This hotel has his earned five stars! The rooms, the service, the pool area and particularly the beach are top class. Beginning October it was pleasantly quiet and the weather perfect at 28 to 30 degrees, therefore not too hot. Should be emphasized the exceptionally extensive buffet the top class! Thank you very much also at Sinan, one of the entertainers (the altogether very unobtrusive -strong praise!) , it was a great tischtennisgegner! We would come back any time here have a vacation! read more

Unfortunately is the hotel with little reservations for seminary / Workshops of large companies use-what 'bathing' very uncomfortable. All of the staff are incompetent, inexperienced and very often overburdened. The maintenance personnel is the whole day gelangweilig and worries if at all only chosen guests - if at all. As soon as the restaurant to meal times overfilled, creates a chaos - Orders will be wrong or not at all-on demand one unfriendly treated. read more

Our diesjähriger summer vacation was dreamlike. We were already 4 times in Bodrum in other hotels been, this hotel deserves respect. Children's entertainment was very good and also all other team members. The sea was just amazing, cleanliness perfect. For questions respectively Distress Calls other art, immediate remedy. No wonder that only noble audience wrong. Especially French and many locals even in the villas area many personalities. Look forward to next year... read more

We have already lots of hotels seen, but the Hilton in Bodrum heard clearly among the best if not the best!
The rooms are big and nice furnished, all rooms have sea view. The bathroom with super shower and very clean.
The restaurant very clean and very pleasant, you can for every meal time on the beautiful terrace food. For children there is also private area.
The food was very tasty and very varied, there is something for everyone, whether vegetarian, diabetic or lovers as well as omnivores. The desserts are also World class!
The area is wonderful, maintained and ... very clean, with a private beach just for hotel guests, huge pools and 6 slides for children.
The animation is not obtrusive nor annoying, but very nice. The animation manager Sinan is a very nice and likeable type, the very good Mood spreads.
As small luxuskritik: the hotel is small little confusing and you had long path.
In short: if we this hotel for this price once again catch, we will definitely again as a guest there hawk. read more

The hotel is very in superficialities carefully. On the first glance everything made a beautiful impression.
Food and also the location of the restaurant are very pleasant. Unfortunately come some details in this hotel a bit too short.
In the room the floor wasn't vacuumed. In the corners and under furniture was apparently not at all cleaned. Some rooms are regarding your prospect almost unacceptable. ( view on a ugly Gebäuderückwand )
Also the cleanliness from beach-/ pool beach chairs, as well as the Restaurantstühlen in the outdoor area is' disgusting '. The hotel get apparently the bird poo not ... in the handle.
To the food times, the hard-working and friendly serving staff unfortunately totally overwhelmed.
The hotel is very isolated and only on unclassified streets to reach. read more

Absolutely brilliant holiday one of our best ever. Lovely well appointed hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We had to change rooms when we arrived as we needed a king sized bed and sofa bed (which is a two seater sofa really not a bed) instead of a twin and sofa. They were fine about this - okay we forfeited a decent view but the sleeping arrangements were more important to us.
The food was excellent - smoked salmon, beef stroganoff, king prawns, fresh bream, smoked chicken, squid, some odd soups mind but that to me is what foreign food should ... be all about trying different things; if you want chips and ketchup best go to Spain.
Pools were great and never wanted for a sunbed even when we were late the staff would get us some. None of this 7am dawn towel bombing raids lark. Slippy around the pools though. Saw a number of people badly injured, could do with some sort of non slip surface down before the hotel get sued.
Great all inclusive package, none of this stingy two drinks or midnight close. U. a star barman - making non alcoholic cocktails for the kids. As soon as my glass was placed down empty I was offered a refill hic! Didn't bother with a la carte restaurants - why bother when main restaurant is so good?
Read the hotel guide so understood what was and was not covered by the all inc package, it's not rocket science really it isn't.
Had a wonderful holiday and met some lovely people there too. Shame about some of the rude non British guests. Can't queue to save their lives and am afraid to say I lost my rag with them a couple of times. Over indulged and over fed kids were the worse, doesn't bode well for the future.
Room cleaned daily as long as you remember to press the green 'clean my room' switch by bedside.
Never had a language problem with any of the staff, guess if their English is not so great you could always try talking to them in Turkish?
Mega bargain holiday to via Thomas Cook, half the price of same holiday with First Choice.
Entertainment far better than usual with professional artists coming in rather than in house team, my 3 year old daughter Zoë and wife loved it. read more

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, as we had read several bad reviews beforehand. We were at the Bodrum Princess at the beginning of October. During this time there is often an unpleasant wind. Therefore it was no longer as hot as in the summer and the hotel was half empty. (very pleasant for us) Some waiters were not very motivated, but the restaurant is so large, that you can choose a waiter and do not have to rely on a certain one. The foreign language skills were partly quite limited, but the waiters were friendly, welcoming and ... extremely child-friendly. We would go back any time. read more

We found the price-performance ratio to be very good. What was to be criticised: Bad cleanliness of the glasses, completely undrinkable cocktails, some waiters were not attentive, and rather disinterested in the guest, the coffee is a disaster! Very good: The beautiful bay, the food quality is good, does not perhaps agree with five stars, but the selection was large enough and mostly tasty. Those waiters who were not disinterested, we enjoyed a lot, Wi-Fi in the bar (not, like it said in the catalogue, in the room), the excursions were cheap and well organised.Overall, we can recommend the ... hotel. Very nice bay, in the summer maybe too crowded. At our time of stay, in the autumn, it was beautiful.

The hotel is highly recommended. The entire package (all-inclusive) exceeded all expectations. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The selection and the quality of the food and drinks were excellent. Beach chairs and beach towels at the beach and at the pool are plentiful. The evening entertainment - every two days with live bands - we also liked. read more

The hotel is not worth a five-star value, in our opinion! Room and bathroom were dirty, balcony/terrace with a sea view?? Two chairs and no table, but lots of ants!
The sea view that we had booked was non-existent. The food was always cold, except in the à-la-carte restaurants where the service was friendly. There was no beach, only a lagoon, which for so many guests was much too small. The hotel is invaded with Russians who have no manners and behaviour!! read more

The hotel has many positive sides, in comparison to the hotels we have visited in Turkey in the past (spacious rooms, very nice view, a sufficient number of loungers even without!! any reservation at the beach and pool, nicely mixed crowd, no overexcessive music, frequent live music).
Unfortunately the gastronomy area was clearly below the expectations for a 4- or 5-star hotel: the quality of the food is only achieved in the a-la-carte restaurants. The service staff makes an untrained impression - despite a communication in Turkish, only 40% of all wishes/orders are correctly carried out. Dishes are not cleared ... away after the guests leave, only after a request and are then only incompletely reset.
To be fair it needs to be said that the all-inclusive concept is not a motivation for the staff anymore, as tips are often not given. read more

We are a couple, aged 42 and 44, and regularly visit Turkey. We have stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one, unfortunately, does not reach five stars.
Upon arrival at the hotel everything so far good, then the room. We had not booked a sea view, but not a prison view either. When you opened the balcony door, you could see two metres of wall. A request for a change of rooms at the reception desk was without success (wilful). Great!
The food is very very rich, but basically the same every day. Seriously every day!!! The meat dishes ..., if you don't happen to get it fresh from the grill, are always cold.
The rooms are OK, but not what you expect from five stars. The staff at the hotel were, on the whole, very nice, except for the front desk. That could be done in a better way, I think. The beach or the laguna are really fantastically beautiful, just like in an aquarium. Only the way back from the beach, when it is very hot, was a bit difficult (slope). read more

I will be brief: Compared to a real four star hotel, for example, the Hillside Beach in Fethiye, this hotel with good intentions was a two star hotel. The only PLUS was the hotel location and the ocean. For travelers with few or no demands it was recommendable. Finally, I would like to say: They spoke Russian well and gladly. read more

Large rooms with a great view, varied and rich food which tasted very good; very clean, extremely friendly staff.
What we really positively noticed: The management was strict about reserving loungers and collected all the towels right away.
Negative: The occupation of the reception at night. They forgot our wake-up call and wanted to charge the extras we had paid for already again!
Conclusion: We will definitely go again - it is dreamlike there and everyone makes an effort to make the guest's holiday nice. read more
