So right in the categories the bewertungsschemas fits the hotel not. It is beautifully located, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees approximately 5 kilometer outside of lastra a signa. The complex is spacious and clean. The rooms spray the charm of the tuscany. Who here sterile modern facilities expected is wrong. Everything was a bit rustic and easy. I thought however, that the landscape fits
The rooms were big enough, the storage space is for one week and 2 persons enough. The tv a bit small, but the television is not here.
In your rooms worked the heater not.
The ... staff are very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi there is free in the main building, but not in the rooms the side building.
The restaurant is definitely not recommendable. A better value for money and also better food the pizzeria musica about 3 kilometers away and the Trattoria signa in lasta a signa. For both has the front desk business cards.
Recommendable is the wine tasting, who the hotel organized. However you should then nothing more to do. read more

We have a wonderful week in Tuscany there. Villa saulina was a very good Base. Very friendly staff stood in any case available. A very nice bar and good equipped lounges make the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel from.
Merely the breakfast should like to somewhat more diverse miss. De proximity to Florence is another plus point for the hotel and Kartenvorbestellungen pp. Were immediately and gladly taken care of. read more

We had an apartment with 45 meters² and self catering. The apartment was as a condominium over 2 floors and with everything equipped which one needs in such a way. The terrace was however very 'public'. Breakfast (1 time tested) was sufficient and with 7 Euro will be charged OK. The complex is really nice, has 2 pools with very nice views of the valley. In a distance of 5km there is a train station with free parking spaces ( you need definitely a car) from where in 15 minutes to Florence comes. Apart from that you can of the ... hotel from all sights tuscany reach respectively his tours start.
You must also know, that you in the entry lane to the airport Florence lives. It didn't bother us, were during the day usually on the way and at night is no air traffic. We will be back, with family addition. read more

We had the hotel as 4 star hotel booked. This category it has by far not met. The outside area of the hotel is very nice (spacious, great view, olive trees and seats to stay a while, grills, 2 pools). The rooms are however very dark. Ours had only a small window ( no balcony, no terrace). The room decor was old and functional, so that one didn't stay longer than half an hour on day liked. Four stars may not be easy. Sure it is not that big a problem, if you the hotel exclusively as a starting point ... for excursions in tuscany and hardly is there and in the evening the hotelpark sits. To us as a couple with baby (6 months) it was however a catastrophe. We wanted extra a better hotel, since we have a baby not only in the area around wanted, but also even with the child a few hours in the hotel wanted to be. It was however not at all, as you in the room soon depression got. Especially in the evening, when we child not alone in the room wanted to and not in the park go wanted, it was absolutely prison-moderately (we sat in the dark stand, on folding chairs a small tv). On the two last days we had bad weather and then finally 1 day early left. In short: with baby absolutely not recommendable!
The breakfast was southern standards accordingly rather poor and careless. However you should consider when four stars expect a bit more must. read more

According to the us available the documents, this house a four-star hotel offers. With very favorable approach but it is maximum 2 stars. The outside area with the two pools is very pleasant, parking spaces there were plenty available. Our room - on the first floor of the building and only a steep, very narrow stairs to reach - was very small, so that our suitcase middle in the room place had. The furniture was poor, and very old. In the existing mini -tv were only Italian and french program to receive.
Thank god we have in the room almost ... only for sleeping anyway.
The cleanliness was nothing to complain.
The breakfast - again in another side building - what for German expectations more than adequate. On all days the same cheese and cooked ham, only cut through baguettes instead of bread and lukewarm coffee from a machine. read more

Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Acceptable audience. The relaxation. ' breakfast buffet' under all cannon. 2 weeks of the same cheese, same sausage and coffee ( or how the hot should) at the push of a button from the automat. Just awful. Drinks in the bar totally overpriced >> 1 beer 6,00 Euro, the same bottle at the nearby supermarket for 0.99 cent! read more

No way 4 stars luxury-apartments. What we found was rather shabby and almost delapidated. The furniture probably originates from a seventies years flea market. By the window attracts and it rains in. The whole thing was probably the worst, I have in my lifetime experienced. Absolutely not recommendable. read more

Admittedly, we were not optimal housing, it was still okay. Basic amenities, it was actually everything there, even if you want to self catering and only sometimes go out to eat. The restaurant on the premises of an external operator, where many locals eat. At the pools we were nearly alone during the day; quite a lot of traffic on the proximity to Florence, it didn't bother but not at all. Car: I would recommend it to all, in ten minutes you are at the train station in Lastra a signa (ticket machine), from there in 15 minutes by train ... in Florence. Distance about an hour to PISA, San Gimignano an hour, Siena to the sea is also half about an hour. The central location for excursions was brilliant! read more

Therefor, breakfast in Italy is not so much is announced, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and diversity. The hotel is located in a wonderful area. The location of the hotel is great, with the car it is three minutes to the airport. With the course one is in 15 minutes to the main train station in Florence. Costs-back 3.80 euro. Altogether one must the say it very nice excursions are very well over the bumpy highway or by the something nice the Tuscany on roads to reach.
The hotel is located in a very beautiful and secluded on a mountain. The food in the restaurant is very good (pizza was very large). The whole area is very clean and well maintained. We would definitely ... choose this hotel again on each and were very pleased and can only recommend this. read more

We were god only for a night in thanks to the villa Saulina booked, since we on a tour with the hotel change were. We were disappointed by the unkempt gardens, the camping place character of the accommodation, the Unproffessionalität at the bar (sticky tables, although there is no guests were there) and the excessive demands of the restaurant staff. Compared with other hotels in italy, the we visited Saulina have the Villa has one star to much. read more

The breakfast is a disgrace. Only breakfast is served on baked rolls, a sort cheese, a sort sausage. Little jam, coffee worse. Dry croissants. Cappuccino & eggs (scrambled eggs or boiled egg only against surcharge!) a boiled egg costs 2.50! Scrambled eggs cost 5.00 . Juices were from powder mixed. read more

We had an apartment mittkerer size, is still not renovated. But necessary,
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have felt us.
The excursion possibilities are large. There are beautiful towns such as PISA,
Florence on Aband , Siena and Voltare etc. can be easily reached. We had a

The hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside and conveniently located for trips to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena, etc. so you can the Tuscany to explore. Us particularly liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff and the cleanliness of the room and the whole area. The pool was well maintained and even big enough for a swim. Beach chairs were sufficiently available and folding chairs, so you not in the morning to six bath sheets had its interpretation ☺
Nevertheless, we would withdraw from a four stars, as the breakfast was under all ... crackerjacks! Even for Italian conditions of with the worst, the we have ever experienced. It is for this reason that we have abandoned, try the restaurant in the evening. From other guests we heard, however, by the evening it is just as bad as in the morning. tip: Lastra a signa is it in a great Coop. where one also very delicious warm dishes to go.
All in all, we can recommend the Villa Saulina absolutely, if you don't too much value on the breakfast. read more

Hotel is located in the toscani Chen landscape. Hotel service in the house perfect! The restaurant was probably a other operators run-unfortunately! The breakfast was rather bad and poor. The restaurant itself was also not and good. More shine than be. As you must be at work. The only ray of hope in the restaurant: the beach! The pizzas were really great! Otherwise but very, very friendly and helpful staff, which had contact in all languages. It was a very pleasant atmosphere in the house. The room were very clean, fresh towels every day. It was two large pools in ... the garden, the pool to cool you gladly used. A nice relaxing holiday all in all, we would love to repeat the. Very friendly and helpful staff. Due to train strike, staff was able to arrange transport to Florence and back very smoothly. Pool area nice. Need a car, nothing really in the neighborough area. Breakfast basic, dissappointment compared to level othervise. Relaxing place for a short stay, will gladly visit again!! All three rooms of our group were nice, appreciated the aircondition (outside +34 degrees)! read more

I was for a week in the villa Saulina and it was really very beautiful. it was quiet, the service staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was right outside the door and the room was very, very beautiful.
I would have expected for the cheap price not, but the room was large, it was air-conditioned, everything was very clean and the bathroom was the most modern standard.
The staff at the reception and in the restaurant always tried has to solve all the problems and to answer my questions.
I can actually nothing negative to say about the ... Villa Saulina. The breakfast was something only meager, but the name 'continental breakfast' can you expect also not more.
I can only further recommend the Villa Saulina. read more
