Large well-equipped apartment, fully equipped and tastefully furnished, with us two beautiful bathrooms

Very friendly and expert staff on the complex, by ordering service good supply, both apartments and complex very well maintained, English language skills were an advantage, good tipps for excursions etc.

Large and clean pool, also the tennis court is well maintained, no more entertainment ( was not desired)

Very quiet, but also a little out of the way, hardly shopping opportunities in the area, however very good newspaper ordering food ( not only for breakfast), ideal location various sights in Florence, Pisa or Siena to explore, schedule due to hilly and winding streets but clearly longer than planned

We were glad, A 3 -room vacation apartment booked, because otherwise it would be a bit cramped has become. There were thus double bedroom with double beds and closet available. Otherwise there were two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, in the bathrooms there was toilet and bidet. However we could the toilet the shower-bath did not use, as the distance to the wall was so small, that a get up without bumping into each other was not possible. So altogether everything a bit small and cramped. But we nevertheless comfortable. In the kitchen there for coffee machine, microwave and toaster only one plug socket. There was no dishwasher. But otherwise very well equipped. Safe stood at the front desk available. We mostly on the covered terrace breakfast or other food eaten, in sunset a small glass of wine, simply nicer. The apartment was altogether a bit dark and cool, but that is the tuscan style. In the bedrooms there were fans.

The complex does not have restaurant, however in circa 5 minutes away by foot there is a great tuscan restaurant 'alto borgo', also a second restaurant there is still, but the we didn't try them. San vivaldo about minutes by car there is a Osteria and in ' jerusaleum san vivaldo' there is still a restaurant with great typical tuscan dishes. The prices are good, and not overpriced - usual price category.

Toni the best! He is man for everything. He worries about the pool, the garden, technical problem in apartments it solves will be charged and so on he speaks fluent English and naturally Italian. Also the friendly lady at the front desk speaks English. Check in and check-out worked perfectly. After a week towels were automatically changed, on request whether also more often. Great 'journey' -tips we got also from Toni and the front desk.

Animation there was not, but the children could on the hotel and required thus also no 'kids club'. The pool on the complex is located on the highest point, so even more views of the great countryside. There are enough sunbeds, sun screens available. Lawn is under olive trees. The pool is largely with divided children's area, also segregated a wirl area and the large pool. Toilet-installations and showers right next door. Cleanliness altogether very good! Otherwise there is also a tennis court ( reservation in front desk) available and swing for children. Shops as mentioned above, there is in montaione with coop. You get everything you need. Nice small shops and an ice-cream parlor is also available.

A beautiful smaller condominium with altogether 24 vacation apartments on 8 1-2 story small house distributed. The vacation apartment was well equipped, we had a 3 -room apartment booked. Everything was clean and well maintained. The whole complex, the garden and pool top well-kept! Mainly were German guests there.

The complex lag in iano a small village about 8 kilometer of montaione (larger place with shops - circa 15 minutes winding) away on the hillside. Best panoramic views over the typical tuscan hills and far is Volterra to see. There as to San Gimignano it was ever about 18 kilometer on kurviger street. The cities Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena are in around 50 to 60 kilometer to reach (at least 1 hour driving time!)

Our apartment was in top shape. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a dining/living room with fireplace. The rooms were beautifully furnished with solid furniture in Tuscan style. there was a flat-screen TVin the living room and the kitchen had a toaster, microwave, coffee-maker, and there was plenty of kitchenware.

There were two restaurants. We only ate in the Antico Borgoiano. the food was very good and the service pleasant. Bread in Italy does not taste as good to us as bread in Germany or the Netherlands

It could not have been better. Everyone was very helpful and kind. English was definitely the preferred language. All interactions seemed to be in English. I have been to many places, but customer service here was still a top priority.

Pool was in a beautiful location and well kept. Entertainment was not provided as this is not a hotel. You could hike and ride bicycles in the area

Borgoiano is not a hotel. It consists of 23 apartments in a beautiful location. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a dining/living room with fireplace. The rooms were beautifully furnished with solid furniture in Tuscan style. there was a flat-screen TVin the living room and the kitchen had a toaster, microwave, coffee-maker, and there was plenty of kitchenware.

The location is prime. It is in the middle of nature. Tuscany is all around you. You are about one hour away from Florence, from Siena, and Pisa. Volterra and San Gimignano are about 20 minutes away. The complex is in a lttile tiny town. The town is clean and very well kept. There is one little store which has all the main food/toiletry items you may need. It is a very romantic area. The apartment complex in kept exceptionally well. The gardening, the pool area, the flower beds, the office area, and the entire outside area is in top shape. Very clean, very well designed!
