We had a family room booked. The size was not our expectations. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. Toilet and bidet were extremely low built. If the door of the bathroom opens then no other person in the bathroom or at least in the small shower stall avoid. The rooms were cleaned daily. The fireplace in the small lobby was lit. There were only a few guests in the hotel: maximum 12 at the end only 6. accordingly, the service and the buffet adjusted. At the start still waiters, later served the owner. The guests were between 30 and ... 70 years old. There were germans, austrians and czechs represented. The breakfast we have in South Tyrol already experienced much better. We have had never so hard rolls for breakfast. Eggs, scrambled eggs and fried eggs must be ordered, you are not on the buffet. The 5-course dinner was alright however nothing special. Very good was the free wi-fi in the entire place and the free parking in the underground garage ( also suv with roof-top carrier). read more

The family room was behind our expectations back. The heater to dry the skiing clothes was always cold. You can't even rules. The bathroom was extremely small. There was a small hd tv, a mini bar is available. Wireless internet-front desk is in the room possible.

There is a small bar with dining room, a small dining room, a rustic parlour, and a small lobby with a fireplace. The food was overall alright but not a special highlight. The restaurant was clean, the chairs were somewhat wobbly.

We'd had little contact with the staff. Due to the few guests was the service from the owners itself protected. One noticed, that it is not their main occupation was, they came somewhat rigidly over. We have in other accommodations already with more warmth and warmth experienced. What disturbed us, were often loud discussions of the owners with friends and known from the place during our breakfast or during dinner. There is a children's playroom.

The spa is quite large. The pool is took some getting used to. You have to the 30 centimeter wide edge from the entrance to the area with the chairs balance. The entrance to the pool it is the opposite way. Our demand showed: you must balance. For children and older people, the not convenient. The pool is equally deep and not for children made for. The sprudle in the pool were not in use. There are from 3:00 p. m. a finnish and a steam sauna (switch sometimes itself). Massages are at the front desk bookable and reasonably priced. The rent of the bathrobes costs 8 €.

The hotel is quite central. In 100 meters away there are shopping possibilities, bank, gas station and other dining. Directly opposite is the stop the ski bus (line 22). (please note: for a fee. Is in the hotel not advised. The ski pass is not enough as a ticket. Tickets on the lift.) The bus goes from the hotel to the lift about 5 minutes. The return line 22 runs through the entire place and takes about 20 minutes
