On the whole the stay in the hotel like to some restrictions. The transfers from an excursion on the hut on the 30-12-2012 was a disaster. After the program was the transfers at 15:30 o'clock recognized. At 15:00 o'clock drove a bus direction Cochem and on our request to the driver revealed, that the bus not to the hotel drove. We asked the bus driver, if he at 15:30 o'clock to the hotel brixiade drive, which he confirmed. However at 15:20 o'clock we saw this bus leave, although not all the seats filled. Around 15:45 ... we asked in the hotel auriga in ellenz when the bus for backhaul and got the answer, that the bus in the next town and shall come to in a moment. It took but further 15 minutes to the bus there was. After consultation with the bus driver, we found out, that his mission on the transportation of 4:10 p. m. was. Our discontent we did then to the arrival at the hotel brixiade at the front desk advised and had the feeling, our complaint not really taken serious was. In zeltanbau on the cabin has the raucherlaubnis't like it, because the tent overall was closed and for non-smokers, this was but unpleasant. read more

Room very hot in the summer. No air conditioning! Noisy at night, since drunk guests from drinking came home. No credit card payment possible (possibly only on this day).? Booked half board for our group as rather poor. Cold and hot buffet consisted of pickled herring and ham rolls as cold appetizer. The warm buffet from dry pork steak and roast beef was edible. However altogether no recommendation. A Waitress for 45 people with beverage supply totally überforderd. How can you beginner on guests release? For certain we won't be staying here again! read more

Stay with them we enjoyed moderate. Absolutely wonderful is the location of the hotel. You (as we ) a room with view of Mosel dialed, is a view of Mosel and reichsburg hardly be beat. On the other hand was the service moderately friendly. Our deluxe room was itself nice, had however the lack, that major difficulties had, our clothes store. The existing closet is not straight sumptuously limited. read more

    Our room we found small although we have been the comfort room had booked. The shower was enough for us, however rather cramped. The bathroom had a sliding door.

    The quality of the breakfast was all right, however we have a four-star hotel expected more, as it for example only one type of rolls and little choice- During dinner we got a menu, in which we only between 2 main courses could choose. Mostly tasted good it only sometimes we would have preferred something else had.

    We were greeted very friendly by a nice lady at the front desk. Our room, as quite small felt was unfortunately especially in bBad not very thoroughly cleaned, as we were in the corners and on the floor still hair of the predecessor found. Also the beds were somewhat dearless made. In the restaurant served uS for breakfast a nice, attentive woman, the very quick and the buffet fast anytime again re-stocked and coffee and scrambled egg supplied. For dinner however seemed our waiter sometimes rushed and confusing even sometimes the plates of the guests. When checking out felt a other Receptionist was rather rude and said by not even once Schüß to us let alone it inquired whether we as much have:

    The hotel is directly next to the Moselle and our room balcony we had a magnificent view on Cochem and the Imperial castle. To the other Side of the Moselle river to come, one must only the Mosel bridge crossing, which is reached by a staircase. It has lots of possibilities wines to try and to buy, just to get food or shop. You can also take a trolley a tour of the town make.

Friendly hotel, breakfast and dinner at the buffet was very good, as we were traveling as a group, the Mealtimes were adjusted our trip plans (breakfast at seven o'clock Sunday extended until 10:30 A.M. or). We felt comfortable and would not hesitate to stay there again. read more

The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach all places within ten minutes walking distance. The appearance of the hotel is acceptable, but the interior is already badly battered. The balconies are very tight. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, but some technical shortcomings. You can have is the food. The breakfast corresponds to the European standard, but the main courses were a disaster!. Poorly prepared, unimaginative and carelessly put together with the simplest ingredients. We will be back. ES were nice days on the Moselle river with a great view from the hotel to Cochem. Food was tasty staff friendly. PS: the Mosel star hotels have a new hotel with Wellness I will try for sure. read more

I have stayed there over the weekend. The room was old fashioned. The bathroom was tiny and spartan furnished. When I walked into the hotel at seven o'clock I wanted that breakfast started at 8 pm. So was this done. The service was very Spartan and unfriendly. The location itself is nice, right on the Moselle river promenade. In front of the hotel one had a good view of the reichsburg Castle, from my room but only in the backyard. Overall not recommended. read more

We had four days in this hotel super. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms were very nice. The breakfast and evening buffet was, in my opinion, perfectly adequate, well presented and delicious. We will definitely be going back next year. We are already looking forward. read more

1. The selection at the breakfast buffet was poor. Too little selection. The Nutella friends are unfortunately at the table for breakfast empty. 2. In every room there was an air conditioner, but these five euros per day and per person. This is of course not acceptable. read more

The hotel is in an excellent location with views of the city, we were with a group on weekend arrived. The food was served in the cellar bar and was not worthy of four stars. After the food were Biertische the food was, from the Jungköchen dismantled and the tables dirty in the next room said. What on earth was, stayed. On the dance floor swept. It played a live band and a DJ in the change. On the band or a DJ there is nothing negative. The waiters were so understaffed, they desperately swamped and were rather musty. Easter break away , 2009 booked over the internet, benefits excellent, star, Panorama ( Mosel) on Cochem and the Reichsburg gorgeous, catering for breakfast great, everything you could possibly want could ( we do not cereal and other dried fodder) and they always refilled. Nobody goes hungry. Evening there the culinary highlight. Buffet with all the trimmings, chefs, the the meals on their plates and describe, no one goes away and don't know what he on our plates. The cooks were always greatful for a compliment. So we will visit this hotel again. read more

location of this hotel is excellent. The package I was very well kept the internet. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast and dinner buffet were rich and tasteful. The chef at the buffet was present and consultation. In front of the hotel, and in the underground garage parking. We would choose this hotel again. read more
