Really a very nice hotel with great trained staff, the fulfilled every wish and a pampered, like for instance refreshment towels, sunglasses-plaster service and fruchtspiesschen by the pool. Very recommendable gold club, from 15 to 17 o'clock coffee and pastry,18-20 hours apèro with appetizers, wi-fi included! Are definitely go back! read more

Thousand and one night, perfection from the front desk to the housekeeping and the staff in the restaurants. So much warm friendliness brought us every day to be amazed. Wonderful hotel, wonderful garden area with a pool, beach very clean, however no view of the free sea, but on the palm and construction cranes, staff are very friendly, however partly service at the pool not very attentive. Excellent food in all restaurants. Atmosphere calm and pleasant, hardly any children, no animation or similar definitely recommendable. read more

One & only Royal Mirage belongs together with the hotels of the Madinat Jumeira ( and, of course, the Bodilles Kro) among the best hotels in Dubai. Especially is the location directly at the beach an indispensable advantage, especially if you in the summer months travels. The service and the furnishings beach chairs on the, what you from a normal five star hotel expected. Something disturbing is the front of the beach piles of palm Iceland; in this respect, the Al qasr but beautiful. At night however, when the lights of the building burn, the view was impressive. Particularly worthy ... of mention are the excellent restaurants the hotel, in respect of service, facilities and quality of the dishes together compete. The hotel lies nestled in a dreamlike garden with good chilled pool ( yes, in Dubai is such a thing) with attentive service in all areas. Wether drinks or glasses cleaning by the pool, as well as in the room and above all in the restaurants: the chair is adjusted, the napkin, while buffet is addressed, drinks refilled, you can just relaxation. The location is for a beach/shopping vacation ideal. With the taxi one is about 25 minutes in the direct center from Dubai, whereby the next mall only 8 minutes away. And since taxi in Dubai is quite favorable ..., the a very good nature of the area to explore. Where a in the summer months due to the temperatures anyway not really something else left. All together, it was definitely not the last time Dubai: everybody was extremely friendly (also outside of the hotel), unobtrusive ( apart from the dubious vendors the gold Souk) and everything very clean. Great hotel with great service, very good range ( altogether 9 restaurants on the complex) and really perfect room. Also by the pool more than sufficient loungers available and a wonderful ambience included sunglasses cleaning service (!). The pool is being renovated ( June 2012) for the next time to be ready. read more

We stayed at the January 2012 (2 women) and can recommend this hotel (mirage hotel) of the cleanliness, friendliness, kitchen, service, really only recommend. We were now already for the third time in this hotel and had to find, that the service has declined. Especially in the restaurants and at the room service/cleaning, this is the case. At the breakfast you would have about 20 minutes wait on the Cappucino, ravens steal a the food from the plates and the staff looks and laughs. In the restaurant one partly down from above and the wine is not refilled. This must happen in a hotel of this category. Furthermore, we had in our room daily furniture scrap from the second foot stool on the trash ... can in the room and a table on the balcony we had the whole week! Otherwise, the hotel is still nice, it has a good location and the rooms are good. read more

A great hotel for a short holiday. You are pampered in all areas. Even in the small fitness room will you personally cared for and with damp face towels and refreshing drinks. On the beach and by the pool constantly cold water and occasionally Früchtespiesschen are served. The wide breakfast was eaten in celebration, it was much quieter and more relaxing than in the olive. A luxury hotel with a very long ways, for a short time in the room is not. In previous years we were in other top hotels in Dubai jumeirah beach and the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi put, so that we can review under comparison aspects. The one & only royal mirage (the palace) is an absolute top class hotel. Top-well-kept, large and spacious area, with a lot of green, nestled in the middle of a palm area, the even within the very ... large and visually beautiful pool landscape is integrated. Particularly to emphasize must have the following characteristics: Top-well-kept and visually attractive spacious facility -Top service by and always friendly staff. -Here you can feel the years of experience at this hotel in top-level level (very professional work of the staff at all levels) Friendliness didn't seem artificial and fake, but is authentic -International food and quality at a very high level (half-board-restaurant olives 'very recommendable); certainly something for Every taste Very spacious facility, and the adjoining part of complex (residence & SPA and Arabia court) can be fully used. Possibility to visit the newest Hotel one & only the palm in Dubai ', by free boat shuttle. We used and combined with a restaurant reservation. We were very pleased with this new hotel and its luxurious facilities, but it currently in service and food/quality behind the one & only royal mirage 'the palace'. Our result to the one & only royal mirage palace 'the: Absolute luxury great hotel, for the price-performance ratio and which is one of the top 5 hotels include the UAE. the first hotel, where you are not looking for intensive can complain. We have not looked for, but enjoyed our stay. Everything is new, the room was very large, you didn't hear anything from the air conditioner, new towels every day, the food was perfect-definitely in the Moroccan restaurant-and the service is great (free water at the pool, sunglasses will be cleaned.). At this time of year unfortunately we could not into the sea (it is, one would like a bath scale) and in the evening we could sit outside in the beach (still too hot). There is free ... shuttle to the malls. Located off the beaten path outletmall the rather not worth. If you're just days 2-3 in Dubai and the tallest building would, definitely book when we arrived. I can only agree with the previous speakers. This hotel is really a dream. Here the price/performance ratio! but that really great at this hotel next to the atmosphere and the furnishings are simply the staff. Their friendly and obliging nature is really not be beat and in every moment seemed genuine and not fake! The hotel is absolutely recommendable.
