We were for the first time in the klausnerhof. The hotel is very inviting and makes from the outside a very good impression. The lobby is very beautifully built and well designed. Parking are both in the house a parking garage, as well as in approximately 150 meters distance another underground parking with for the hotel reserved parking available. The room that we booked was great with a direct view of the glacier. Free wi-fi in the lobby and in the bar. In the rooms was internet via cable possible, the right cable, you could help yourself at of the ... lobby free of charge. It was a very mixed guest structure, both which the nationalities, as well as the age and the composition (families, couples, singles). We really enjoyed it and we were for certain not for the last time in this hotel. read more

    We had a room in the new building with a view of the glacier. If the weather is nice you could enjoy a big balcony comfortable. The room was brilliant furnished with a large bathroom. There was ample closet space. The room was cleaned daily and was always in a top condition. To the room belonged in the ski store room a separate locker where the ski boots and skis are stored could.

    The food was fantastic. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. In the afternoon there was a snack with soup, salads, warm food and various cakes or sweets. Evening was changed from a multiple course menu where one from different main dishes to choose from, a gala dinner, a buffet or fondue. Which we appreciated a lot, was the the portions not too big were, but you on request always a seconds to get could. This has for certain much waste avoided. We always liked it very much. The beverage prices were reasonable and the wine selection was huge.

    Already the reception on arrival was very sincere. It was directly help with unloading the cars offered. The check-in was without any problem and there were all important things explained. Also our request for an extension night was unproblematic met. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant was always friendly and has excellent cared for the guests. The rooms were always in great condition and were sometimes already while we for breakfast were cleaned. The best service at the end of the trip after our departure experience. I had my computertasche in the hotel forget. Us, after the cleaning staff the bag had discovered, to phone in order to inform us, that the bag still in the hotel stands. As i the bag on the next day definitely needed we decided to reverse. Thereby we not the way back to the boss wife Frieda hermit is offered the bag to the police station at the junction Zillertal take away. This around 2 hours travel time saves. This service was unique.

    The spa is on the 5. floor with a view of the glacier. We have the pool and also the sows every day after skiing used. The facilities were always in a topstand. There was always enough sunbeds and pool and hand towels were always abundant. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi with a view of the glacier in the winter breathtaking. In case of bad weather the saunas already at 12:00 o'clock warmed up by the sun.

    The hotel is conveniently located to the ski area. There is a free shuttle bus to the cable car station are available. The stop is just 100 metres from the hotel and the bus goes every 10 minutes. We never longer than 4-5 minutes wait. The downhill run ended directly at a church, the opposite the hotel was. There is a few shops nearby, which were however not used by us.

    We stayed in the 'old wing' building, but were completely and not at all disappointed. The room 'schiefer' was large and spacious. We had enough space, with 3 people to get clear. And the wood designed rooms radiated a pleasant atmosphere from. In addition it was very quiet, clean and the condition the furniture absolutely alright

    The restaurant is very clean and especially pleasant spacious (several restaurantabschnitte ). The dishes were of the finest quality. A greeting from here to the chef. Our waiter treated us always very pleasant and attentive.

    The service is very good, if the caretaker or our room service, everybody was exceptionally friendly and make our stay concerned. Even our dog was not a problem. We have the holidays really enjoyed.

    The spa left from the pool up to different saunas no wishes desired. Amazing nice. Mr hermit designed even a fun race, at the my family inspired participated. In the evening everything was on canvas and with a great sense of humor and low prices of owner rewarded.

    We can only say, everything is easy to reach. Ensure the hintertux indicated gletscherbus, the every couple of minutes and also with the tux sport bus. The equipment for the daughter we could only a few steps from the hotel and off we went...

An outstanding hotel! The kindness and competence of the staff, the comfortable equipped room, the great wellness area, the without any problems skiaktivitäten, tenders, the superessen (cooking, varied, of course) and, and, and... We stayed at the klausnerhof a very relaxing and good time. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and very clean. The view from the balcony on the glacier is breathtaking. The constantly commuting ski bus transported us in a few minutes at the valley station. The ski area is very good developed and secure. A vacation recommendable. read more

Everything is great, we really enjoyed it. For the selections we would more pub or seasonal specialities be. The short transfer to the valley station the glacier cable car is easy. The ski run right up to the hotel is ideal. The sayings of the owner are not always funny, against the boss was a great and personal hostess. read more

    The size our room was okay, but with a seasoned decor and a little noisy. It would be nice, if maybe a firmer pillows or bolster would be available. A very a pleasant service are the available the bathrobes, the bag and shoes during our entire stay.

    From the breakfast over the pool to the dinner we weren't missing anything. There is something there for any taste and, in our opinion, everything was always fresh. In the menu there was always a vegetarian food for offer. The kitchen is varied and contains local dishes but also other flavors. Unfortunately didn't bother the smoke in the bar area so comfortable atmosphere in the evening.

    The family k. as well as the entire staff is friendly and takes themselves also after possibility time for a personal talk with the guests. The room was always very thoroughly cleaned and the beds were always very artfully prepared. A beautiful sight it was always! The morgenpost, the us every day for breakfast welcome, with a lot of effort and many suggestions for the next day to the guest at the information given.

    To the glacier ski area to come: great free shuttle bus, which runs every 10 minutes! Valley slope goes directly to Hintertux with only 3 minutes walk to the klausnerhof or take the lift up to the talstation and back with the bus-shuttle.

A top-notch hotel for the ski holiday and culinary delights. The ski bus stop is only rd. 5 minutes walk (approximately 150 meters) away. The bus commutes in 10-minute intervals to glacier cable car, so that you have a car not from the comfortable garage must move. Family hermit and the employees are super nice and hospitable. At christmas they have for a festive and informal atmosphere ensured, so that we the local fir't miss it. The breakfast (with eggs and omelets) and the afternoon snack are plentiful and diverse. The dinner with salad buffet, soups, appetizers, four menus to ... choose from, dessert and cheese, as well as separate children's menus is hard to beat. Particularly praiseworthy the excellent wine list and the great spa with indoor and outdoor swimming pool with glacier views, an outdoor jacuzzi and several saunas and relaxation areas. It was our first stay at the klausnerhof, we-as the numerous other long term guests - gladly again. read more
