Grand Hotel National^{(5 stars)}

perfect! Wonderful, with love and detail, really clean! very large bedroom with a sofa and secretary, 2 small balconies, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separately toilet, entrance... Heaven on earth! furthermore was a Nespresso machine available, there was a ' Bettmümpfeli ' and the beds were evenings ready made-we have this stay absolutely enjoyed!

The supper as also the breakfast in the room enjoyed. Supper tasted phenomenal, service prompt and very friendly. the only negative am whole stay was the breakfast; very expensive and not more than enough. Yoghurt with fruit was a normal Strawberry-flavored yoghurt in the glass-I fresh fruit we could have hoped for!

Service at the front desk faultless, friendly welcome, welcome drink and Kurzführung by the large hotel. One speicht several languages. room service perfect, friendly and very punctual ( breakfast was exactly on the dot!). Extra wishes fulfilled, Tipps for going out and tips for excursions receives one at the front desk.

wellness area in other words pool was clean, but very Spartan and not after our taste. The fitnesspark we didn't used, because we are not 'external' SpA wanted.

the hotel is wonderful, very stylish and tastefully decorated. Who on ostentation is, feel touristing! Cleanliness on the whole House immaculate, despite rain was ground regularly swept so that no danger of slipping. guests Clientele well mixed, age as nationalities. we had an overnight stay in the junior suite, breakfast was in spite of the proud room stay not for everyone.

Hotel is directly on the lake, wonderful view of the balconies/rooms. Options for shopping in 5 minutes on the lake along reachable, countless sights expect a in Lucerne.
