The hotel is a all inclusive-complex approximately 18 kilometers outside of marrakech! There are 4 pools and the large slides complex with over 30 slides for all age groups. The majority of the guests are french, English and locals. German here were rather rare. The hygiene is not German standard, but absolutely okay. read more

    The rooms are for such complex rather small limited. The furnishing is but ok. A tv with lots of German channels (after searchtuning ), as well as air conditioning, fridge and safe are available. We had a terrace room with a view of a wall. But it was quiet here and evenings somewhat cooler. The furniture seems already getting old. The conservation and maintenance state is not so great, but overall ok.

    There are several restaurants and bars with different opening times. Should actually something there for every taste his. The dinner is mostly outstanding, even the desserts! Somewhat difficult the breakfast was, for the German taste a bit monotonous. But with fresh omelet (from 8:00 A. M.) and fresh crêpes good start into the day. Afternoons and evenings there were always typical country dishes, which we appreciated a lot.

    The service is the large weak point of the hotel. The staff are in parts very hard, but for a five star hotel in my opinion not enough. By the pool you will not be served, either with drinks, yet with chairs-service. The staff speaks continuous french, most also English. The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned every day. It would have however be cleaner. Especially a rather disgusting carpet between the beds was a bit of a nuisance and the cleaning could have been better to be made. At least after a complaint the shower head replaced, the very unsteady showering head mounting plate was ignored.

    There are 4 pools, a quiet pool, a animation pool, a shallow pool and another. There is, of course, the big slide park available. Many slides are with gummiringen or even only by 2. struggle to use. The cleanliness by the pool was ok, glasses etc. But partly eternally around, until they cleared away. In the lobby there are free wi-fi.

    The hotel is about 18 kilometer away from marrakesh, just as far as it is to the airport. It by the tour operators many excursions offered. A shuttle bus runs twice daily into town ( at la koutubia ). On request you can also with the Carrefour drop will. Just before the driver to speak with you! For free shuttle bus one before at the front desk log in.

    Breakfast so, we only 2 used, lunch either in the restaurant or food court where it hamburgers with fries, panini or pizza gave, the afternoon even crepes and cakes and ice, dinner in 3 restaurants the together vebunden are, asian, native and european, to pasta and pizza freshly prepared to desire of the guest, it was water, soft drinks, wine and beer, quality and selection were mostly good, atmosphere was pleasant, we mostly sat in the open, cocktails were at every bar and in every different mixed, brand drinks at alcohol and soft drinks Criticism: that one bathing shoe and flip flops for dinner be awarded and the beverages yourself must is three stars standard, not 4

    Entire staff were always friendly and helpful, spoken french and English, Mohamed from the animation team also speaks German and yasser from the restaurant somewhat German, came with my mixed English well, cleaning of the rooms was mediocre as helped also no tip, had diarrhea and got the nurse free immodium which have helped,

    We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer, children's disco by lots of children use it, evening entertainment is rather boring but you can great sit outside with or without live music, free internet access, loungers somewhat delapidated but the cushions are comfortable, different pools and above all very great water slides, there are enough chairs and sun screens available

Very beautiful hotel complex. We had a bungalow the very clean was and with a view of a pool. The area is very extensive with numerous pools and many slides. Food choice is very good. A full range of Kid's Programs. For families with children very recommendable. read more

Beautiful hotel complex circa 20 kilometer south of Marrakech On families with children aligned If you're looking for peace and quiet room in the Eastern part the complex give Since we tip given we were for the food always preferential treatment Bungalows are very badly soundproofed Our room on the ground floor was about the terrace, meadow, small circular route directly at spaces for sunbeds and one of pools Meal became fast boring, since it was often the same dishes at the buffet were Also the grill was the choice very poor All inclusive drinks at the bars were depending ... on waiter totally different-from excellent to Yuck The first days the hotel was cIRCA to 30% occupied, but was then quickly less-was beautifully because of the peace but it shows the eat buffets -the small Marrakech is however always worth a trip - and the price justifies the 20 kilometer drive. read more

First time to Morroco and such a great time. As soon as we arrived a member of staff greeted with a smile and couldnt be more helpful. This continued for all our time at the hotel. Entertainment staff were brilliant. Full of energy and enthuasisum for our full stay to make it fun and enjoyable. There was always things to do or chill out if you wanted. The hotel was very clean and the views of the mountains were spectacular. The water park was unbelivable with no queues and friendly staff. There was a huge selection of different food types ... to suit everyones needs including special dietry requirements. The waiter/ess were so helpful and would bring drinks over to you when you glass was empty. Nothing was ever too much for any staff and certianly would come back to this hotel and Morroco. This certainly would recieve 10/10. Thank you! read more

We stayed in the hotel for a week. we took part in many actvities such as camel riding, quad biking and the evening tour around Marrakech with Mohamed. All the staff were very friendly, all the food was very nice at the hotel. The hotel is very good for all ages. As we went in march the weather was still fantastic. We all really enjoyed are time here and will definatly visit again. it was a very nice 5 star hotel. read more

My sister and I were made to feel very welcome. The staff were all helpful and friendly, offering advice about how to visit the city safely. There were plenty of activities available, organised by the animation team, who were good fun and very approachable. The food is good and plentiful, with a wide variation on offer. I would recommend this to couples, families and friends. read more

didnt know what to expect but this holiday went far and beyond all expectations. The food, drinks ans entertainment was constant and fulfilled what i expect from a holidqy if not more. Set close enough to the main city of Marakesh for day trips and yet far enough to enjoy mountqin views. Highly recommended to all for a balanced level of fun qnd relaxation in one enjoyable package! came away with two girlfriends, straight away we felt very welcomed by the hotel staff and received a lovely coktail upon our arrival. our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was next to the pool. on the first day mohammed from the animation team held a welcome meeting and gave us some very helpful information and some history of marrakech. we booked a,arrakech by night tour with mohammed and I would recommend it to everyone, we left the hotel at 8.30 and headed into marrkech which is only 20 minutes away. we walked around the ... town, mosque and sooks, mohammed was an excellent tour guide and provided lots of history and interesting information. we bought some lovely items in the sook at a great price. the hotel itself is beautiful, the animation team were fantastic, they did salsa lessons, bingo, darts; yoga and much more. they were there for our every need and made our holiday. the hotels waterpark really adds some extra fun and is great entertainment for children. all in all i would highly reccomend this hotel. we will be back soon read more

We have just returned from a 5day stay at Aqua fun club and i cannot write good enough things about this hotel! the location is perfect for exploring marrakech but the main thing we loved the most is how hard all the staff work to make it such a clean, friendly & beautiful hotel! The annimation team which include mohamaed & housni work round the clock to make everyone feel welcome and your holiday fun! Marrakech at night is a must for all visitors because it makes visiting the slightly daunting place fun and interesting for everyone! All in all ... i honestly cannot stress enough to everyone thinking of coming here please do not hesitate.you will not regret it!!! read more

Ths holiday was fantastic value for money. A new and developing hotel they are really trying to deliver excellence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are spotlessly clean and the food is well presented and offers a good Variety of taste. Drinks are available on tap and give choice for alchoholic or non alcoholic drinkers alike. The pool areas are well presented and the flumes offer good fun and variety for the more daring amongst us. The grouns are being developed and landscaped to a plesing standard. A friend and I came to the hotel for a week long girls holiday and we couldnt have had a better time. The annimation team couldnt have done more to make our stay more enjoyable, from Arabic lessons to tagine cooking lessons, belly dancing and nights out on the town. The hotel is gorgeous as is the surrounding area. 5 stars it most definitely is and we love the annimation team!!!!! Go to this hotel if you want a fun and relaxing holiday. read more

Great complex! Aqua park great slides! The complex is just great, you can only recommend! An excellent hotel, although further from the city than first thought although there is a twice daily free shuttle bus service. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. There was always a friendly helpful member of staff to sought out any problems. The food was varied and plentiful but could have been hotter. The room was comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis with a change of towelling when required.
