. The hotel lies super good, that was it but already. The reception on the 2nd floor is sober and without any expertise. Ask not what, how and where it was in the Bern returns. The people at the reception are not Bern and therefore they know nothing. Why should they face their guests make smart?

We only stayed for one night in the hotel and it is okay. The location is perfect, right in the city and transport links.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe hotel was, as already mentioned by many before, old and not very homely. The rooms were furnished very pro forma. The bathroom was very small.HCLFHLHCLFHLOur room was on the street side and not the inner courtyard, so it was extremely loud. Vis-a-vis is a bar, from the you in the night and in the morning a lot easier drive the lorries for supplies of shops directly in front of the hotel. With the windows ... closed but it was tolerable and as I said, for one night it wasn't very bad.HCLFHLHCLFHLBreakfast was tasty. The hotel doesn't deliver what it promises. The laminate flooring is sticky dirty. In the bed it had a saggy mattress, hair on them. The toilet was unsanitary. Complaints were taken note of but not commented. The location is perfect-the hotel unfortunately not. read more

The hotel has an excellent location and very friendly staff. The rooms are very simply furnished, unfortunately, with worn-out furniture, non-functioning lamp and television without front desk (antenna).HCLFHLThe breakfast is poor and the ambiance invites you not to enjoy.HCLFHLHCLFHLOverall the hotel is highly recommended due to the location, but the prices are too high and not in relation to the performance. At about 12:00 o 'clock we arrived at noon and had to wait until 14:00 o' clock to get a room.HCLFHLIn the room there was no fridge was available.
