Cosy, typical canadian hotel with great fireplace in the lobby and a small, but beautiful spa area (gym with a view of the indoor swimming pool & jacuzzi). My husband and i had the luck, after a long, cold day in the rockys the whole pool area just for us to have. The hotel and our room have a clean and well-kept impression, only the bathroom was unfortunately very uncomfortable (without mirror and sink-these were outside of the bathroom, bright neon light). The king size bed and the huge flat screen tv, but compensated ☺ wireless internet was free as ... in almost all hotels in banff and environment and international calls from the room phone were recommendable cheap. With the staff at the reception we unfortunately had no luck. The lady at the check-in was maximum polite, but not friendly. Also whilst checking out it all went very fast and rather cool. We did so in no other hotel with our Canada-trip experience. read more

Beautiful, clean hotel with free underground parking, approximately 20 minutes out from town center. Unfortunately we got not the booked room ( category: superior). Allegedly canusa not at all the room for offer and get only standard. For an additional fee, it would be however possible, from morning a room to refer. On the next day we got then nevertheless the booked room, supposedly around happy customers to have. Of an additional payment for the next 2 nights was no more talk. In addition we have to say, was on the first day Canada-day and banff totally booked. A complaint ... with canusa, brought a credit, but also the statement it was booked as the documents. Canusa will now with the hotel fantastic. Restaurant is however available and a bar. read more

Our third Hotel on our trip through Canada. Since we had a long drive behind us, I have treated us an upgrade ☺ Thus we got a great room with Jacuzzi and fireplace, the left the whole night we burn. Wonderful! After arrival we went in the hotel restaurant delicious food. The price was a bit high (75, -can dollars for two persons) but it was very delicious, and the waiter was terrific and a great entertainer ☺ read more

We spent three nights here and felt very comfortable. The center of Banff is about ten minutes to reach. in. But there is a bus in front of the door from. We had a nice large room with a sitting area and a balcony. This fit, but only two chairs and close neighboring buildings had briefly sun. read more

The hotel is a little bit outside of Banff downtown district with many shops and restaurants. In about 15 minutes you are in the middle of everything. Very ample parking deck with free parking for guests. Parking garage has direct access to the rooms. read more

The cozy, clean hotel is rustic. The rooms are large and bright and the bathroom was ok. A free bicycle rental is available, we gladly used. Given the limited number of bicycles theme is "first come". Very delicious we found the kitchen. We really wanted to on our second night the go to another bar, but the food was so tasty, that we will return. The hotel is located on the edge of Banff. The center is about 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. read more

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation. It is a good Mittelklassenhotel for Banff. It is close to everything. Banff is located in the middle of the Rockies. At the hotel you can even wash clothes in the laundry. Absolutely important on a tour. Hotel parking must be paid. read more

The Garagenbenutzung is free. Despite main road the hotel is very quiet. To the ski resorts, Sunshine, Lake Louise Norquai about 10 - 45 -minute drive. The Heliskiing to Panorama about 2.5 hours transfer. The center of town with lots of shops and restaurants is on foot in about 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was very neat and in comparison to other places reasonably priced. read more
