The dearborn inn consists of a main building, as well as several outbuildings, some of which also hotel room accommodate, other again as a kind of museumsdorf in a park behind the hotel are built. Everything has a reference to the automotive industry and Ford in the special, the 'village' which more houses dating back to the early days of the Ford motor company includes is also right around the corner. For tourists there are because of the regions and proximity to industrial area certainly better hotels, for business trips with reference to Ford but probably nothing better. read more

The hotel is 100 % owned by Firma Ford and has a good old Henry Ford first airport hotel built the world. It is served from Marriott run to recent renovation and is very nice with the surrounding park a green oasis surrounded by the Ford offices as well as a test track and is ideal for those visitors of the automotive company. One feels like in an English manor house than a typical American hotel. For tourists (and mingle with the businesspeople) some important excursion destinations (Henry Ford Estate, Greenwich Village, Henry Ford Museum, Automotive Hall of Fame etc. ... ) can be found in the immediate vicinity. The hotel consists of a main building, as well as some single houses in the garden, the former house of well-known as Americans modeled or similar to a Museumsdorf hertransport and has been built up. Room clean and quiet, but a bit small, but you should prefer the rooms at the back after a busy road that runs along the front of the hotel. The bar is cozy and the breakfast buffet was OK for $15 The hotel also a lot for banquets and weddings, the restaurant is also quite good, but I didn't use it. worth mentioning the outside but I also didn't use it. In immediate area, no shopping possibilities, Dearborn downtown with numerous restaurants was just around the corner and good shopping malls in about 20 miles away (Twelve Oaks, Somerset Collection). As always in America nothing without cars. Of course you should here are in a Ford ancestors. read more
