Hotel Rendezvous Observation City^{(4 stars)}

we had two different rooms: one was in poor condition, broken furniture and greasy armchair. The second was very good condition. The bathroom are still in the fantastically condition of 1986.

Two out of three restaurants made before years close, it is only a buffetRestaurant, which was not really a 4 *-hotel in fit. The bar looks more or exactly like 1986!

the staff are majority friendly and helpful.

the pool is very small, there are only about 20 beach chairs and some tables with chairs. The complex is really nice, in the high season but usually crowded and noisy.

Since the hotel opened in 1986 we have fifteen times for 2-3 weeks in this hotel stayed. Especially therefore, because it the only hotel in the Perth (or even in Western Australia!) is, which direct access to the beach has. The best Times, when this hotel chains like Radisson run, are for years and the house is today quite run down.

the hotel lies although 15 minutes from town center away, offers a fantastic view. The sandy beach is white, clean and wide, the Indian ocean and is usually high waves very clean. Shade is however bring your own.
