Hotel Rustica^{(3 stars)}

Based on new Year's Eve was in the pub (directly under the room) loud music until 0630 o'clock (you can hear the DJ talk/not to mention the volume of the music). The manager was on the next morning only to understand, that in Switzerland new Year's Eve was. Thank you, we knew that. No price reduction (only 1 1/2 hours. slept/no warning). The excuse was only, that the visitors to the pub's time to smoke because of the smoking outside the pub's stay. This leads to noise. It does not, however, the smokers, but the loud music. Four times we ... mentioned this and the manager spoke only again and again by the smokers. Finally, the manager took, although the conversation had not ended. Very rude. The lady at the front desk apologized, but unfortunately you can change the rate even nothing. That was not the biggest problem for us. You can tell the people only nice apologies again and again, if you have a service at the weekends. That is already enough. So it should be clear, that each weekend, thanks to the pub, again and again dissatisfied hotel visitors were. Logical that loud music. My partner and I guess/advise urgently from this hotel, however, the visit in the pub would surely, if one had a long musical entertaining evening (until the morning) you want to spend. read more
