Very nice hotel. I can't manage to find anything to complain about. We were feeling very welcomed, respected. The room was very clean , staff people were very nice and we ate a wonderful meal at the restaurant after spending a nice moment in the hotpot. read more

Just always again worth a trip! Highly recommend is in the winter a fondue in the igloo. You can also in the igloo stay. Very friendly staff! Correctly emmental, stop! We will definitely come back! :-) read more

The igloo-night was a great experience. The fondue in the own igloo -restaurant was brilliant. The waiters were all very nice and accommodating. For the night there were wärmeflaschen. Half an hour sauna/steam bath, as well as a 1/2 in the jacuzzi were also included. Unfortunately was the jacuzzi not hot, but cold. But it was just a question of cared. For us it was unfortunately too late. But overall it is certainly recommendable. Was a real winter! read more

Great wonderful experience, good atmosphere, everything was just right! The main restaurant is also great, nice 'homey'. The bar with the integrated einkaufslädeli is au great. Modern and nevertheless comfortable and store one can local treats shopping and at home enjoy! Recommendable! read more

We are about advertising train to this hotel old. For our objective, short and get our strenght back for the next months to refuel, was the offer brilliant. We used in the three days twice the sauna, the modern steam shower and hotpott. (wood angefeuerter warmwasserbottich under open sky with romantic starry sky (well, the, the sympathetic landlords cannot guarantee). The fondue in secure igloo (with places to stay in the ice cream) was good and the mood under the various guests at the reserved tables funny and uncomplicated. The connection to the public transport and the integrated system of ... transport Bern (!) Is brilliant. You can Bern in a cozy drive directly to this beautiful cul-de-sac travel. The walks to the two beautiful sunny days in the snow in the really beautiful landscape so nice, that we definitely will come back! Furthermore, the german boss de service brilliant attentive and us after the first food in the area of similar thinking set to eat. We felt immediately well maintained, both with the older couple from of the city Bern as well as with the contemporaries couples from baden. Nice, that there is so much attention there. Great value for money! Luxury combined with romantic charm and emmentaler tradition. The gastronomy is the absolute highlight! Attention and friendliness of all of the staff herovorragend. The host mr I. worries personally about the requests of the guests! If a guest for the food limited is (lactose intolerance, vegetarians etc.) This is taken into account and from the kitchen implemented consistently! Here the guest is a king:-) later check out without an extra charge made possible! The single room was very small, the armchair in the room a bit worn-out. It was room extremely clean and tidy. ... For non-smokers the ideal hotel for relaxing, enjoyment, spoil, -well-feel.     We had a multi-bed room (8) and 2 double rooms. The shared rooms: 4 times bunk beds is extremely small and cramped. The beds are available in front of the windows, to to open the beds sharp will, so there was hardly room to move around. A narrow wooden bench on the wall is the only seating possibility and for clothes, backpack etc. Is nowhere capacity, no hangers, no shelf space for the guests the upper beds. Beds are comfortable and bed sheets very pleasant. The room has no key, valuables must constantly be taken and at night you feel unsafe. Sanitary installations: 2 rooms( in the basement) with a shower, sink and toilet to complete is good, only if 2 persons showers are the toilets manned. Directly in front of the showers are 2 urinal, only with a lateral rack separated, unpleasant for users and other persons. The floor in the shower is dangerous, since there was no floor mats or similar, and if some showered everything is wet and very unhygienic. The area jacuzzi, sauna and general shower is small, narrow and for sauna guests too few privacy. Double room: there are only narrow beds and are rather suitable for couples. Rooms are very small however well equipped. Nice is the bettmümpfeli on the pillow ( meringue ).

    The reservation there was misunderstanding through various information of the staff. So we had to in addition to the multi-bed rooms, 2 more expensive book double room. The reservation of the hotpots did not and so we had to leave for later appointment waiting. Check-in and check-out ran norrmal but not so friendly or welcoming.

Very warm and helpful staff, a very spacious, cozy room with all the necessary amenities ( included large bathroom and NESPRESSO -machine.) and a excellent dinner ( of course with the specialty of the house 'kemmeriboden Meringue ' as a conclusion) made our stay again a extraordinary experience. read more

We had a suite with a wellness room in our 5-year old daughter free on a massive bed durfe sleep. The bathtub had one great lighting. The food was simply great, the location uniquely, the trip really great. We will be back. read more
