Very nice hotel with large, tastefully equipped rooms, great spa, for families with children additional sauna spa area. Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel near always friendly service. Very good food, large salad and starters and desserts buffet, all other dishes are served. Lots of offers in the spa, however, you should already reserve in advance, as fast. For cross-country skiers and winter hiking lots of possibilities, shuttle service is from the hotel and work excellent. read more

We were at the end of january, beginning february 2013 to 4 time in the spring. The new room (melodia d'amore) were in the newsletter from planning to implementation so tasty, that we decided our winter break again in the spring to spend. We enjoyed our week really enjoyed and are definitely come again! read more

    We were for the new rooms, melodia d'amore decided. Beautiful, and good size. Me personally it has a bit of storage space missing. We are also afterwards asked, which the light shows in the bathroom should be should. As luxury i have the two television sets found.

    About the food has as always nothing was missing. Especially the menu in the evening was every day again a highlight! Especially good pleased us, that akos, the sommelier, this year to the various courses on the menu a suitable wine. This makes especially not weinkundigen the choice easier. The afternoon buffet i personally nothing special like, i but also not important. A bit disappointed we were, that 'our' table in the garden restaurant (nr. 4) was occupied. Especially the released table on monday can be offered. The alternative was, however, acceptable.

    The entire staff was as always very accommodating. We also noticed, that this time mr and mrs p. again were very present and again and again the contact the guests were looking for. What us the last time its also unfortunate that was missing. The cleaning of the rooms was always exemplary and wishes, requests or complaints one reacted immediately.

    The spa and indoor pool area is a main reason why we gladly again anytime in the source come. What this year but there was the matter, made with us for bad mood. In all restrooms were always beach chairs were reserved. It was nearly impossible this beautiful rooms to use. Here makes it family steinmair and team in my opinion too simple. There are note presented, that the beach chairs is not allowed, and the guests are urged, occupied beach chairs to vacate. I do not think, that the task of the guests is. A further two negatives: the aufgusssauna is clearly too small and the swimming pool is also getting quite old and a or other mosaic could be replaced. Liked the yogurt limes drink, as well as the delicious snacks!

For relaxation, wellness, cross-country skiing and winter hiking very convenient. For lovers of fine cuisine and atmospheric coziness with occasional dancing evenings there is no better hotel in South Tyrol (we already have some tested). The swimming pool is generous and the water warm. There is enough sunbeds, at least, in the enlarged area. The sauna is comfortable and spacious. The dress-on sauna and the infrared sauna are great! Important for football fans there is sky bundesliga. Food the whole day you can, in the half board included. Spring water in the room and for dinner on the table. Wine ... prices are ok, o, 4 beer however €5.50! read more

Always again worth a trip! Great friendly, good qualified staff. Best offer in free time area (outdoor and indoor included device). Great atmosphere - as soon as you the hotel enters, starts significantly the relaxation. Small highlight the rooms are provided with all on a starlit sky over the beds - very romantic! Great spa offers absolute relaxation at fair prices. The large wellness area is inviting to stay a while. Lots of different sauna/dampfbadmöglichkeiten. There is also a private area for family sauna is available. Large wine cellar with good advice by the sommelier. Crazy delicious food (breakfast - ..., appetizers-, desserts buffet in the evening). The family owners p. is everywhere met and nothing left to be desired. The hotel is in a very good condition. Each guest has its own underground parking. read more

We were for the 2. time in the pre-/ christmas in the hotel guests. Our very good experience the year 2011 has once again bestätgt very dedicated staff, the constant presence of the owner family, the homey, stylish setting of the hotel and the exquisite kitchen (particularly the even manufactured chocolates the daughter of the hotel) made our holiday a special experience. In particular, we have the fitness deals from the haustrainerin Barbara used and have fun had. The day rounded has a daily visit to the area, in which the saunamandl Fredy exceptional infusions celebrated. We are definitely coming ... again! read more
