We really liked the hotel. The location on the mountain is excellent. From the restaurant one has a great view over the area. The rooms were very clean. The staff were always friendly. The Kneipp -offer ( Gymnastics amongst others) with qualified Übungsleiterinnen offered. read more

we were from 5-8-2012 bis12. 8.2012 on the Audi-bkk to gesundheitswoche in the kneipp hotel. I have to say: the complete staff has not only their work. No-they were there at heart. The hotel you can really recommend it. The diversity the food is good (vegetarian). The staff are friendly and helpful. Completely: everything was fine. read more

    The double rooms are very spacious - even for the suitcase there is a space that didn't bother us. A corridor can one the bathroom or bedroom entering. A small seating area and a desk round everything from. Furthermore the furniture bright and friendly. The hotel itself is recommendable and descriptions meeting also to. However we had bad luck with the room. Although we a quiet room wanted, we got room 126 directly on the engine room. The whole night you heard subliminal pumps and E -motors run, so that the sleeping quaity gotten was accordingly. At the front desk we had unfortunately no plugs, promised us however, that we might the room able to change. Which then apparently but did not work in the pay we were then 'gracefully' 10 euros adopt instruction, the room rates already quite low. We found it a ... shame, that such rooms are be awarded, as long as the hotel is not full. Our recommendation: Backup bring earplugs! read more

All Kneipp -treatments are in the house possible, also Gymnastics, water aerobics, Yoga, swimming and so on Naturally also run hikes and excursions. Recommendable the Kneipp-packages.     Bad lauterberg is worth a visit. the hotel lies on a mountain. however also good on foot from the city center to reach. in the city center bad lauterberg you have everything. Good coffee. possibilities for excursions, Wernigerode, Quedlingburg , Goslar, Bad Harzburg and the famous Brocken not to be forgotten.

In the hotel Heikenberg I would go again and again. It is an older hotel but there everything was included, (sauna, swimming pool, wellness area) must pay extra to the other hotels. read more

As club for Kneipp our water aerobics on a beautiful large warm pool, Kneippgüsse, hiking and vital food and when Mr and Mrs C. and team the best experience. Mr H. is a competent contact point for hikes in the area and the shuttle to their motivations. The pool was reserved for us, other contribute to, the yoga path is well signposted and scenic. And the food-hmm, a real treat! All staff made every effort, the guest to anticipate every wish to achieve. We'll be back for sure! read more

The hotel is Kneipkurreisen in order. All-inclusive rates you should not book, since the offered services were not or only after the complaints to the manager of the hotel provided. Promises of the hotel owner's mismanagment are not complied with or not provided by the staff. The room was in the week of our stay not cleaned, only the bathroom. Sunday is no room service, without which it is informed of the Gäüsten. The catering services and the taste of the food are really good. The main problem of the hotel is the guidance of staff by the management. The ... friendliness of the staff was cannot fail to mention. read more
