Clean Hotel, right on a small beach Bay

The hotel is located right on the main road of the town. The place is on a mountain developed, so that you can walk up to the city center and the main shopping area a decent slope behind must entail. There it is worthwhile but also to the castle to go. Across from the hotel there is a very small bay with sandy beach, there by car but it is worthwhile to other beaches to drive. Park in the rather narrow underground garage directly below the hotel (to the right of the hotel entrance). The hotel itself is very clean. ... We had a double room with view to the rear, which because of the location to the main street is certainly not the worst decision. The breakfast is served on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, there is little change announced, but I did not bother us. On request you get here also cappuccino and espresso. Good pizza we found in this place in a small side street close to the hotel. The next euro pin is however also not far away. The staff at the front desk are very nice and happy to give tips, but the check-in and check-out a little long-drawn-out, since we only once had to wait until someone is there. All in all the hotel is great for sleeping. A pool, as well as a super beautiful beach, as well as activities you but to no avail, you had to know that before booking. read more

I have in the May 2010-en route-only one night in this hotel and had spent a AHA-moment: With the arrival of the hotel (I had reserved a week before) I found a note on the door, I am at the 3 *-three houses Hotel Riviera. There I was told, the hotel had a water heater and Janus therefore could not be present, you offer me instead of the sister hotel Riviera. Since the boiler was broken when for? For three days and three other guests have moved into the Riviera. At least now I rang the scepticism-bells: three guests? Since ... it was obvious, for so few guests the Janus don't unlock wanted-but perhaps I did as wrong. Since I had paid the room in advance, I asked, what I can offer: 'a double room instead of the single room'. Seemed to me No attractive offer (I was only there for one night stay-whether double or single bed was therefore important to me zero), so I made a counter-offer: the hotel management will invite at least for dinner but therefor?-You must ask the chef. 20 minutes later, the answer was: No, this is not, you could invite me to a maximum of a drinks. But strangely-in the meantime the boiler repaired again just now and I could now move in the Janus. Now, as it was, in that night that I was the only guest. Which led, that because I am not a breakfast buffet and prepare the next morning asked to Riviera for breakfast. (The quite extensive and above all very friendly) If the boiler or history was a little fibbed, will probably remain a mystery. But the Janus is a rivet brand new effective, modern design, the (by the tiny single size of room apart) really liked. When you enter the hotel, it smells wonderful fresh (Lemony). And the receptionist, because I was there-a very friendly. The bottom line: the hotel is worth a stay. read more
