The hotel is beautiful, service was impeccable and friendly, room was comfortable, house keeping was efficient, meals (half board) were superb, reception and consierge were always helpful and efficient. To sum it up it was all just perfect. read more

This was my third trip to St Moritz staying at the Kulm Hotel and this hotel is as close as perfection one can get. The food (dinner is AMAZING, especially the dessert buffet we got one of the evenings), the rooms, the service, the location, the bar and the general ambience. Small touches of extravagance and details such as "television-paintings" (making you very confused when you swear the man in the painting was blinking or the rose petal falling down from the floral boquet) makes it so truly unique that I have a hard time making justice for. The new spa area with a big indoor pool, the new outdoor pool (outside in the pool in the jacuzzi beach chairs and on the frozen lake and snow-covered mountains - simply magnificent), the separate children's area with its own pool, the new sauna area and the newly designed treatment area-simply grandios, as regular customer of many years i am really amazed this enlarged offer! The kulm was previously on top-level (the personal service, staff fulfilled every wish, the excellent child services ), is however thanks to the new spa, but also thanks to small details of the directorate like ... for instance new willkommenskarte with mountain panorama (and the corresponding names of mountains) again become better. I don't know, what it even better would be! I am already looking forward to my next stay:-) read more

Great hotel the absolute top class. Very friendly staff, whether porter, front desk, in the restaurant. The various restaurants offer a rich and different offers on the menu.     Rooms are beautiful, excellent size to feel comfortable. The furnishings very well-kept, pleasant and harmonically. The bathroom fantastic size and refined looks. The balconies are unfortunately a bit too small and cramped, for since longer down and in the fantastic mountain world view.

    Very friendly and in any case helpful staff! Fantastic service, with wishes this immediately immediately, fast and perfectly implemented. Room service was very good, the room was always clean and for the time of day perfectly prepared.

    Very accommodating I found the direct question access to the internet and immediate presentation of the code! The wellness area is from the atmosphere somewhat very discreet, sober and pragmatic. Here was missing pleasant organization for the eye and the senses. Of course, the view of lake and mountains beautiful. Unfortunately was the spa area because of construction not fully usable, which we a great shame and absent found.

    A good starting point, in st. Moritz to feel comfortable. The way to the lake down not a problem, but the climb through the village could a bit cumbersome his. But one has this amount a fantastic vision over the lake and the mountains. The paths are altogether a bit far for the excursions. Just a course is nearby for the trip in the mountains.

In the hotel Kulm is the guests fulfilled every wish. The very friendly and helpful staff I was intrigued. As each guest by the director personally greeted and after the well-being asked. The golf course Kulm is recommendable and for short game suitable. The 9- Lochanlage you can well in 1,5 hours and the great atmosphere ensures that an exciting game. Cool it was! read more

It was a great weekend in kulm in St. Moritz. Fantastic location, great care in the hotel itself, friendly staff. Gladly come again after St. Moritz. The hotel complex we can in any case highly recommend. read more

More modern, accurate interior fittings, somewhat special and not ' just decor and atmosphere as früher' would be welcome. A contrast to the traditional, the rather old and dusty effective decor would be a genuine enriching. Whereas is the friendliness and Hilfsbetreitschaft all employees in the hotel hard to beat and really to praise. Thanks. read more

We visit the hotel every year. Our expectations are met and the children always come with, since the staff at the hotel a heart for children has. Nevertheless fall the children in the hotel not on and didn't disturb. A real, traditional and nevertheless modern five star hotel at best location in the beautiful landscape of the Switzerland. The belonging to the hotel golf course is a real plus. The staff at the hotel is warm, without being pushy. read more
