The hotel is located on a noisy street in Burnaby. When we went to the front desk it smelled strongly, in the room it was no better. The receptionist was very rude, we felt as if we were not disturbing. The normal " hello, how are you? " You have to teach also came. The room was booked as a double room, a small single room with a 1,40er bed, very run-down, dirty, especially the carpet and bathrooms. The breakfast was the usual coffee and donut.
