This was my second visit to this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful the rooms are very clean and you have a maid who comes in each day, the food was very good and different choice each day with a mix of meat or fish and fresh salad and fruit, will be going back next year cant wait. read more

We are as a family traveling, the vacation was really great. We had rooms facing the highway which not a problem at all was, because you don't noticed. New year's eve was unfortunately in the hotel nothing was offered, but we have our fun made. The only thing that bothered me is the thursday and sunday no cleaning took place. Otherwise i would always come back to this hotel. read more

The entire hotel of the hotel must be described as good. We have because of our email a very nice room with a balcony and the sonnenkreislauf to sonnenunterang get. There the complex in quadrath is closed, could not be prevented, the animation from morning to afternoon was to be heard and disturbing seemed. It started with the music to morning exercises at, at noon the noisy entertainers for in the pool and then the loud calls for bingo at the bar and aschnließend the announcement the bingo numbers. Everything very loudly about lausprecher. All pool-lying chairs and on the ... balcony seated had the reluctantly listen.
We then decided, our balcony door to this time not to close. It was pleasing sound proof. Furthermore was breakfast time and for dinner no peace at the tables possible, because the buffet in the middle of the large room and the guests from all sides at the buffet colombians and the tables ran. Would be the buffet on the edge or in a separate room accommodated, this would not have been possible. Besides was the geschirrgeklapper were in clearing away (several places) behind the back of the guests to hear, because not in a separate room. I would of the hotel-management recommend, the alcohol in hands of the staff to put, since apart from that guests, with alcohol not bridle can, freely 'reload' and thus in the four weeks 2 times alkoholisierte guests totally drunk on our floor at night-maker randalierten (two o'clock at night! We were once for it as compensation in Dunas Don Gregory invited, which of course for 2 stars better. In short: maybe but for the Mirador but without much effort change. Sure it would to his credit. That was until now the worst holiday of our life never in this hotel again. The volume was intolerable the food without correct taste, so that we often no always eat out true.

The hotel is better than its reputation. Rooms, staff and food are more like a 4 star hotel. The hotel is english dominated, the sometimes concerning the noise level on the strict beat. But other countries, other customs. The long distance to the beach is through the viermaligen shuttle bus not a problem. For the party the hotel is the wrong, since one should rather to Playa del Ingles avoid. But if you a quiet, relaxing beach holiday with excursions to, is right at home here. read more

As it is a spontaneous vacation was, it was ok, i would but not again to the hotel go,
Eat not diverse, bar overfilled, beach far away, bus transfer with crowded buses.
By the pool tons of flies, speaks for lack of hygiene.
There are a lot of better hotels than this! read more

A very clean area, room bathroom and balcony big enough.
Approximately 480 rooms in 5 blocks. We had booked all inclusive.
Mostly english, spanish, dutch and german as guests.
From small children to seniors all age groups were represented. read more

We had a handicap accessible room ( strong praise but, that it gives!), which we not at all have needed. The downside for us was, that completely ground floor shower no auslaufschutz and so the water to the bedroom ran. The sliding door was down from the water softened.
The staff were very friendly and approachable. No matter wether room service, front desk or restaurant, almost everyone had a friendly smile on the lips and apparently good mood. Several persons of the staff were German, all other spoke good English, so the communication not a problem was. For this big ... praise!
The food was varied, vegetarian offers every day available, the daily changing, fresh in the local grilled dishes ( fish, meat) were delicious. read more

I agree with the previous speakers, who comfort wants, should more stars 8.
Otherwise went the international 'all inclusive' guests, which in the morning already alkoholgeschwängert by the pool lag, very annoying. Which is why we the bar and pool are often avoided.
The pool left nothing to the imagination, the water was freezing.
Our room was acceptable, the towel change was not so exactly taken and on one day we got not any towels, after threefold call at the front desk, had i even a towel get, as the people very busy are, as you said. Very annoying i ... thought our beds, on roles were, which is not definable were. In the morning one was sometimes at the other end of the area, if you are too often rotated had. The television program fell regularly every two days, which however not further dramatic.
Positively mentioned should be, are the staff in the dining room, they seemed extremely patient and very fast in their work. Because we there for christmas were, there was a weihnachtsgala, the dishes were very good and decoration very tasteful.
As i am a dessertfan am i must mention here, that the dessert not worth mentioning was. A course to the dessert buffet was not worth it.
All in all the area very nice, however the hotel too far out of the way. During the next holiday on Gran Canaria we will us do better. read more

Unfortunately there are in the bathroom no window or possibility to the air ventilation so that on the bathtub mold to find. If you want a air conditioning need there is no. To the beach runs 3 times a day a free bus there and back. We had our room in hoteabschnitt B so our balcony to the pool showed on the other side is the highway but we did not hear anything. read more

The rooms are dated decor, but for three stars in the border area. Air conditioning there not therefore I don't think you in the summer drive should. The staff are friendly and works fast there was nothing to complain about. The pool is with rust covered, partly missing the small mosaic tiles on the edge,
The hot tub is below below damp the paint is chipping and it is mold in some places, as in the big pool rises would be it beautifully everything fully to redevelop. Apart from that it was for the season the cheapest offer in the ... three stars all inclusive offer. There are many british people but they were peacefully have already other experienced. read more

The selection of dishes was plentiful and good.

Was completely contented, there was a bus transfer to the beach, the about 3.5 kilometers away and small supermarkets were also on location. It has a wonderful view as you were in the sonnenland area of the upper side is located. read more
