Our room was very small ( therefore only a well) but clean. There is also larger room ( against an extra charge) The balcony is small and cozy and the showers are very spacious, but the rest of the bathroom about as big as the shower:-) But overall for a one time vacation absolutely sufficient!

And very good food for the price. ( many meat ( beef, rabbit, duck, pork, chicken, turkey and a fish) And good salad counter. And very good pizza. And all drinks also cocktails are all inclusive. And everything was always very fresh. And good desserts. Muesli selection is limited to 2-3 standard cereals with milk.

The service has definitely a Very good Especially the chef has everything very well in the grasp!

Well, there is for the great entertainer 'miro' has really always super mood Not so good is the sporting activities respectively the sportausschtattung -the sporting activities was rather a joke, archery isn't available but air rifle shooting (3 shot per person...) The fitness studio is lala... 4 device and a ceiling where even dwarfs the head ram. The beach volleyball capacity has a concrete floor with about 2 centimeter sand was...

And very friendly staff. And very clean. :-( :-( :-( - with hotel area foreign guests a fee taken if these with to the room take (40 leva per hour so about 20 €) This was only communicated and is by far the teureste gästegebühr at the whole gold beach! -the sporting activities was rather a joke, archery isn't available but air rifle shooting (3 shot per person...) The location is good, around 10 to 15 to the beach but the path becomes never boring, because the way along a shopping mall is many shops and restaurants. No building sites nearby one always your peace in the room And so dangerous stairs is a bit dilapidated but any work is and normal health it should not a problem have And the light on the stairs is not optimal but I could also in the edges of steps always see...

Big enough, sanitary area spotless and well maintained. Top room -service, daily cleaning and towel-change. Beds absolutely okay. Nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately rather moderate catering, since daily the same selection of warm dishes. Certainly ample selection of vegetables and fruits and in particular desserts for dessert, but the warm courts rather monotonous and tasted hard to distinguish. The quantity of fruits and also the rich breakfast selection, it is however almost on.

Fantastic service. Mostly friendly and accommodating, also with special wishes always for help not only hard, but you are doing, which is only possible, such wishes to fulfill. Wether staff in the bars, in the dining room or at reception: T O P!

A top -animation, the entire team incredibly welcoming and friendly. Acceptable fitness room, also the pool is okay. Can however imagine, that when fully -occupancy where appropriate, a bit is tight. Quality of the water in the pool absolutely great, to the beach and the quality of the water in the black sea: excellent! Evenings regular animation in the disco-area; this is very-isolated, so that even when loud music in the reception area, let alone in the rooms nothing is to be heard. Great!

Well-kept, clean hotel, not overly large, room more than enough big, constantly great service. All inclusive, as the book stands. Too many German audience, as to the end of the season back too many older people, very friendly and well maintained together.

No direct access to the beach, but quite acceptable to reach. The promenade about 10 minutes on foot, also for older people quite easy to reach. Full and enough excursions, it was felt or on own fist.

Superior -room: it was clean, but no more the newest. Silent air conditioning ( suppressible ), tv with German channels, fridge, safe rentable

Buffet restaurant and Italian à la carte restaurant and food-station next to the pool, in addition lobby bar and pool bar. Almost only in the buffet restaurant eaten, where everything offered on time refilled. Quality solid-one should consider, that within a very short time about 1000 guests catered for must be. Cleanliness and hygiene perfect-during the meals, the cleaning lady came several times with us and made under the high chair our juniors clean.

Absolute praise goes to the staff, I would like to have more than 6 suns. Most of them speak German and English. Very friendly and helpful.

Praise goes to the entertainment team! 6 days per week from to o'clock animation plus evening agenda ( included children's disco) Pool was in my opinion too cold. ( shallow pool 18 degrees, nevertheless not heated)

Complete hotel with 500 + rooms, pools, ( simple) sports facilities. Very well maintained general impression of the hotel. Cleanliness commendable. Like lots of guests we had booked all inclusive. Guest structure at the time of our stay according to travel guide circa 2/3 German guests, mixed families with children, couples and singles.

Depending on traffic takes the shuttle from the airport varna about 45 minutes (or more). From the hotel you have already often criticized stairs (one of the points, where the hotel surely something to do) with about 80 partly unlit and bröckeligen steps descent-not suitable for families with baby carriage - to to the street to the beach or the shops and discos to come. Excursions depend on tour operator from (also here rather unsuitable for families with small children), gold beach offers only the aquapolis.

Big enough and air-conditioned. Bathroom spacious and ok, large tiled shower. On the balcony two chairs and a table. The fridge is in all-inclusive not really necessary, we had only a couple bottles mineral water in it. Telephone we didn't use, had full handy receipt. The furnishing is soberly and somewhat worn, who knows how other tourists behavior. All together tidy and ok.

An air-conditioned main dining room with open accesses to the pool and the outdoor tables and a pool bar. A cocktail bar inside. Food was in abundance, you could from the large buffet, every 2. one-day themed day had, so Italian, bulgarian, seafood, etc. Rich sattfuttern. It is always a grundauswahl as, plenty of salad and 4 meat dishes, fries, pizza, 3 noodle sorts and vegetables, as well as vegetarian. After the first three days I could not more, because if you only somewhat nahm, are always three course of it has become. The dessert was the best, lots of fruit and much sweet the right was delicious and great arranged. The alkoholishen drinks like beer, wine, vodka, Gin, rum and whiskey could one well drink. Only the orange juice at the bar is nothing. Like a fruchtsaftgetränk. Everything else is great. The main mealtimes one felt gives it to freshly pressed-delicious!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Most can somewhat German, so that one has actually never communication problems had. The room is cleaned daily. The doctor rooms in the hotel we didn't need it. The child care also not. I have a massage. For 20 Euro 45 minutes... Just great.

The entertainers have a, if you wanted, almost the whole day conversation and you could well other people meet. With the strolling and shop at the beach were the people not as pushy as in Turkey or the arab countries and everywhere there are bars partly. With live music, discos etc. The pool is somewhat cooler than the sea and is hardly chlorinated. Very pleasant. Chairs and umbrellas are enough there. A small mukki booths-room is also there, but not my case.

The hotel is a very nice tourists -hotel. Clean and tidy. We had our room at the front of the reception area. Full sun. If it too much will, curtains, air conditioning at. However, we were only for sleeping in the room. I have stayed in lots of German business -hotels for more money much receive less.

The hotel lies in the tourists -area, locals live there probably not. The beach is easy to reach. About 80 steps and then about 600 meters of the shops and pub past. The shopping stalls are varied, the vendors were not so pushy. From watches, gürteln and accessories to muschelschnickschnack everything was there. Clothes like T-shirts and pants in abundance, but rarely is xxl. Those are there all slim and small ;-) We were in varna, and the shopping mall visited. Great shopping center, however only original product to original prices. The' great' breitling -clocks were at the bars for 15 euros... ;-)

my room was so well not the largest (double room with two individual beds) with two suitcases it would have been tight. The furniture was run-down however fulfilled its purpose without any drawbacks. The water was very chlorinated and had no beautiful taste when the brush your teeth, now and then you could also in the shower smell that water japan was. All in all it was functional as I barely stayed there did.

The food was always in the abundance available, it was empty, it only takes seconds to which new there was, the cocktails you could drink till you drop, but this card very small was, alcohol you don't really in parts noticed, beer and wine were already there for a lot of dangerous.

As the complaint management ran no idea I had luckily no! From o'clock there were in the hotel unfortunately no drinks not more at a charge since simply nobody more at the bar was respectively uS twice the lights were turned off... Candles which we then set up were prohibited due to fire hazard As already mentioned except for a few exceptions always very friendly and ready to help, the animation was reasonable and always trouble the people with the games to inspire, outside the entertainment times ( trendy games) you hardly saw them, I had a little the impression, as if you just tired and unmotivated were.

The lifeguard ' lifegard ' was always in its place, and came came running if one which from it wanted, had immediately tool in council if one with the lounger by the pool angry.

The hotel tohand very exactly with the information on, very clean, the staff always friendly and helpful, now and then the staff were in the lobby bar a bit stressed, and the face read if you a drink have handed over. The waiters/ indoor for the food were brilliant, always friendly and super fast - sometimes I thought the wait that the mouth abputzt so that you the plates/glass block out may, The food was good, varied, different theme nights, dessert also always sufficiently available - but caution the things are very, very cute Many germans people especially from the north with English you could easily communicate with the exception of a few exceptions. The average age I would during my time on 23-28 tap, with my departure much higher since minutes 3 buses pensioners and russians came. Overall I can Bulgaria and only recommend the hotel, for my part, I will come again 'are be back'

The hotel was somewhat remote located on a mountain, it was a staircase ( death stairs, I have always said) directly down to the mile, the stairs partly very uneven teileweiße with walkway slabs the were loose, lighting in the lower part of the very poor. You then mastered it was 200 meters until the mile start found, to the beach there were about 10 minutes by the numerous shops very good way! Chairs on the beach were in my eyes very expensive 7 €the chair and once again 3 €an edition, is one at the beach somewhat remote walked, you could also with the air mattress out put! 3 supermarkets the 24 hours! Open was the possibility set up with snacks and drinks always given

Had we a second time there were a lot of larger room get than what we had booked safe there are in every room enough irons

Varied and very clean

Friendly and very friendly staff, good German language skills and also the cleaning ladies were very nice and accommodating.

Disco was daily entertainment program which was a lot of fun, sun loungers sufficiently and what we especially good found it, everything was clean and was several times cleaned daily, there were towels by the pool as much as you wanted

In the hotel Viva everything is simply great. From the staff which us in our time of vacation always nice and friendly served until zumzimmer which daily super cleaned by the hotel manager the us daily nice and accommodating welcome. We had all-inclusive which also really respected the food was daily varied for example one evening there was a gala dinner where ma our opinion ech exceeded once there was a meeresabend where it for example shark and swordfish was... And so on also the waiters were very efficient it was setig pay attention to the tables clean and the ashtrays were very, very frequently changed. The animation was very good lots of guests have the program accepted we also there there was something for everybody for the sporty as for unsporting. Anyway, overall super we were now the second time and we will definitely come back again.

Because the hotel is a bit above, you have to stairs (86 steps) or around the hotel walking. But it was down just compensated because starts right the purchase and party maile at. To the beach you go approximately 5 to 10 minutes the sea was for middle September quite warm as well as in general the weather around 28 to 33 celsius degrees. So everything was perfect.

We were an apartment upgraded was very generous was. 2 bathrooms with four beds includes the furnishings. The air conditioning was in immaculate condition but dripped from time to time, but quickly rectified. Furthermore, there were 2 balcony in different directions, so that the sun on one of the two balcony always was available. More amenities: safe, telephone, tv, fridge Very clean, acceptable furniture

The range of dining contained an itlaienisches restaurant, a normal restaurant to the normal dine, the pool bar for beverages and bar of the hotel. Tantly you could drinks get and the quantities were not limited. Cleanliness and atmosphere were very praiseworthy. Very extensive food!

The staff are very competent and helpful. They welcome each guest and is very welcoming. In case of any problems or suggestions they helped immediately. Furthermore could the staff German and English as well, so that the communication very simple was. The cleaning of the rooms was very neat and very satisfactory. Everything was cleaned and sorted out. No negative comments to make. If you stay longer slept it was not of the cleaning staff bother us. You could also once a jacuzzi in the basement per room reserve and use. Otherwise was in the all inclusive offer also a lunch or dinner in the Italian restaurant free. With complaints was the guests very accommodated and the problem directly resolved, as long as at all problem developed.

Great entertainer the young and old included and a bridge formed. The sporting activities was sufficient and diverse. Possibilities: table tennis, volleyball, Boccia, swimming, cocktailspiele, soccer and much more. Loungers by the pool were in sufficient quantity available and the pool very clean!

The hotel is very well maintained and this is also daily through present housekeepers to see. Altogether very much importance to the opinions and wishes passengers received. The pool is very generous and very clean. The weieren bars and especially the food are very attractive. Animation possibilities are in very large scope available and with very much passion and love put into practice. The vacations it will stay very pleasant decorated.

In the perimeter of 15 minutes hike everything is within reach. The advance's staircase to the beach seemed to be no obstacle to be. It was worse described as it really was. To the beach are 15 minutes. You will be rewarded afterwards however with a wonderful sandy beach the is not crowded and you are as good as never disturbed (both from neighbors, as well as from verkäuern ). From the rooms of the 4th floor one could very nice the sea see and enjoy. In 5 to 10 minutes distance are other small shops for small transactions to reach. The bus station is in the immediate proximity (5 minutes). Furthermore it was very pleasant not directly at the beach the hotel to have also to be able to switch off!
