The hotel is newly renovated. Garden is very nice and well maintained. Pool and beach are clean and beautiful. Hotel was fully booked, and squares by the pool and beach have not been sufficient. In the restaurant is the service not met with clearing. German spoke virtually no one. Entertainment was turkish and Russian. read more

The food was very good and the buffets were very nice presented! The essaal has however the charm a Berghüttenselbstbedienungsrestaurants. The animation is exclusively on the Hauptclientele the Russian tourists, of course in Russian. More than a week I wouldn't recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel wouldn't be bad. Everything is on Russian guests orientated, from the food to the animation. For us however never again. Music by the pool too loud and only Russian or Turkish, unbearable. read more

We were positively surprised. You can tell, that the management works well, the staff were in spite of the difficulties understanding very in order cleanliness ( in particular by the pool and the very nice extensive complex) and friendliness concerned. Desirable, that at least at the front desk some knowledge of German available would be, even if our Russian Traveling companions were in the majority. read more

The whole hotel area was very nice. Only in room (cleansing) and dining (bad availability of drinks at the beach, as well as at the pool bar. Very nice resort. Ideally we found, that there is an activity pool with entertainment (for young people) and a little bit away from a relax pool (the need for peace and quiet)! The animation is super: professional, varied, funny! We were very impressed by the friendliness of the service staff, with some minor issues we were looked after by the hotel management was very professional. Food was very good, varied. Tennis courts in good condition, good opportunities for water sports, beach well maintained, enough pool chairs, shade-nice quiet in the area. So my mom and I are at the last minute and have the chervo club Sirena Hotel. first impression of me: nothing special (I thought, that there are four o'clock in the morning was). At the reception: very unfreiundliches staff at the reception, the man showed us our room and did not even on the door. he told us we could get a new tomorrow. Room: clean, big enough and comfortably furnished (safe, tv with satellite, bathroom clean, balcony with sea view) the next morning, lunch (I slept until late RISER 11,30 and not) then new card and to ... recommend it worked even (little English knowledge, many Russians (but not noisy or drunk) and food was, there was always someone irgendndwas for everyone. Great beach (if you get in late, are no sun loungers, but most go around 12:00 and it is free) beach bar: I loved, so nice staff and especially friendly! snack bar: everything is fine again nice staff! towels: not very well organized, a towel for two days and then change, often are no longer present and unfriendly reception and one had to wait until 1.30 hour come. Although we had booked a crib on arrival to find no crib. Only after multiple visit at the rude front desk was a reisegitterbett provided. Our requirements for a successful vacation were absolutely satisfied. Everything is generously (especially the buffets), super clean (continuously ran someone with a broom and dustpan through the area) we just felt well cared for (the beach). The staff is friendly, courteous, recognizes one again, clowns... The shaded roofs (with high metal scaffolding fabric) on the beach are great, much better than individual umbrellas. If you get the right room (as we did), you can hear the disco at night at all. Recommended: the Hamam, the bathrooms for the skin. Hotel-fixed prices for taxis in the area. Booked 1 week all-inclusive for 700 €per person I rather bad rating on holiday check. at ignored, since my girlfriend last year on time in this club was and she was thrilled! A pure beach holiday, only suitable for families, because of the extremely loud children's music. The hotel know that there are great deficiencies in hygiene and cleanliness. The pool area and the whole outdoor area were really nice and clean. The bar staff warcäußerst friendly and helpful, the front desk staff was rude and annoyed, the cleaning lady cleaned after mood, sometimes good, sometimes not at all. Toilet paper you got only after repeated requests. Unfortunately, there was also the bentour Austria team no help with our boredom, they offered us only way too overpriced activities (rent a car for ... 150 €per day!) even in Austria the only cost 55 €. Pure rip-off, and the activities desk of bentour and the hotel, for example you pay for Turkish Hammam 35 €for an hour and a half, the treatment takes only 15 minutes but an hour and a half instead of pay, insolence. The use of the tourists only from, and unfortunately, you could see that quickly. Your activities take itself, by bus or taxi (you should definitely negotiate the price before departure) or directly with the friendly and independent water sports team, right on the beach. The hotel is actually not so bad, not only is it with the standards of a mid-range hotels-especially as far as the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The beach is good, the pool but stinks quite urine. We were never in it! Similarly there outside of the hotel just doesn't do it! For shopping or if you wanted to drink something outside of the hotel, you have to take the bus, which was always very crowded, or with the taxi about 15 minutes drive. (8 years) my daughter and I spent a wonderful week. Oscillated between the pool during the day, the beach and the jetty (also there was seating) back and forth, where there were enough pool chairs available. In the evening there were always in the kids disco and then the show, we always loved. Interesting and pleasant can not be a holiday. read more
