The hotel is very centrally located to all public transportation (train /bus etc.) As well as in the immediate area to the sights.
The service and the general hotel's atmosphere really impressed us, with a
Complaint (air ventilation in the bathroom did not work) was friendly and solution-oriented way.
The check in- or check-out was fast and very friendly. Thanks to the 'nice men' at the front desk!
To point out would be also the breakfast, very diverse and just delicious...

The hotel is still quite new (probably 2009 opened) and makes a tidy impression.
The average age was mixed, as well as the guest structure. You heard mainly german, but also english in the guests.
In the case of our reservation breakfast was inclusive, otherwise costs the breakfast separately probably 16,50 Euro (to see more below).

Friendly welcome, nice quiet room despite near train station, a few steps away to the train station, by bus one is fast in the center. Breakfast with great panorama very good. Wellness area clean and peaceful. read more

The hotel was 2008 built and that is it also. Means: modern, but not overly modern (in my opinion perfect), nothing worn, the hotel is in very good condition. Our room was although not very big, but very clean and with the utmost good furnished. In the bathroom was a huge shower with glass wall.
On the 6th floor there was breakfast with very nice view of the castle and the station.
On the whole in my opinion an excellent hotel, we felt at ease and would fly immediately again there nächtigen. To be recommended
The only problem: the wellness ... area is very small. The relaxation room has only 6 lounge chairs (one of them was broken), divided into two areas. That means, that only 2 paare at the same time, the relaxation room use. For such a large hotel clearly too few. read more

So 4 star hotel and then not even minibar, soap/shower cap/toothpaste (as i sometimes even from three stars hotels am)? Instead of soap or shower stuff we had shampoo in the bathroom-after asking the maid service was only a 'we have at the moment any'. But i the view of their car clearly the opposite proved.
Hotel itself very nice, room clean and reasonable. For austrian standards relatively small room
Air conditioning was not really working-it was too was in the rooms, we had the december the window open.
The internet is also a catastrophe. Overthrows constantly and unfortunately i ... only at the end of 2. day noticed, that it is appropriate a 2. wi-fi key (a per device) to ask, since otherwise the internet per device blocked and logs on the a, it is still for the next x minutes blocked and one can go with the other device not purely. Also has unfortunately nobody referred \u263a
Sauna and wellness area is rather for guests from 50 +.

Overall the hotel makes a good impression. The rooms are modern and chic furnished. Unfortunately we were from the cleanliness in the room not at all enthusiastic. In bed we found hair and other stains. (left of course immediately the ceiling change.) On the floor were dog hairs particularly disgusting are not for their individual kennel.
The bathroom was clean and the large shower is great.
The staff are polite but not helpful for the guests. At the front desk was at check in as well as no word with us changed. There was no information on the floor ... in which we live, still where the breakfast room is.
The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Fresh fruits would be instead of dosenobstes have been better, but that is not so bad.
The location directly at the main station, to transport links nothing to be desired. The only downside is that the area around the hotel not really nice. For food to go or a bar to must visit you always with the bus into town go.
We arrived by car and were able to leave our car directly below the hotel in the underground garage guest parking. The costs 8 Euro per day.
For a short city break absolutely okay. But they need more on the cleanliness 8. read more

We were in the Ramada for the 2. time Salzburg - and we enjoyed it once again. The breakfast buffet is in our opinion alright. It would have been nice but, when it for breakfast maybe a bit less sausage and fish or camembert would give. read more

The hotel with 120 rooms in 4 floors works clean and tidy. It is only a small bar in the lobby and on the 6. floor a breakfast room with large windows, a good view of the area allow. Unfortunately dirty the many pigeons the windows.
It is a typical business hotel. For our taste too cold, uncomfortable and without atmosphere. Especially at christmas time we would have expected a little more. It gave no christmas atmosphere. On the tables in the restaurant stood for example a small vases with an artificial gerbera. The you had only with some very ... few ' engelshaaren' decorated. In the rooms on lot completely skipped it. We were up to the 1st holiday there! read more

Ramada-Hotel Salzburg city is very centrally located directly at the main station. Still quiet. Breakfast was inclusive. It is a standard buffet breakfast. Very good: the large selection of drinks, for example tea, coffee, Cappuccino, late, chocolate.

It disturbed me, the spa/fitness area (at least in the week) only 18:00 until 22:00 o'clock was open. Was everywhere else! Breakfast good and rich. Front desk fast and friendly. read more

Very beautiful hotel at the main station, from here drive all couple minutes away in every direction, easy without a car everywhere back. The rooms are clean, not very big, but we were anyway the whole day on the way.
The staff are very friendly. Very good breakfast there are on the 6th floor with a wonderful view on the town and the hohensalzburg fortress, on request there are also freshmade egg dishes and omelets.
Parking is in the underground garage, from direct to the hotel comes, to 8€ per day.
Wifi is in the entire hotel free of charge ... available.
In spite of the train station the rooms are quiet.
Even if you on foot on the way, you can easily in the historic part walking, if you more to see would like is it a day ticket for the public transport to buy and crisscrossed from one end of the city at the other to drive.
We had a coupon for cash and had for a while difficulties, since no deadline for coupons available were, but it has worked, therefore the hotel we can definitely recommendable and will gladly come again. read more
