We stayed for four days in this hotel. Was assigned a room on the second floor, in theory, with a view of the sea, the dunes were but in between. Unfortunately, the room was cooled down completely, it took 1 day, until you feel at home. The reception/office was active only in the morning until eleven o'clock occupied (otherwise ring). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, from 17:30 you could eat here also. Half-board was offered, but we didn't use it. It was however only 1 dish, you had to order an alternative supply to eleven hours. Sauna for ... a key deposit. read more

Very nice hotel. Relatively newly renovated, very clean and very well located between East and West village. The hotel is right behind the dunes landscape, the hiking, the restaurant has a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea and to the beach it was only a two minute walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. read more

The rating applies to stays in the apartment in Inselhus with breakfast in the Strandhof. Since 1997, we are a year guests at family meter, initially in the hotel, has been around for years in Inselhus. That alone says something about the quality and atmosphere of the two houses. We have done with five adults and one child a short family vacation and were completely satisfied. The hotel is located between the East and West village, so you very quickly opportunities for shopping, as well as the beach distance. The owners were very friendly, courteous and very child friendly. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is exemplary and could only be recommended. So we spent the weekend at the hotel, We had a very small room with a very small bathroom without balcony. The toilet Withdrew on 1 Day a smelly odor from, but on the 2 . Day were gone. The room I was disappointed, as I would have expected something better for the price. Be careful because the beds are very hard! If you like it? The hotel I can only recommend it!!! There were 2 wonderful weeks, I stayed there with my family spent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very modern and in very good condition. The location is great (beach about 200 meters away). We will definitely be back! read more
