The hotel has 135 rooms on 3 floors and is in the middle of Cala Ratjada close to the harbor. It was 1966 opened, has but also on new areas (for example room on the 3. floor and the spa). We have booked half board. The guests were predominantly german, 60 + or isolating also younger couples. read more

    We have booked an economy room, but a normal (old) double room on the 2. floor in the direction entrance get. Even if no modernized room was, we were very satisfied, because it very clean and everything had, which we need: bedroom with a tv, fridge, wardrobe, double bed and table, large bathroom with a bath/shower and a balcony.

    There was a restaurant in the breakfast and dinner in buffet form served, a bar and a pool bar. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. There were several drinks from coffee, tea, choco up to different juices, lots of bread- and rolls (also made), a müslibüfett, cold cuts, vegetables, fruit, hot food, yogurt... But also the dinner pleased us well and had a wide selection in good quality. Both starters (soup, tapas, salads), main courses (meat, pasta, potatoes, vegetables) and desserts (ice cream, cake, fruit) were offered. It was a mix of german and spanish dishes. Small drawback: if one went to eat later, one only got leftovers.

    The staff is very friendly, interested and speaks german. The rooms were cleaned daily. Every 2 days there were fresh towels, 2 time per week new sheets. Since the bars to the season had closed, snacks and drinks at the pool and the spa on call delivered-unfortunately there was only until 14:30 o'clock snacks. A doctor is 24 hours on day distance. There is wireless internet access for 1 Euro/ 12 minutes and pcs in the foyer.

    We booked the spa gladly and often used! It is fairly new, has a pool, a jacuzzi, 2 saunas, and a massage room. For the external pool it was too cold for us. In the bar there were one evening entertainment in the form of an alleinunterhalters, the rather on the older audience was.

We were also in the march in the capricho and we were thrilled. Safe were many older guests in the hotel, but that was clearly at the season on the entire island. The staff is great. So friendly and competent we had never experienced. If you had an inquiry, was a fast and very friendly helped. The rooms are sufficient large and very clean, what in the entire hotel again to find. A fridge is free available, as well as satellite tv and a well working air conditioning. The pool was though due to the time of year not to ... use it, but it was perfectly clean and looked very inviting. As come definitely again in the summer again! read more

    The rooms are really very nice. We had a premium room and were very satisfied. The rooms are really big enough, even if some think they should have more place. A very clean fridge, a furnished balcony, a wandsafe 3 closets, as well as satellite lcd tv and a small wandradio were the facilities. The bathroom is somewhat narrow, but it makes the length again away. At the end there was a hand, and a deckenbrause. From a small window to the balcony we found great.

    The hotel has a dining hall, as well as a bar in which you the whole day its our needs can. The beverage prices are absolutely as a part of and have a very good quality. The waiters in the entire house had always a nice comment on their lips and were great mood. So makes vacation a lot of fun

    The staff was super friendly and spoke fluent german. The rooms was always very clean and smaller repairs like for instance an empty battery in the safety deposit box was in 5 minutes done! Top!

    The pool was unfortunately because of the season still not to use. Nevertheless, he was cleaned daily and looked very inviting. Beach chairs etc. Everything faultless. One evening was a solo entertainer in the bar the very good music. I think in the summer will be more offered.

    The hotel is located fairly central in town. Unfortunately had early march not so lots of shops and bars in the surrounding area open, these changes but from easter. To the beach you have a small walk to, but one however by the pleasant atmosphere in the hotel compensated.

In march are the majority of the guests in the retirement age, nearly all german and austrians. Internet access via wireless internet (wi-fi ) is available, but be applicable and impudently expensive (1 Euro/h). On this -in other hotels free service we declined and instead rather in the surrounding bars and a coffee and then free wi-fi taken into account. read more

    The rooms are very cramped and in particular to the inner courtyard any particularly nice view. Positive is however determine, that all fixtures worked perfectly and a clean and newer impression. Especially: this house has by far the best soundproofing, which we so far in a spanish hotel met! Disturbances due to neighbors gave it not, -initially we thought even, the room next door are not at all taken.

    At first we were because of the comparatively small selection a bit disappointed. Neither 'cooking' still 62 different salads or the tables winding nachtischkreationen were expecting us, as we often in other hotels on Mallorca met. With the closer look and try, we realized, that the large offer but all was edible, -sadly no matter. I would 14 days food at the capricho even say, that the offered dishes a quality class higher than most of the others hotel is good.     In march the outdoor pool is nice to look at, but-at least with the temperatures in the winter 2013- still not usable. The spa in the house is spatially quite small. The nice but very small pool is at least with 5 people as' full ' to look at. Off-season with a bit of luck highly recommended, otherwise surely no highlight. ' Entertainment ' we could enjoyable way no say. Thank you very much for that, -clear a plus to this house!

    To the harbor and the numerous shops and cafes Cala Ratjada on foot it is no 5 minutes. But also a large supermarket is only two blocks away. A large fruit and greengrocer directly opposite. To the beaches, it is a bit further away, but on foot doable. In spite of the location in the center the town it was at least during our stay in march-not noisy. Ocean view or even a attractive view but if you want with a few exceptions in vain.

Once again, we were (2 time ) in this hotel, because we were there very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel guarantees a pleasant stay. The team, the cared for, is in these years unchanged, what also for the good climate speaks. The kitchen offers the meals so appealing to the eye and tastefully on, that it is unnecessary to restaurant search to go. We will be back! read more

As always a wonderful vacation! Wellness-and other offers I didn't notice them; also the pool not used. In cr and environment is with a car so lots to discover, that boredom not have to pay. In may 2012 I was with my husband for 3 weeks for 12 time in the capricho, in October I was alone for 10 days the capricho, it is at this time beautiful in Cala Ratjada and not more fully, the mediterranean sea has 19 °C the hotel was at the time almost booked up the service was excellent, my husband and I have already again for. We were to second time there and at the very good overall impression nothing has changed. The cleanliness of the Entire grounds was exemplary, amongst others every morning the tiles in front of the hotel entrance wet! Mopped. Cleaning of the rooms and change of towels took place every day. The hotel staff nearly all of them spoke good German and Are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is still in our eyes were very good. Sausage, cheese, egg dishes, fruit Yoghurt and so on were constantly refilled. The location ( nevertheless quiet) obviously requires a short walk local beaches. With ... a pre-information you know the but before and should not complain. We will in any case also a 3. the capricho as guests visit.! read more

Very friendly staff. 90% Germans guests. Lots of regular guests. The hotel lies less than 100 meters from the large purchase- and Ausgehstraßen away. To the beach it is a little further (10 to 15 minutes), however the hotel lies approximately in the middle the three on foot reachable beaches/ bathing Bays. read more

Beautiful hotel in a central location. We only booked with breakfast, since the many beautiful restaurants in the port and on the road to Cala Guya still open and then you outside dinner. The prices are considerably cheaper as in Germany. Beer, coffee about 1.50 Euro and the grilled gilthead with a side dishes for 11,90 Euro. If you nice., times extraordinary searches, we recommend that it coll d'os. It is located about 250 meters away from the hotel in a Finca and you get a excellent 6-course menu for 28 €. We will the hotel definitely book ... it again. read more

We had a short consultation in the courtyard a very nice room received. The hot tub could have been higher heated, is actually normal standard, especially since we in October were there. Besides that a very nice new spa area. The northern staircase is unfortunately from the outside for security reasons accessible, but only on the spa area. You could at the outer door a stop them from checking castle hanging short access to the northern complex to have. The hotel makes a very nice neat overall impression from the outside and the inside. It also stops a, which it ... optically promises. In any case we would stay there again, particularly since very short walk to the city center and port exist. Even the beautiful agulla -beach every morning at about 15 minutes walk away. read more

We were the last time for about 10 years in this hotel and were not satisfied, especially with the friendliness children opposite. Here a lot has changed. We were only one night in the hotel, but would without further also a longer stay book. One could really just forward! read more

Hotel Capricho is for spanish standards a very well equipped hotel. We had a comfort room, the size and furnishings were very comfortable, unfortunately leave in Spain the beds always to be desired. ( no slatted frame, no kopfverstellung ) Towels were changed daily and the cleanliness of the hotel is exemplary. The state of the hotel is not brand new, however everything is very neat and tidy. The friendliness of the hotel staff is spectacular and almost everyone speaks and understands German. The way to the beach is with about 20 minutes on foot very far away, however the ... hotel has a beautiful well maintained wellness area with a pool, a small indoor swimming pool, a steam bath, and a small sauna. read more

Central, yet peaceful location; very friendly, helpful staff; delicious varied food; very nice wellness area with great indoor pool; the rooms are not especially large, the safe must separate be hired; toiletries were-apart from a small piece soap- not offered. Despite fewer small drawbacks, easy to fix, a consistently good, recommendable hotel! We will definitely again go there. read more
