    The hotel is very centrally located. The city of lake and the mountains - everything with short due to reach. Shopping, just across the bridge, to the lake, only around the corner, to the train station only the road down. Leave your car and enjoy Luzern in its full splendour, this hotel is perfect for as a place to stay adequate.

The hotel is in a nice location middle in the center. Within walking distance of everything reachable. Staff always helpful, very attentive, very friendly. The breakfast area is excellent. The selection is very good, it is really everything there. Amazing staff. One friendly welcomed. Very in order cleanliness concerned. Everything was refilled, the tables are always new covers. The hotel is very central in Lucerne city center and has two good restaurants. Leisure offers, restaurants, bars and excursions in the surrounding and further environment numerously available. It is therefore nothing special weight, that the hotel even no sport facilities, sauna or pool has. The only downside of the hotel is, it only difficult to find is, if you are not very good in the Lucerne city center familiar with. But if you finally there is, the hotel has definitely parking spaces to offer. read more

We had the special offer 2 for one night and were very positively surprised, that we a great room ( size and location) received. Since we during 20 years in Luzern and work, we will gladly to Luzern, to visit friends, but want not every time the high tourist prices pay, therefore we find such deals lovely for 'city nostalgics'. read more

The hotel is at best location for shopping or go out, you can in a short period of time to reach on foot. The room is very cozy and romantic, maybe a little dated, but very big. The bathroom is absolutely fantastic, large, new, a separate shower and bath. read more

excellent kitchen, the atmosphere of the restaurant has a lot of space for improvement. the standard was not really romantic recognizable. The service was good. Overall in the breakfast very friendly staff. room decor a little inclusive other! we will be back. read more

Generally OK but the elevator was dirty, the elevator door open with the on the second floor, I had to look on the coffee table leftovers, which still has until the next morning there. read more

    I am sorry but I have to hair in the bed had was simply not acceptable. Cleanliness to shower in the evening, I had the beach towels on the sheet are not in contact with all the all hair, (large and small) to come. Although I as well as possible abestaubt have, this was just disgusting and cruelly. I wonder, whether the sheets really were changed or, if you save Wäschpulver! the carpet was disgusting, the fridge schließte incorrect and there were no free outlets.

    in the morning I had to ten minutes at the front desk waiting for my room card back and to know, if I the Toblerone, which I in the room have consumed, or to pay, whether on the Firmenrechnung was accepted. A gentleman then the receptionist to go look for. After nearly ten minutes a woman to the hotel I asked, if I had been served and you had to pull my Toblerone and escape with their money. This woman who worked there but on. And as if nothing has happened, then at one time, to peace, a young blond woman, who is not even for the waiting time apologized. I had to go on the 9. 50 hours on the train station the race for 10 hours on the train to not lose. Exhausted and hot, I had to tackle the three-hour journey.

Very attentive and service friendly service by the staff at the front desk, in the restaurants and in the room. Dinner for 22 o'clock, after a concert, was really very good. the room was with everything equipped, which one required, it was spacious, with large bathroom, comfortable equipped, with places to sit and table, have a drink, read, etc. we have very good slept, the location is quiet, in the old town and you can all worth seeing one in short time on foot rEACH. Garage only about 200 meters away. this hotel we can really recommend. read more

The hotel enjoys a central location close to the old town of Luzern, the bridge and the shopping street are only a few minutes' walk away. Especially suited for couples who want a romantic short break want to spend. The romantic dinner on the own terrace in the junior suite we will definitely in our best memories. Minor downsides were the unclear drafting of the bill and the somewhat dirty passageway in the bathroom. In any case, it has earned the hotel the title 'romantic hotel' fairly. read more

The new year's Eve murder mystery dinner was a success. The combination with the excellent 5-course menu in the evening until midnight to one-time experience (was our first murder mystery dinner). The implementation process was superb and the number of guests (63) in relation to the room size was so good, that all persons at the tenner tables good conversation. The standard room seemed pretty newly renovated-very spacious, large closet, comfy mattress, romantic decoration and furnishings. The bathroom (good size) with a large shower (for large-grown people) and bright equipped. Wide breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel is located ... in a quiet area, but there is not any night new year's Eve. We would gladly return. Oh yes, we also have enjoyed, the park service was our car in the nearby parking garage. read more
