Well, it would be a very relaxed place, if there wasn't this mad owner! We had given our laundry on arrival but the next day when we collected it, it was partly still dirty and wet and it smelled really bad. We complained und told the owner that we wouldn't pay the full price. After a few minutes of arguing he got very angry. Suddenly he attacked me and started a fight. Two guys of his staff joined him and one of them even had a knife in his hand! Even though there were several guests witnessing the whole scene ..., they didn't care at all and continued to hit me. I don't know what's wrong with this guy but that's certainly not the way how to treat customers! My wife had to take me to a doctor. According to the police, he is well known as a very aggressive person and apparently, this hasn't been the first time he got in trouble with locals or tourists.
